- YU CHEN (10/5): 水質不錯但房內水溫不高，環境乾淨樸實無華 - 房內溫泉水（熱水）溫度不高，大概43～45度，可不開冷水中合，另水量小，房內（蜜月雙人房）池子算大，30分鐘才2/3滿，不過已經降溫（溫溫的水，嬰兒也不會燙到）。湯屋則不錯，水量大，預約也會先將池子注滿水，不用等。餐廳晚餐菜色可口量足；早餐選擇不多（可能疫情關係），但簡單OK。

- Brian (10/5): Clean and Comfortable! - This hotel is clean and comfortable. It is in a great location. There are some nice hikes around the area and it is nice to sit in the hot springs after exploring the surrounding area.

- Hungwei (8/5): 不錯的溫泉飯店 - 在谷關的溫泉飯店，雖然有點歷史感，但整體設備維護得還不著。早餐種類稍少，但還不錯。個人湯屋非常棒，泉質好，溫泉池也夠大，還有山景可看，很舒服。

- CHANG (8/5): 裝潢陽春但戶外湯環境悠閒，價錢平實 - 飯店的裝潢和早餐都比較陽春一些，但戶外大眾池的環境很不錯，雖然沒有太多譁眾取寵的口味溫泉，但更適合輕鬆悠閒舒服的泡湯，且住宿贈送一個小時的湯屋。早餐環境陽春，總類不多但口味還行也吃的飽。

- Matthew (10/5): Relaxing weekend - Only a few people on staff spoke English. I had a wonderful time walking around the area, hiking up a stream, lounging in the hot springs at the hotel. The food was also pretty good.

- SuChing (10/5): 冬季泡湯的好去處 - 這次家庭旅行，住千4人房，房间很大，相當舒适，景观也好。湯屋很大，水質亦佳，泡湯很舒服。冬季天冷，若能更注意室温、水温更好。早餐相當豐富，冬天不想吃生菜，蔬菜（熟食）若增加一二樣就相當完美了。

- YU-TSAI (8/5): 飯店服務親切! 滿滿人情味 - 台灣首家獲得溫泉標章的溫泉飯店，但泡湯區是在飯店旁邊的山坡上，所以房客要先搭電梯到一樓經過飯店大廳後再往上爬一段蠻長的階梯才能泡湯，動線有點費力，但其實露天泡湯區的視野不錯、風景很美，只是對入住房客而言有點不方便! 位於飯店最頂樓的私人JACUZZI 湯屋，凡是入住的房客都可以免費預約使用1小時，超讚的服務! 這次入住的是蜜月客房，室內空間很大，陳設簡單乾淨，但缺乏設計和現代感，附設的超大溫泉浴池，泉質很好，但水溫不高、放滿水要等很久!! 飯店養生客饌晚餐，分量適合2~3人食用，味道也不錯！平日早餐採套餐式供應，有沙拉、濃湯、現烤土司、火腿、煎蛋、南瓜和自選飲料，吃不飽還可以加點。整體而言，雖然飯店設施和空間設計有些過時，但平日入住CP值很高 飯店服務貼心! 因為我們入住期間在飯店附近散步時被野狗咬傷，飯店人員趕緊拿出急救箱給我們清理傷口，並要開車送我們去苗栗地區唯一可施打狂犬病疫苗的署立苗栗醫院打針，很貼心的服務! 我想這家飯店的服務和人情味才是最令我難忘的地方!

- Verified traveler (8/5): Good stay except for walking distance to the car - The location is good. FengJia night market is just walking distance. It's no problem getting anything we need. We drove and the hotel car park is about 150m away from the main building. We need to collect a token from the reception to leave the car park every time.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Excellent - Hotel staff are friendly. We self drove and had problem with our vehicle. They offered to help. Dinner at the hakka restuarant was great. Free use of karaoke from 9pm-11pm. Private hot spring jacuzzi cabin is worth spending our time there.
