AnneLouise (10/5): Relaxing and wirh a great view and very cosy. - The view and we had everything we needed. Was really quiet too. And close to main road. The cushions on the lounge smelt really bad. Like a wet dog smell. I had to remove them and put them in the spare bedroom so I couldn’t smell them. We felt the bedrooms at night were very warm. Needed ceiling fans. We ended up buying a stand fan for our room for the two nights.

David (9/5): Easy walk to the shops and great views. - Great location and views. A bit sterile, could do with some fake plants and some side tables in the lounge otherwise it was sensational.
Colleen (8/5): Enjoyable stay, great location. - Location. Size of apartment. Window in kitchen area fixed open one inch. Was unable to close. No complimentary shower gel or box of tissues. Front door heavy, cannot stay open by itself, this makes it difficult when bringing bags in and out of apartment. Would benefit from a doormat inside to wipe feet when entering, especially when raining as footprints brought in and also makes floor slippery. Everyone could not watch tv in the lounge area together due to the placement of furniture. Wasted space in the lounge area, would benefit from altering the furniture around.

Pictures only show front apartments, most of them are behind these and views are limited and overlook the marina. Although seem relatively new they are in need of maintenance.

Close to Custom House ( museum) & private carpark. Apartment was up outside stairs. Could be step or slippery in wet. Hot water system loud even when tap turned on. Only 1 couch - not great for even a couple, worse for 4 guests. The toilets are separate & accessible by door off bedroom BUT shower is literally in corner of bedroom. If you prefer privacy to shower this unit may not be for you.

Good beds. The couch was a bit small especially If you had 4 adults stay there. I was initially a bit disappointed with the view as the view from this apartment is to the side of the boat harbour. I got over that quickly as the apartment was very good. Very well appointed and has a luxury feel.

Ben (10/5): Uninterrupted ocean views luxury accommodation - Lovely Ocean views, plenty of room for a family, 2 car garage was great we had 2 cars on our family holiday. Easy walk to restaurants. Everything was very clean in the 4 bedroom beach house. Having a BBQ was great cooked breakfast on it every morning. Check in and check out was easy. I definitely recommend staying in the beach house. It was all great, only one small thing I can think of a coffee machine would be a nice addition.

Paul (9/5): A really pleasant winter stay in a beach township, with enough to do and see and good meal options - The apartment was very comfortable and clean and met our needs. Living area was spacious. Location was fine. On arrival, there was a minor issue regarding access to the allocated parking space. This was discussed with Aloha management, with Nicola's advice being helpful and effective. This resulted in resolution by next morning after a very amicable discussion with another guest. It proved a very minor glitch. More significantly, this survey appears to be suggesting we are from Morocco. While Morocco is a great destination which I can happily recommend, we actually from Victoria! I endorse Aloha more than Booking.com!

The views from the sofa and balcony were of the marina which was lovely. The fridge door was hanging off on our. We reported it and the host was apologetic & had been made aware by the cleaning staff. Apartment 2 is up a long flight of stairs (you need to carry everything up there). There was no furniture on the balcony necessitating on carrying dining room or lounge chairs outside. No outside table. The beds are soft and the pillows all the same (high). A choice of two types on the bed would have assisted better sleep. A pair of scissors in the kitchen would have been useful.

Blinds down which I lifted some. Window seals need a good clean. Cobwebs and dust at the front door. Gap in bathroom floor in between cupboard and washing machine filthy and most corners on floor dirty. Outside windows overlooking balcony definitely need to be cleaned.

The supplies in the kitchen were good and the kitchen equipment was good too. Beds were comfortable and linen was clean. The overall cleanliness was not good. The floors were gritty and not cleaned. The place was dusty and the dishes were not very clean as we took them out the cupboards.

Rosalind (6/5): Great location and facilities with great weather however the matters above let the accommodation down especially the HWS - The location was great and the views were as promised. The windows were filthy to the point, some you could not see out. The floors were all sticky and underneath the beds appear not to have been cleaned for some time. The HWS located inside the home is extremely noisy every time any hot water top was turned on anywhere throughout the unit, and seemed to continuously reheat throughout the night keeping us awake.

Slarkie (8/5): MARINA VIEWS - We had 3 nights. It's a great Location within Robe Marina where the Cray boats moor up & easy walking distance to town centre pubs, restaurants & Foodland. Pretty good views from apartment 2 (on first floor) but not ocean view. Kitchen set up & equipment pretty good, but dining area positioned to give you a car park view - weird. Nice little verandah overlooking marina but no chairs on it so you have to shift a couple of dining (plastic) chairs outside & there's no table on the verandah either. 2 very small bedrooms with a very uncommon layout of shower & WC. Insufficient space to place a medium suitcase in bedroom so we put ours in lounge area. Only one bedside table & no individual bedside lights. We had very noisy plumbing issues on night one and got little sleep. To her credit the manager apologised & responded quickly when alerted to that issue & sent a plumber to fix it same day, but that was it & no compensatory gesture of any kind, & we'd paid $248/night

Malcolm (10/5): Exceptional - We stayed in Apartment 1. It is in a fantastic location overlooking the beach from the living room and overlooking the marina from the dining area. I received a book-in message on the day we arrived and getting into the property was easy. The apartment is huge with three good sized bedrooms, a large living area, dining area and a well equipped kitchen. It is centrally located in Robe so we could walk around easily. This is one of the best apartments I have stayed in. It is such a good apartment. The only thing is the hot water system that can be noisy when used.
Lyn (9/5): Sweet, clean and close! - Great set up. Everything we needed. Close to the main street. Able to walk everywhere! Bedroom 2 with windows mattress is wearing out where dents have formed from peoples bodies.

Rick (9/5): Very comfortable, well-located, well-equipped, clean and modern apartment. - The hosts went out of their way to accommodate us after I had made a mistake in my booking - much appreciated. En suite open to the bedroom was a bit odd.
