- Suzanne (7/5): Overall place was pretty good. Nice and clean cabin, stocked with amenities. Comfortable beds. - Close to highway and shops and clean cabin Wifi wasn’t working properly, pool area closes on dusk. Bit to early

- Carlee (5/5): Comfortable bed value for money is great - Bed was
Super
Comfortable and clean Cold shower and no hot water at all I’m sure an easy fix and the stay would have been great
- Joanna (8/5): -
- BMK13 (9/5): A surprise neatly tucked away. Quiet location. - Friendly and helpful staff, very clean and tidy park, comfy bed and adequate facilities to make your stay enjoyable. A good size van with room enough for a single traveller or a couple. Great value for money. N/A
- Marie (9/5): Easy, no fuss, quiet, relaxing and was exactly what we needed. Thank you. - We stayed for 5 nights for an AFL carnival near the caravan park. It was quiet so we could relax in between seeing the sights and being at the field. Laundry was available every night. $7 for wash and $7 for dryer was expensive but good facilities cost extra so didn’t mind. A few more items in the kitchen, grater, peeler and 4 bowls for 4 people but also understand that’s expensive to replace if guests keep taking them. The kitchen was good to have while away. Thanks.
- Nev (8/5): It was ok - Grounds were well maintained The cabin we had was very tired and needs a lot of work to be done and upgraded. The bed squeaked on the side near the bathroom and disturbed my wife every time I got into bed and moved.

- Kamile (10/5): - Clean cabins, great location, friendly staff

- Caitlin (7/5): Would absolutely be back. - The staff were really great. Room was snug but worked for our stay. Room floor had a few soft spots.
- Fiona (5/5): - Close for travel Very dated, old curtains, needs painted and new floor, crack in shower base
- Anna (6/5): Wouldn’t stay here again but fine for one night - The bed was comfy, good location The cabins were very dated and felt quite unclean- especially the floors which had stains and dirt and felt sticky in places. The taps clearly had some pressure issues as they made a whining hammering sound when you used them. The tv was very old and boxy. It just didn’t feel like value for money unfortunately. Laundry was in an outside area which has a lot of insects which was annoying when loading and unloading.
- Michael (10/5): Staff amazing - Location was great and facilities great Nothing

- Wayne (8/5): - Clean. Great shower! Comfortable bed.
- Hodgkins (8/5): -
- Chanelle8 (2/5): A disappointing stay due to maintenance and cleanliness concerns, despite a few convenient amenities - Convenient laundry facilities with easy electronic payments and helpful cycle reminders. Poor overall maintenance, particularly an unacceptable cabin door that could not be properly secured, cleanliness issues in the bathroom, uncomfortable bed, and facilities in need of general upkeep, including the pool.
- Neale (8/5): -
- Paige (7/5): Fair - Location The room was dirty and floors were sticky and ants everywhere

- Philip Lonsdale (9/5): - Good cabin
- Penny (4/5): Cramped and over priced. - The floor was stained and quite sticky.

- Robert (10/5): - Big 4 Townsville Gateway Holiday Park is a quiet and cozy spot, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The park wasn’t overcrowded, which made it easy to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. The facilities were well-kept and the atmosphere was peaceful – a great choice if you’re looking to escape the hustle and just relax.

