• Elisabeth (7/5): Comfortable and clean but not luxury. - What we like about the property: 1. Location, close to the beach. 2. Sitting on the veranda taking in the view. 3. Firm comfortable bed 4. Netflix 5. Large shower with strong water pressure What we didn’t like about the property: 1. One bath towel per guest for 2 nights. I have long hair and need 2 towels 2. No towels for the pool / beach so we used our single bath towels for showers, pool and beach 3. The pool wasn’t ready for us on arrival and we needed to request to use it - this was sorted within the hour, but we were questioned whether we intended to use it throughout our stay? 4. No dishwasher 5. The owner who apparently lives on site (other guests have commented how helpful and friendly they were during their stay) never introduced themselves throughout our stay.

• Dierk (9/5): Sehr ruhige Lage in toller Umgebung - Auf unserer Rundreise durch den Südosten Australiens haben wir die erste Nacht nach Ankunft am Flughafen in Sydney im Southview Guest House verbracht. Das Apartment liegt im obersten Stockwerk des Gästehauses mit großer Terrasse und schönem Ausblick bis ans Meer. Der sehr sympathische Vermieter hat uns bei der Ankunft kurz persönlich begrüßt. Das Auto konnte direkt auf dem Grundstück abgestellt werden. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr privat und ruhig. Sie wirkt viel geräumiger als auf den Bildern. Besonders das Himmelbett fanden wir sehr bequem. Den Sandon Point Beach kann man vom Gästehaus in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichen. Im Ort selbst gibt es gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Selbstversorger. Wir haben von hier aus auch die Attraktionen von Wollongong besucht, das man in 20 Minuten mit dem Auto erreicht Nichts

• Ozjulz (9/5): A relaxing stay in Bulli. - We really enjoyed the heated outdoor spa-pool in the evening after returning from dinner. There was a gown to wear to the pool and spare towels. The unit was ideal for us. We were traveling with small children and appreciated the block out curtains which meant the children did not waken too early. The bed was very comfortable. There was a pod coffee machine and a lovely choice of teas as well. We really have no complaints at all.

• Liz (10/5): Excellent place!! - Love this place!! The views were incredible (we could see whales from the balcony), the room had everything we needed and it was a very good size. My 6 year old daughter loved the pool (it was a perfect size for her) and the owners dog Tucker who visited us...my daughter cried when we had to leave!! The shower was amazing and my daughter loved the big spa bath also. It was very comfortable and homey and we were very relaxed. Its a great location, only 5 minutes walk to the beach and to some cafe's. The owners were also super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. They even put some fresh milk in the fridge for us!! My daughter already wants to come back so we'll definitely be back!! Nothing - we loved everything!!

From the double spa bath to the beautiful four post bed, fully functioning washer/dryer, absolutely gorgeous view, so quiet, and super friendly hosts. The location was perfect for lazy strolls along the beach path and close to cafes. My only regret was that we couldn't stay longer. This 5 plus star accommodation was great value for money. When visiting Bulli again, we would definitely stay in this apartement again.

It was comfortable but not luxury. We had to ask for toilet paper as there was only half a roll for a 3 night stay. Surfaces in the kitchen were sticky & the bathroom needed a deep clean. The towels were full of lint that left white fluff on your skin after drying yourself. The off street parking was not always available.

One of those places when we wished we had booked to stay longer. Close to the shore front and walks in either direction. • Neal (10/5): Perfect location for a quiet romantic beach getaway. - We loved the room itself and the outdoor area. Everything was clean and tidy and the bathroom was beautiful with a very spacious shower. The pool was great and our little dog had access to lots of grassy areas to do her business and sniff around. Location was great only a few minutes walk to the beach. Our hosts were lovely, they thought of everything even a blanket for our dog to sit on for the couch with a little chocolates on the bed. There was nothing we didn’t like!

Luxury means attention to detail. Some things- no exhaust fan or other in kitchen above stove, no soundproofing between units , kettle was black inside and not cleaned in ages, bbq also covered with foil to avoid cleaning but not sure if this is healthy . The hot plate was rusted through . On booking.com it stated private parking but in the reservation this was only on street parking . Access to pool a bit complicated as needed to request in advance .
