• Chrystal (1/5): - Nothing They sold me a room, when I arrived at hotel, the was a big wooden sign that said no occupancy. Had to go get another hotel for $92 just to sleep indoors. Horrible property.

• Michelin (4/5): - I did like the cleanliness. One big problem is the bed. The bed was not comfortable at all. Cheap base frame with a thin mattress. You can feel the bars underneath.

Мне пришлось второй раз заплатить за номер и мне не вернули деньги!!! Моя семья была проездом и нам нужно было только переночевать. Мы приехали в 1 час ночи и провели возле стойки регистрации 2.5 часа и нам пришлось платить повторно, чтоб заселиться!!! Никакие доводы не действовали! Девочка на стойке регистрации несколько раз разговаривала с представителями Букинга по телефона, но результата не было!

• Sundra (4/5): - Hot water The 1st room the latch was broke on door and door didn’t lock 2nd room we were moved to had dirty blanket on one of beds and the other bed had wire sticking up through mattress! The room had odor! The phone didn’t work and guy said for us to use our cellphone if we have an emergency! And he didn’t program key for other room so if we left would have to call to be let in! There was NO iron/ironing board in room

The room had no pillows for the bed, when asked about pillows the staff said she had to locate pillows and then only brought us one pillow for the two of us There was also roaches in the room and a very unpleasant odor that we tried our best to get rid of. Our room also had a refrigerator that didn't work only the freezer worked.

We stayed 8 days and toilet had to be plunged everyday then on the 4th day we woke up to an overflowed toilet with water all over the floor. We were moved to another room that was infested with roaches, t.v. Didnt work. Tub was clogged with brown stuff coming up out the drain. The staff was really helpful through it all. They worked with thy had. Cooperate need to overhaul that whole property. The employees there should not have to work under those conditions.

I booked a stay at Extended Stay America Shreveport through Hotels.com for Aug. 29–31 to attend a funeral. While driving in from Atlanta for her funeral, I got a call from a woman (who refused to give her name) saying she canceled my reservation because it was through a third party and she “didn’t have to honor it.” She called at 5:57 p.m.—three minutes before the cancellation deadline—leaving me stranded in Louisiana with nowhere to stay during a major college game weekend. By the grace of God I found another room, but then discovered the hotel still charged me in full despite denying me service. When I called back, the same woman lied and blamed Hotels.com, but my bank clearly shows “Extended Stay #8035 Shreveport, LA.” Only after speaking with the manager did I get confirmation of a refund. This property is unprofessional, dishonest, and predatory. Canceling on a grieving family, refusing to give a name, lying about charges, and then taking payment anyway is shameful. I will never stay at Extended Stay America again, and I strongly warn others to avoid this location at all costs.

The cleaning lady had to fix the toilet seat with the attachments. The appliances in the room were all broken or dysfunctional. Phone did not work, remote did not work, refrigerator needed Freon and the microwave had the wrong turntable in it because it did not spin. Probably the worst room on the floor.

• Chris Chesley (3/5): Terrible - The tv worked well. The room was clean. The location was in a very dark location surrounded by trees. The street going by the hotel has no street lights and is a two-way street with a 50mph speed limit. Very dark. Drove right past the hotel. Puked in the parking lot(which was fairly well lit) and two young men were smoking pot in front of the hotel. When i walked in the front door, I was greeted by a small lobby with the front desk area closed (see photo). I had to call to get checked in. The call took 5 minis. They said i had to wait 10 minutes before before someone would be able to come check me in. I left and went to dinner. When I got back, I had to reappear the above to get checked in. When i did get to my room, the room was clean and not too bad. The i went to the bathroom, and the toilet backed up to the rim. I called for a plunger and was told I had to go to the front desk to get it if they had one. But I needed to wait until they found out if they had one. I spent the night with a smelly bathroom. Worst hotel stay since I can remember.😡

I had to wait 30-45 minutes after I got here for them to clean a room because the morning staff didn't do their job and clean the rooms for the night shift.

The hotel had a bad odor, it was filthy on every floor, the key to the room didn’t work, the bed was extra small and very uncomfortable. The refrigerator had would underneath holding it up and I’m glad I didn’t need to use it. The hotel is a mess!! RUN DONT WALK FROM THIS PLACE..
