• Valéra-Lopez (9/5): - Très bon établissement à taille humaine. Personnel très sympathique, à votre écoute. Très belle plage juste à côté. Des bus pas très loin pour se déplacer. Coin de Majorque tre joli. On reviendra. Piscine et équipements très bien. Il manquerait juste un porte manteau supplémentaire dans la salle de bain, et une étagère sous la vasque du lavabo pour ranger les affaires de toilette.
• Yousef (7/5): - Es war 50 Meter entfernt von Strand . In der nähe hat es Supermarkt und bisschen weiter hat es lidl. Kann man zu fuss gehen. 1 km entfernt hat es auch sehr viele läden Restaurants und vieles. Frühstück war gut , hat auch sauber feine früchte. . Fernseher könnte besser sein, so das man mindestens YouTube verbinden kann , für den Preis was man zahlt. Klimaanlage hat immer Wasser auf den Boden getropft , das Boden war mehr oder weniger Nass + nervt vor den Schlafen. Das Tresor oder auch (Saft ) genannt muss man noch extra mieten.

• FRANCISCO (9/5): un dias de relax con mi pareja - la piscina expectacular y maxima tranquilidad, nunca habia estado en un hotel con tanta tranquilidad, y seriedad como educación en los huespedes. Unicamente podria detallar que no me gusto cuando estuvimos por la noche en la terraza bar con musica en vivo, que hacia una calor sofocante, y solamente habia un camarero para toda la terraza, es lo unico que podria señalar como anomalia, por lo demas todo perfecto.

• David (9/5): Super séjour chez hotel BQ SARAH ! - Super positionnement de l'hôtel à 2min à pieds de la mer. Hôtel très sympa et avec un personnel heureux, souriant, bienveillant ! Les chambres avec petit balcon sont agréables, le ménage est parfaitement fait. Piscine très agréable et bar + terrasse au top ! Seul petit bémol, la salle de bain qui est vieillotte, la baignoire mériterait d'être remplacée par une douche , et je pense que cette pièce mériterait aussi d'être refaite, rénovée plus moderne avec du mobilier sobre mais agréable et contemporain.

• els verrijken (7/5): Verzorgd hotel vlakbij de duinen - Ideale omgeving als je niet van de toeristische hotspots houdt (en toch in het toeristische Can Picafort verblijft). Je wandelt zo de duinen in (richting Son Real, een aanrader). Het is een relatief groot hotel (waar ik persoonlijk niet zo van houd), maar verzorgd, met grote kamer en een uitgebreid ontbijt. Voor die prijs best oke. Heel vriendelijk personeel ook! Het bed was niet het beste.

Pool area was great with all of the seating. Breakfast buffet was really yummy--lots of choices and a real bargain at €12! Location is great as it is nearby shops and only a 2 minute walk to the beach. Beatriz was extremely helpful and very friendly.

• Tara (10/5): - Another pleasant stay at the BQ Sarah. Lovely friendly staff, shout out to Beata, Rosi and Antoinette. Basic room with fridge, small fee for the safe (plus local visitor tax). A/C and Wi-Fi and balcony as a standard offering. Always a sun lounger and the pool area/garden has had an upgrade which was nice. Beach within 5 minutes walk, to get to more shops it's about a 30 minute walk and there is a promenade you can use which is nice. There's also a local ting ting train, stop 11 is at the bottom of the road the timings are a rough guide only! Single adult journey is €4.50 payable by card only and at busier times prepare to have to wait and potentially not be able to board. Half board, with drinks an extra cost during evening meals. Always such varied choice, with meals on rotation and a huge standard offering. Evening entertainment on Monday's and Wednesdays. Thank you for another lovely stay, I'll be back!

Nous avons également aimé la chambre qui était confortable ainsi que l'emplacement, près de la plage et non loin de bons restaurants et cafés. La propreté de la chambre est à revoir... Il y avait des tâches sur le lit et des poils sur le lavabo. Ils ne donnent pas de serviettes non plus, il faut payer pour... Il faut également payer pour utiliser le coffre fort...

