• Grace (7/5): - I have mixed feelings about this hotel. The staff is lovely and very helpful. The location is fantastic so close to all main attractions and restaurants. The hotel is very clean and rooms are nicely decorated. The size of the room was also very generous for the old building. The hotel has notes in the rooms about breakfast being served in the morning on the terrace. Sounds good except that there is no terrace or breakfast in this hotel so please keep this in mind when booking. We were told by one of the staff members that this hotel is now in a new location and the breakfast was served in the previous place. I was not the only one who was under an impression that breakfast was offered, there was another couple there discussing the same issue with the reception while I was trying to get this clarified. The rain shower in a very nice bathroom wasn't working properly but that can be fixed.

Das Zimmer war etwas klein und eng. Wir haben die Zimmer gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis getauscht.

Der Umgang an der Rezeption ist freundlich und professionell, das Personal ist immer bereit, mit Informationen weiterzuhelfen.

• Елена (9/5): - Замечательный отель! Расположение идеальное для путешествий. БОльшая историческая часть в шаговой доступности. В отеле тихо, что важно при плотном графике экскурсий. Администратору гостиницы Мусину - особая благодарность, каждый день помогал, подсказывал как и куда лучше добраться, с учётом особенностей трафика. Если вы хотите вид на Голубую мечеть, то выбирайте номер на четвертом этаже, ниже этого вида нет (нам это было неважно, потому что весь день гуляли). В отеле есть раритетный лифт! Для исторического центра это удивительная редкость. До Голубой мечети, Топкапы, Айя-Софьи идти 7/10 минут. Это компактный отель, как и многие аутентичные отели в исторической части, ресепшн работает круглосуточно, уборка в номере каждый день. Для первого визита в Стамбул, в соотношении цены/качества/расположения, для нас было идеально.

• Hikari (6/5): - Location was good and the staffs were attentive. There’s always someone at the desk around clock. Good value for what it is. Everything appeared dated. Some lights in the room didn’t work. WiFi speed was ok but it did go out at least once a day. The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors. The area the hotels are located is v touristy and the servers in the neighborhood are pushy. Sometimes I felt borderline harassed but that’s not the fault of the hotel but I’d keep that in mind when booking. Breakfast is about 8 euros and is at the rooftop in the hotel next door. Breakfast was mid and not worth the price.

• Odong (10/5): My first experience - The welcoming and hospitality team. Ali and Mussin where the two members I met on my arrival. Very accommodating and patient. Nothing was impossible for the guys. A lot of gratitude to Ali who went out of his way to find a dentist,for me, set up an appointment, accompanied me to see a dentis on his own timet, I really cannot thank him enough. I love the peaceful room setting, the bed was really comfortable, the shower was great. Room service service, including cleaning, coffee top-up was fantastic. The location was absolutely perfect. Close to lovely restaurants, 2 beautiful Mosques, 10 mins walk from the Sea side. Tourist area with plenty happing daily. I would recommend this Pari garden hotel and will definitely stay there. The weather, ( I guess this is beyond anyone's control)

• Lucia (10/5): Central location for sightseeing and access to tram - Central location. Walk to Blue Mosque, Haga Sophia, Basicla Cistern, Topaki Palace. Two nearby restaurants (Dubb and Rainbow) had delicious food. Many restaurants close by. Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is in a quiet area away from the busy area. About a 10-12 min walk to the F1 tram. Easy to get around. It was nice to see Ramadan in the evening. Rooms are clean. Free Wifi was very good. Breakfast is at their neighbour hotel. The breakfast lady wasn't friendly. We did it once and that was enough. Our favorite breakfast is at the nearby Cigdem Patisserie cafe. The reception area is dark. Need more lights on.

• PAVEL (7/5): - У этого отеля крайне удобное расположение, если вы хотите провести пару дней в старом городе. Голубая мечеть и Айя София находятся в 5 минутах ходьбы, а по пути можно заглянуть на рынок. Из номера, окнами выходящего во внутренний двор, открывался приятный вид на босфор, а также на голубую мечеть. Каждый день на крыльце нас встречали коты :) Отель устроен в старом здании. Было не очень уютно в номере - при заселении было холодно, а ночью наоборот, жарко и слишком сухой воздух. Аккуратная, но заметно старая обстановка в санузле также доставила некоторые неудобства. Особенно крышка унитаза, которую невозможно было завиксировать в вертикальном положении. Несмотря на настройку мастера, так и не удалось включить телевизор.

