- richardlisac (10/5): Great Mountain Resort - Older resort but no complaints! Everything was functioning and clean. Beds and furniture was comfortable. They think of everything you could need for your stay. There was firewood, for the fireplace! Everything you need for the kitchen. Washer& Dryer with detergent. Abundance of paper and soap products. Beautiful mountain resort with breathtaking views. Smaller resort and very quiet. Dillion is a cute little town with an abundance of activities. Our only surprise was the small TV's based on todays standards. However, placement of the tv wouldn't allow for a larger one. We loved our weed at Swan Mountain. Highly recommend.
- allisondA3259LW (10/5): Perfect weekend - We love Swan Mountain Resort! The condo was perfect and had lots of space. The two bathrooms was an extra nice treat. It was clean and only minutes to Keystone! We also loved having a hot tub close by ! We would book this again in a heartbeat!
- laurend342 (10/5): Family One Night Stay on Ski Trip - My husband and I stayed in a one bedroom condo with our five year old son. The condo was driving distance to Loveland where we skiied two days. It was the perfect retreat inbetween our slopeside adventures. We had fun swimming in the pool and relaxing in the hot tub. We were joined by family (who rented a separate unit) and the kids made friends in the rec center and enjoyed the airhockey table. The lobby has a fancy machine to make hot chocolate and cider which was a huge hit. The living room was spacious and we enjoyed playing games following dinner. We ordered in from Last Chance Pizza and Sandwich Co (highly recommend). The staff were friendly, the check out was straightforward. We cooked breakfast in the fully stocked kitchen. Would come again and stay for longer. Thank you!

- dHous (10/5): Quick Stop for Work. - I stayed at Swan Mountain overnight for business and everything went very smoothly. The apartment was complete with kitchen, living room, dining room and one bedroom. It was set up for four people with two people on a pull-out sofa in front of the fireplace. Totally overkill for me since I just needed a shower and a bed for the night but it was very good value. Can recommend nearby Cofa Coffee (The Pour House) for breakfast.
- Terri75754 (10/5): Amazing week in Dillon! - We enjoyed our stay at Swan Mountain immensely! Our view was amazing from our balcony, mountains in the distance and golden aspens surrounding us. We were on the 3rd floor. The unit was very spacious, clean, and quiet. All of the staff that we encountered were so friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the pool and the hottub 2 days which was so relaxing. For activities we enjoyed a beautiful hike to Lily Pond Lake in Silverthorne, e-biked around Lake Dillon, drove & hiked the Loveland Pass, took a day trip to Vail, and went to a concert/filmfest in Silverthorne. Good vibes all around and amazing scenery! I think this was my most favorite RCI exchange condo ever!
- TonyChiroGolden (10/5): Best place to stay in Summit County - Every year that we can trade into Swan Mountain Resort in the fall, we ride our tandem bike on the Summit County rec trails. It's a highlight of the year. Swan Mountain is right on the rec trail system, the perfect location for access. The hot tub is wonderful after a day of riding.
- sanjiveg2025 (8/5): Nice and perfect location - Stayed with family with 2 young kids. Very nice and we wished to stay one more night. Staff were very welcoming in the reception. The rooms were clean with all the amenities needed.Having some board games at the unit would have been nice. Also if there are some breakfast provided it will even more perfect with the unit cost.We couldn't go enjoy the pool and tennis courts since we stayed only a night.Will stay again given the location next to Breck and Frisco in the summit county.

We couldn’t find the pool code in any of the welcome info so weren’t able to enjoy it till the next morning before we left. The code was on the fridge but it would have been nice to have it on the room info. Other than that we enjoyed our time and will stay again!

The staff thought of everything we would need in our unit and added little touches to welcome us upon our arrival. It was clean, quite and the master bed was very comfortable. I'd would stay again.

The table was laid out with plates & silverware and a welcoming kitchen stocked with coffee & tea. We walked to the bus stop to go to the dillon venue, this was not far and easy to find. We enjoyed the opportunity to make a fire on the cold night. Would visit again! Thanks!

- jakedA2106OC (6/5): Swan Moutain stay was so/so - Overall we had a good experience with Swan Mountain - it was a great location and the staff was nice. The stay was in a codo style accomidation and we had plenty of room. Upon checking into our room, we noticed some not so clean areas in the bathroom that were a bit of a turn off. The WIFI was also not so great and we couldn't get the complementry firestick to connect to Netflix or any other steaming services. Would consider staying here again but will for sure review other possible options.

Just be aware that the company owns many different properties so you may get a room that is not near Keystone. Staff is good at communicating so just pay attention when you get your reservation and check in info to be sure the location works for you. I would stay here again for sure.

It was very clean and well stocked with all sorts of kitchen ware and sharp knives. I wasn’t able to use the community center but seems that many others made use of the indoor pool. Would stay here again if the opportunity and need arises.

We have stayed here before and will return again. Very close to many ski results. Highly recommend to those wanting to ski the summit. Excellent staff and extremely clean.
- tyrene (10/5): - We loved everything. My nephew flew in feom Ohio for his 16th birthday to ski with us and his friend. We booked last minute so we wouldnt have to drive back and forth to Loveland. Our expectations were blown away. The beds were wonderful. My husband and i had a seperate bathroom from the 3 teenage boys. We loved the fireplace and the starter log, the hot tub and pool, game room and lovely extra amenities. A man at the pool told us of great places to eat. I learned of my Dad passing to be with Jesus while we were there and the extended hours on our last day was so kind. We will be back.

