• LandN449 (8/5): Lovely stay - We stayed in room 3 downstairs about midway along the block. Room was very well maintained and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They stored our bags as we left about 2pm on checkout day. About 1.2km walk to Kurrawa beach and 200m from Supermarkets in Pacific Fair.
• lindamS8185HE (8/5): Well appointed and spotlessly clean apartment - We were very pleased with our stay @ Jadon Place; the apartment was spacious, clean and very well appointed. Bed was comfy! The apartments are just across the road from the Pacific Fair shopping centre so it's a short walk to shops & restaurants. We arrived late at night and found the after hours check-in process a bit confusing but once we got over that hurdle it was all good. The owners had tried to call but as I was overseas my SIM wasn't working - an email with simple instructions would have been helpful in lieu of the conversation; but all was well in the end. We were very happy with the apartment and had a lovely few days.

• Melissa (10/5): - Jadon place was AMAZING! We visited the Gold Coast with our 4 children and their favourite thing that we did wasnt our day trips, it was spending hours in the pool and spa! We were right across from the shopping centre, and an easy walk to the Star casino or beach! The lady at reception was super lovely and accommodating also, we will definitely be back!

Comfortable unit , clean and well-appointed. Overlooking the lake ,Pacific Fair across the road , beach within walking distance , bus and tramstops nearby. Whatever you would like from your holiday , it is possible from this great unit - we will definitely be returning,

• Gilligram (10/5): Clean, friendly, great location - We spent a week in the area and thoroughly enjoyed it, both everything within walking area of Jadon Place (the beach, the restaurants, Dracula's, the mall), and the surrounding area (the hiking, Brisbane, the Australian Zoo, Noosa Heads). We arrived later May to perfect weather, warm enough to swim, cool enough to hike. Jadon Place was a great spot to settle to enjoy the area, and the staff were so helpful to give us ideas and discounts.

• jakem999 (10/5): More Bang for Your Buck - For the price I paid, this apartment was well worth it! The room wasn't fancy, but it was clean, spacious, and fully furnished. They also have a little heated pool and spa in the courtyard. Best of all, it's really close to Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise. Definitely recommended!

Freshly renovated bathroom with washer and dryer. Loved the fact the property backed onto the river. Beautiful pool and nice spa. Great Broadbeach location. Can’t wait to return.

What was upsetting that despite bring it to the attention of the Front Office staff there was no concern Also, there was no tissue paper or kitchen paper towels for use. Surely these are basic necessities in COVID times

• Escape60938992806 (10/5): Relaxing holiday - Lovely place to stay and great location. The canal at the back of the units was so relaxing and a beautiful big tree to sit under. The pool was great but unfortunately the Hot Tub was undergoing renovation so not heated at the time I was there.
• Q511MAryanh (4/5): Let us down - My partner and I had a week holiday booked here, which we were looking forward to more than I can explain.. however even though it was cheap accommodation, we were really let down by the cleanliness of our room. The air con vents were literally full of disgusting mould, the fly screens were THICK of dust, the list doesn’t end, but at least the kitchen bench top was wiped down... The best thing about this place was the central location, however omg I barely slept from our room being stationed parallel with a main road intersection.. I hate writing reviews like this, but it was a big negative on our holiday.

The units are spacious and clean, bright and airy with all needed to compliment a delightful holiday. We loved Pacific Fair major shopping centre across the road. Also the light rail to other Gold Coast suburbs, shops and attractions, is just a short stroll away. It's a pretty resort, being situated on a canal, too. We'd definitely stay again some time..
• ipdickson (8/5): Good resort to stay - Location is good which near a shopping mall. Good maintenance of amenities. The room is clean. Staff are helpful. But the carpark space is small which I am using a SUV car required more careful attention during parking the car.
• 513donw (8/5): Handy Location - The unit was spacious but did not have a radio. Connecting to the wi fi service provider was an hours-long pain, costing $29.95 per week. In 9 weeks around the world this was the first time wi fi was not free. It is well placed for shopping but the nearby cinema shows mainly downmarket material. The beach is 10 minutes away.