Maria is an excellent cook, I wished we could have eaten breakfast lunch and dinner there because of her. Also, our train was in the evening and they immediately offered to keep our bags for us until we needed to go to our train so that we could explore some more.

• Susana (10/5): Wonderful! 🇹🇷♥️ - The location is perfect! Just 5 minutes from Hagia Sophia and the beautiful Blue Mosque. It's in a charming area full of restaurants and lovely streets. In just 20-30 minutes, you can reach the Egyptian Bazaar and other main attractions. The entire staff, whose names I unfortunately can’t remember, were absolutely amazing. They were super helpful and always made sure we were comfortable. The hospitality was top-notch. They helped us with everything, from arranging taxis to offering recommendations for tours. While we preferred to explore on our own, they offer excellent tour options and transportation services for those who prefer a more guided experience or need hotel pick up. The breakfast was also fantastic! The place is amazing in an amazing location but really the highlight are the people! Teşekkürler ♥️

• sandro (1/5): Paris garden hotel istanbul - Purtroppo devo dire che non mi è piaciuto nulla struttura pessima Nel complesso non mi è piaciuto nulla, struttura da evitare come la peste, le camere della struttura possono essere raggiunte tramite un scala che in confronto quella di un pollaio è più sicura, nella camera la soglia del gradino tra la stanza e il bagno era staccata, tavoletta del copriwater rotta, cabina doccia con ante che non si chiudevano se non si esercitava una certa forza, per raggiungere la sala della colazione bisogna inerpicarsi su una scala in ferro priva di corrimano ripidissima, la sconsiglio a chi soffre di vertigini, per quanto riguarda la pulizia dire inesistente e fare un complimento, la struttura si trova in una posizione centralissima praticamente sotto alla moschea blu, santa sofia, basilica cisterna e palazzo topkapi ed l unica cosa positiva, bisogna anche dire che in zona non è l unico hotel per cui prima di prenotare valutare bene anche perché non è proprio così economico,in conclusione da evitare come la peste.

• Maria (7/5): Buena ubicación y servicio - La ubicación es excelente, amabilidad y disponibilidad de los empleados. Las instalaciones son antiguas, le hace falta una reforma. La tapa del Wc se caía, las mantas pequeñas, y el desayuno es para visitantes turcos, para occidentales sólo pan blanco y no tienen tostadora, la cafetera se estropeaba cada poco y café malo, , no tenían cacao soluble para los niños.

• JakubW (9/5): A small hotel in a great location - A small hotel (but surprisingly, with an elevator) in an excellent location (perfect for exploring the most interesting, historical part of Istanbul). The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfasts are varied. The view from the dining room during breakfast is worth every penny – the hotel is not only situated between the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, but also offers the unique opportunity to gaze simultaneously at Europe and Asia, along with ships sailing on the Bosphorus, while sipping your morning coffee.

Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf den Bosporus war total schön, und das Personal war superfreundlich. Betten und Handtücher wurden jeden Tag frisch gemacht. Die Geräusche aus der Umgebung haben schon bisschen gestört, vor allem wenn man leicht aufwacht. Unser Apartment war im dritten Stock, direkt unter der Frühstücksterrasse. Abends nach 00 Uhr saßen dort manchmal Leute und waren ziemlich laut, und morgens hört man die Gäste, wenn sie zum Frühstück gehen.