- Sasso (1/5): Didn’t check in at managers suggestion - The manager. Lied to us. We were seeking a refund 4 weeks before our booking date Unsuccessful. Turned up & manager told us if we don’t book in she could possibly get us a refund. We agreed for 1 possibly 2 nights out of our 4. Told us she would let us know one way or another which didn’t happen. Obviously blocked my number as after many many calls to the park not one time did my call get answered. It was school holidays & manager told couple before us who were checking in that they were very busy. Asuming they booked our cabin to someone else & received double the money. Would not recommend this place due to the manager
- Aileen (9/5): Really clean, comfortable bed and affordable stay. Felt safe as a mum travelling alone with two kids - Absolutely loved the cleanliness of the cabin we stayed in. A little dated but incredibly comfortable and really clean, travelled alone with two kids and felt really safe. The price is very fair. Close to the highway and stadium
- Damon (6/5): -
- Kylie (8/5): A comfortable place to stay with good amenities - The location was a bit out of the way for where we needed to go every day. But overall, a nice quiet and comfortable place to stay. Cabin was neat and comfortable. Had trouble with the connection on the TV had to hotspot it as the WIFI didn't seem to want to work for the TV. Was glad that the Laundry facilities worked after the hours specified so we could get our laundry done after a long day away. We didn't have any issues with our stay at all. It's probably only the location that didn't suit us for our intended reason for travel. If we were just wanting a quiet place to holiday it would have been just fine.
- Adam (6/5): -
- Jason (10/5): We highly recommend these guy's as they are amazin -
- Aleshia (7/5): Just what I needed - Cheap and exactly what I needed Access is not great
- Wayne (8/5): -
- Alicia (8/5): Great sites and staff where all amazing. - All facilities for kids play were great and well kept.
Caravan sites were large and private. Slight traffic noise from highway however we were in a canvas camper so it didn’t block out noise.
- Rod (10/5): - Was quiet i'm very comfortable The sing.\n Le bed was uncomfortable for my son. A little bit thicker would be good.
- Sobin (6/5): -
- Karen (9/5): -
- Maile (10/5): One of the best hotels I’ve been too in along time - The beds were very good the view was an eye catcher Nothing everything was good when I was there
- Carrie (1/5): - Nothing The room had not been cleaned at all, dirty sheets, mould inside air conditioner, door falling apart, not secured, floors were filthy and sticky. Reception rude.
- Thorburn (8/5): - The staff was good The Internert was poor
- Elizabeth (6/5): -
- Jacqueline (3/5): - Nothing Nothing for kids to do. The pool was ok not much seating. No small park for the small children to help entertain them. General store sold nothing except chips and ice cream. Door fly screen was ripped everywhere so had heaps of mozzies and bugs in cabin. Definitely wouldn't stay around this one sgain
- Liza (1/5): - Brown dirty water in sink and shower
- Julie (7/5): -
- Luke (10/5): -
- Shalini (8/5): - Very peaceful Laundry washing machines and dryers were out of order
- Shannen (7/5): Good family space & comfy - Close to Fairfield shopping centre. Bed was super comfortable, aircons worked great, good size fridge & verandah nice size. Could fit a portacot in the bedroom. Still close to get food. Rooms seemed fairly sound proof. Good size lounge for baby to wander around. Parking situation probably wasn’t the best considering the rain. Also didn’t realise if it rains a heap that you can get cut off. Rooms probably need a bit of renovation (shower rail broke), few ants getting around.
- liam (9/5): Staff were super friendly and check in was simple as. Will happily book here again😁😁 - Short walk to all facilities, washing machine and dryer easy to use. N/A
- Emily (8/5): Good price, convenient location - Convenient to the highway, facilities in the park were well maintained, front office very friendly. Very good price. Economy villa was quite old but fine for the price we paid. I could see there were newer villas so we could have paid more if we wanted nicer.
- Jonghwa (8/5): - Cabin was clean and staffs are kind the swimming pool wasn't clean enough mainly because of rain.
- Purcell (8/5): -
- Paula (10/5): Cabin was clean and accommodated our needs for a family of 4 - Location is close to amenities Pool got cleaned late in the AM, had to drive elsewhere for the kids to have a swim.
I would like to suggest cleaning schedule commence earlier so the chemicals filter through in time for guests to enjoy
- Miquela (10/5): -
- Debbie (10/5): - How friendly the staff were & nice & quiet You need a electrial Fry Pan to cook with.
- Abi (8/5): - The pool was a bit hot and the water was a bit murky but otherwise it was great!
- Toni (8/5): -
- Tasha (8/5): -
- Kantor (8/5): -
- Hope (10/5): Very quiet and comfortable stay - How clean it was The road to access to property