- Dan (10/5): - We stayed here only one night with a family of five. Overall we found the recreation area to be much better than expected with board games, exercise equipment and a pool/hot tub. The unit itself had a wood-burning fireplace and microwaveable popcorn. The unit also had a washer and dryer with all newer appliances.
- damonj233 (10/5): Great condo with wood fireplace and covered carport. - The 2-bedroom condo had a deck, wood burning fireplace, full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms and a covered carport. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful (almost too helpful, calling me twice to make sure everything was good with my stay). I booked this visit using Expedia even though I own a timeshare week and it was nicer than some of the other timeshare condos where I have stayed. The only negative is that you need a car. There is no nearby bus or shuttle to Keystone, which would have made it perfect!
- 228wendys (10/5): Spacious, clean, conveniently located! - This is my second stay at Swan Mountain. We had a spacious 2 bed, 2 bath unit. Located close to Keystone and Breck. Great communication from management staff before, during and after stay. Unit was clean. Kitchen was fully stocked with matching table wear, cookware and cleaning supplies. The refrigerator was spotless inside. Nice wood fireplace. Unit stocked with wood. Nice indoor heated pool and outdoor hot tub. I highly recommend. I would stay here again.

There was covered parking, which was great because it snowed. The fireplace burned a little area rug with an ember so we told them and it was no big deal. They had apple cider in the office. Clean and spacious 2BR with high ceilings, wood burning fireplace and free firewood, convenient parking under carports with 110V outlets in case you want to trickle charge your car overnight, very well stocked kitchen, clubhouse with outdoor hot tub and indoor pool that we had all to ourselves on a Saturday evening in late January. Staff was very communicative and friendly. 100% we would stay here again.

- davidcD408UR (8/5): Beautiful Mountain Views from Comfortable Unit - Swan Mountain Resort in late October is too late for much viewing of yellow aspen leaves but late enough to view one of the earliest snows (2-3 inches). We loved the views from our second story unit and the shopping and restaurants at nearby Breckenridge (30 minutes). Skiing was not yet available, but we aren't skiers. Check-in was easy and the staff were polite and helpful. Our accommodations were mostly comfortable, well supplied, and well-maintained, though older. The clubhouse was well equipped and a hot tub is available. The fireplace and supply of wood was delightful to use. We slept well and would enjoy staying here again.

Would have been nice to have blackout curtains in the bedroom. Otherwise this was a nice well furnished unit. Most everything you need for cooking was provided. Would come back, but would bring own pillows, & something to hang up over the bedroom window so we could sleep pat sunrise.
- Plantation (10/5): - Although slightly dated, the property was perfectly clean, pristine and so quiet. We appreciated the large space to relax and lay low after a long week of driving. There isn’t a lot within a few minutes off-season but a 10-minute drive into Dillon provides tons of dining options. We had everything we needed here and would stay again if travels bring us through the Keystone area. Fatima in the office was also very sweet and efficient.

- ronwS3493FT (10/5): Great place to see the Rockies - Very nice 2 br unit, exceptionally clean - we were kind of between peak summer season in the area and of course ski season, very closed to Lake Dillon, less than 2 miles to Keystone plus easy driving distance to A-Basin, Breckinridge and Copper Mountain, Lots of great trails to hike nearby including one (Snake River Trail) just steps from unit that parallels Snake River and The River Course at Keystone Golf Course. Highly recommend.

- Amy (4/5): Just be aware. - I want to express my disappointment in the misrepresentation of my reservation. I was quite disappointed when I arrived at the place I had reserved for a two-night stay. The online description had painted a completely different picture from what I encountered. I had spent a considerable amount of time researching and reading reviews before making the reservation, and everything seemed perfect on paper. The description highlighted all the amenities I was looking for, and the photos showcased a beautifully decorated and well-maintained property with a close proximity to keystone ski resort. However, upon arrival, I quickly realized that the reality fell far short of my expectations. I had driven to the property ahead of time to familiarize myself with the location and the situation became even more frustrating when I was greeted by unfriendly staff who stated check-in wasn’t until 4:00. When I stated, I just was familiarizing myself with the location, I was informed my reservation confirmation was inaccurate and she would send me an email, that I should have already received. Upon investigation, I found the email had gone to junk. I was then informed I was in the wrong location, even though my confirmation stated I was in the correct location. See photo Despite these disappointments, I must admit that the place was fairly clean overall with only the drain not draining properly in the shower. The linens and bedding were fresh and neatly arranged, and the floors were
- John (8/5): Nice place but thin walls - My receptionist was courteous and helpful, and the accommodations were spacious if a bit generic, but: the walls are thin and we were kept awake by the noise of drunkards above us.

Location was ideal to the slopes. Steps to condo and sidewalks were very well taken care of so worry free use with luggage. Slight suggestion to ease up on the Febreze (or similar) as it was too strong.