Gyakorlatilag csak az ázsiai kiruccanáshoz szükséges feltétlenül tömeg közlekedni vagy taxizni, ha jó karban van az ember. Persze azért ez elég sportos. A szobánkból és a reggelizőből láttuk a Boszporuszt, az ázsiai oldalt és a hajókat, ez szuper. Az ágy kényelmes. A reggeli megfelelt az ízlésemnek, színes volt a saláta és sajt választék, tea finom. A törölközőket naponta cserélték és egy kisebb általános takarítást végeztek. Isztambul nagyon izgalmas élmény. Kedves személyzet. A szállásnak szüksége lenne egy állandó karbantartóra, hogy az apró, de bosszantó hiányosságok ne legyenek. Kiégett izzó, nem működőképes tv, mozgó fali díszítmények, stb. A szoba általános állapota a megfáradt utazót nem hozza zavarba, de egy kicsit kényesebb ízlés már nem örömmel érzékel bizonyos dolgokat. Nem mondanám jól hangszigeteltnek a szobát, amiben laktunk.

• Venelin (2/5): - Location The rooms are small and unmaintained. The doors are hard to close and squeak. There is no soundproofing between the rooms. The breakfast is poor. mostly the same type of salads.
• Erzsébet (8/5): Jó helyen van, megfelelt az elvárásaimnak, kedves személyzettel. - Tökéletes volt arra, hogy aludjak és tisztálkodjak. Kevés időt töltöttem ott. Nem volt normális szemetes, pohár, egy fogas, a klíma távirányítója nem igazán működött és nem volt konnektor az ágy közelében.

• Lilian (8/5): Feliz - O hotel é bem localizado, fica em região turística de Istambul, a poucos minutos das principais atrações da cidade e e meio a lojas e restaurantes (nem sempre bons e mais caros do que a média local, vale se afastar um pouco do hotel para comer melhor e mais barato). O staff é maravilhoso, acolhedor, gentil e disposto a ajudar no que for preciso. O café é muito bom, completo e diversificado a cada dia, um verdadeiro café da manhã turco, feito ali mesmo pelas funcionárias (não espere muitas alternativas ocidentalizadas). A vista do terraço de café é linda! Nada me desagradou. A estadia foi ótima!

• Laure (8/5): - L'emplacement est parfait, tout près des monuments et du tram qui permet de se déplacer très facilement dans toute la ville. Le personnel est très accueillant et aidant. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié. La literie est bonne et la salle de bain refaite à neuf La chambre, située côté rue et en face d'un restaurant, était très bruyante. Il y avait plusieurs marches entre la chambre et la salle de bain
• Barbara (10/5): - Nagyon közel volt az óvároshoz, közelben éttermek, üzletek. A reptéri busz kb 100 méterre áll meg, és vett fel visszafelé. A teraszról a kilátás gyönyörű és a reggeli is finom volt. Minden nap volt törölköző csere és takarítás. Érkezéskor kaptunk 1-1 flakon vizet. Nekünk tökéletesen megfelelt Talán a reggelinél lehetnének tisztábbak a poharak

El personal fue siempre muy atento y me sentí seguro y bienvenido. La habitación cuenta con las comodidades básicas para descansar y asearse. Muchas gracias por recibirme! Como dije, todo estuvo muy bien. Simplemente, no es un 10, ni un 9, ni un 8, PARA MÍ. No por cuestiones de lujo: Varios detalles estaban descuidados o sucios (ver fotos), el desayuno es variado pero de calidad media. Y, para mí, no hay relación con el precio. Entiendo que el turismo en la ciudad está creciendo mucho, y con ello aumentan los costos para todos, como en todo el mundo. Y quizás no sea responsabilidad de un pequeño B&B el solucionar el problema de la gentrificación. Incluso me pregunto si yo mismo no estoy contribuyendo al problema al pagar estos precios. Yo lo pasé de 10. Simplemente, en mi opinión, este alojamiento no es un 10, ni está acorde al precio pagado. Pero es un lindo y cómodo lugar para disfrutar la parte turística de Estambul al máximo!

• Tatyana Singh (10/5): The stay was great—it felt safe and welcoming. - The hotel’s location was perfect—everything was within walking distance. The staff was exceptionally helpful. Thank you, Ali, for assisting with my luggage, and thank you, Umran, for making sure I wasn’t walking alone without Wi-Fi and helping me get it set up. The reception team was truly wonderful. The room looked a bit dated at first glance, but it was very clean, and the bathroom was nicely updated. Overall, I wasn’t disappointed.