Le personnel de manière générale étaient très respectueux et agréables. On tient à souligner que notre chambre a toujours été nettoyé parfaitement et nous remercions la personne concernée ! L’hôtel est bien équipé d’une grande piscine avec des transats et sièges pour se reposer. L’accès à la restauration du l’hôtel est bien. Rien, tout était très bien !

La chambre qui nous a été attribuée était une chambre aux normes handicapés, ce qui n’était absolument pas précisé lors de la réservation, et l’aménagement ne correspondait pas aux photos en ligne. La salle de bain faisait penser à une chambre d’hôpital avec un rideau de douche en plastique bleu, loin du confort attendu pour un hôtel de cette catégorie. Nous avons signalé notre insatisfaction à la réception, mais aucune solution ne nous a été proposée : ni changement de chambre, ni geste commercial. On nous a seulement répondu que toutes les chambres sont différentes.

Nydelig hage, hvor en kunne sole seg i skyggen. Det var svært varmt da vi var der. Kort vei til buss for å komme seg til Alcudia og stranden der. Ingen intim poolbar. Ikke intimt badeområde i det hele tatt. Ukoselig plassering av stoler og bord ved underholdning/musikk. For mye «klining» og kyssing i hotellets basseng/pool.

La habitación perfecta porque se ve que las han renovado. Falta la renovación del baño: muy pequeño y la puerta como no es corredera, un poco incómoda para pasar al wc. Supongo que con el tiempo tb lo van a renovar.

• Nandeni (10/5): - I had a really great stay at this hotel! The staff were welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made for a relaxing experience. The location was convenient, and everything I needed was easily accessible. One thing to note is that, occasionally, salty water would come through the tap and shower, which was a bit unexpected—but it didn’t take away from the overall positive experience. Everything else was well-maintained and enjoyable. I’d definitely stay here again!

• Kerstin (9/5): Tolles Hotel zum Wohlfühlen - - Nettes Personal, egal ob am Empfang, im Service oder Reinigungskräfte. - Wechselndes Buffet mit qualitativem Essen - Schöner begrünter Garten mit Pool - Man kann wahlweise draußen essen - Ruhiges Hotel, obwohl es einige Zimmer gibt und es zentral gelegen ist - Nur 5 Gehminuten zum Strand - Die Öffnungszeiten (10-18 Uhr) des Pools könnten länger sein. Zumal es ein Adults only Hotel ist. Der Pool könnte außerdem etwas kälter sein, es war leider nicht so eine tolle Abkühlung.

Lokace je skvělá, 2 minuty od pláže a hodinu cesty autem do Palmy. Pokud máte půjčené auto, tak tuto lokalitu vřele doporučuji, je to všude téměř do hodiny cesty a jednodušší než projíždět Palmou Není zde parkoviště, ale nikdy jsme neměli problém zaparkovat v okolních uličkách

• Laura (4/5): - Hotel in die Jahre gekommen Pool mir bis 18 geöffnet echt schade Zimmer ziemlich veraltet und auch das Bad schlimm Rost überall Putzfrau hat super geputzt aber halt alles alt und verrostet nicht hygienisch!! Essen am buffet viel zu teuer für Preis Leistung würde überhaupt nicht empfehlen dazu machen die schon um 10 Uhr zu hab ich auch noch nie gesehen zuvor. das Frühstück hingegen sah ziemlich gut aus. Der Ort an sich ab 22 Uhr einfach nichts los also eher für ältere Leute oder mit Kindern die früh ins Bett wollen. An Handtüchern wird auch eher gespart man bekommt jeweils nur eins zur Verfügung gestellt und kein Notfall Handtuch. Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht wieder besuchen pries Leistung stimmt einfach gar nicht und ist meiner Meinung viel zu teuer!

Furthermore, we were daily woken up by the housekeeping team at 7:00 -8:00 (the latest) shouting out through the corridor and continuously slamming a door next to us.

• Nicole (9/5): Personal muy amable - El personal fue extremadamente amable, viajamos con una amiga que justo era su cumpleaños y pude sorprenderla con un pastel gracias a que la gente del hotel lo encargó y me ayudo con la sorpresa. La habitación siempre estuvo limpia, muy cómoda, con aire acondicionado y el hotel muy lindo. Lo recomiendo!
