• Abdul Mumin (7/5): Indeed, I extending my stayed at the hotel until 7:00pm due to my flight timing at 9:30pm @14/1/26 - The food was good and tasty. The room was clean and also the toilet. I feel comfortable resting in the room and sleep very well. I will definitely recommend to my friends. So far, I have no complaint or dislike about the hotel. Its was ok for me.

No place in bathroom for your toiletterie. breakfast from 6-10am but at 7 most of the food already finished. No place in room for clothes. Worn-out toilet seat. In the room was just one small light near the bed

Also keep in mind you get 2 cards but only 1 is an access card and another one is a dummy card for electricity. The staff was a little bit annoyed when we said that we had taken the wrong card from the room.

• Anna-bo (6/5): Pleasant - It is very accessible and good location. Can walk to Balikpapan Plaza. Breakfast was really nice! The adzan is very loud in the hotel which starts at 5 am. It woke me up and for someone that is not moslim, I was surprised by this. I could not fall asleep anymore as the adzan takes a while.

• Hasrath24 (8/5): Not Bad - Hi guys... im back with my review So, on February, my team and i goes to Balikpapan and we stayed at whiz prime. Look small but mine its good. Welcome drink are ready and the staff really warm. We stayed for three days and feel like at home cause the view is housing

The bed is comfortable, other than that standard. Scenery : not much to see other than roads and nearby small houses Breakfast : not many choices, around 5 dish with a soup, toast with 3 jams choice, a little salad bar and traditional food. WiFi : Sometimes dropped but has decent speed up to 20 Mbps Price : Compared to other hotel budget is quite good in terms of location

• EK (2/5): Very Disapointing Hotel - - Check in - they could not find my reservation, it takes several minute to check in - Room - It was dark, missing lamp for working desk. - Location- Its great location located on Jl.Jend.Sudirman but the noise of vehicle at midnite annoyed me very much -Safety - Poor, Supposed to check out that day, but I extend 1more night there. Went out for a while (100% sure door was locked) and come back in the afternoon with my room's door was opened , lucky I put everything in my luggage locked. nothing missing. - Staff- Poor, I automatically asked for refund money for that night. But They still busy to find out who's fault it was. either me as the guest or the housekeeping. At the end they apologize and refund the money for that night.