• BethH732 (10/5): Old, but a goodie! - This is a family friendly resort, in a superb location at Broadbeach on the Gold Coast. You can walk to many things, or catch the very efficient tram, or free shuttle buses. The resort is old, but it’s very clean, and in the process of being upgraded. The charm for us was the small number of units, and situated on a canal with a lovely pool area and grassy surrounds. Although on a main thoroughfare, it was tucked away nicely within its “u” shaped buildings and you really didn’t notice the traffic outside.

Kitchen was really well set up with crockery and cooking utensils, the best I've ever experienced. Out of hours access was easy. Great location. Would definitely stay again. However, wifi was expensive.

Across the road from Pacific Fair shopping mall with easy access. Unit had everything we required for 2 couples. Would definitely stay there again.

• Kristen (8/5): Walking distance to Dracula's & Pacific Fair - They have unusual week day reception hours, closing early afternoon. Luckily, I noticed that and called to make arrangements to collect room key for an early Friday evening check in. Other than that, they're ideally located for Dracula's, Jupiters and Pacific Fair. Plus, they're near the bus terminal, for getting about the area! Thought they might be a bit close to a pretty major road, but slept very well!
• Ruth (4/5): not a holiday - The front loader washing machine was gushing out water. I had to use the towels to mop up the water. Reception was shut and no one answered the after hours phone number. I fixed the sealing on the machine myself so that the water leak was minimal and then had to wash the towels. This experience was inconvenient. I spoke to reception the next morning and was very disappointed with the result. There was no blanket on the bed for my children and they had the only spare. Was very cold the first night. The next day a cleaner was able to supply us with extra blankets.
• Ann-Maree (8/5): - A bit dated but was very clean, the staff were all very nice and helpful. I managed to sleep in because the location, even though it is so close to major shops etc was sooo quiet.

Nice views of canal - I liked the layout of the two bedroom, its more a motel style accomodation, very run down (tiles coming off bathroom floor and pieces missing off furniture. It did the job for us though, but it wasnt luxurious in any way! Short walk to Pac fair buses and shopping. Staff are hardly there so if you need certain items it is hard to track someone. I didnt feel it was very clean because the carpet was gross. The canal was very pleasant to look at and there was a nice little balcony, however the lock on the gate needs to be child proofed because we had a 1.5yr old toddler who was able to open it (could have ended up in the water in the canal had he not been supervised).
• Wolf (8/5): Nice position - This was the second time we stayed there and find it very convenient to shops and buses, Casino and restaurants. It feels more like home not like the multi story buildings where there is no connection with other people. Will stay there again.
• Ray (10/5): This Is As Good As It Gets for a Family Holiday - I could not believe our luck when we had unpacked the car and moved into our apartment. My wife and I were staying here to enable me to compete in the Tennis Seniors Qld, State Championhips Tournament. We could not have stayed in a better place! What a splendid location! The apartment and its ground-level carport, proved to be ideal. From our windows we had a wonderful view of the Gold Coast night lights and real estate, as well as the beautiful amenities within the grounds of Jadon Place (JP)... mini tennis court, BBQ facilities, swimming pool, gardens and bird life. The unit itself "put a tick in all of the boxes" for what we needed for comfort. Naturally we will be going back there next year. The light rail, a short walk from JP, proved to be a fun activity for those who wanted a trouble-free view of the CBD of the Gold Coast and suburbs through which it travelled. Leave the car at home and enjoy the experience, was my plan. It was great. Across Hooker Boulevarde was the HUGE "PACIFIC FAIR". What a place! It is undergoing a transformation and is a shopaholic's paradise. The car parking and new additions, e.g. Coles' new supermarket, are pure class. JP's location is a dream come true, for those who want to experience a beaut stay on the Gold Coast. It is so close to all of the action. The management was very helpful with any problems we experienced. I would rate our stay here as good as I have had anywhere.
