• Constanza María (9/5): Excelente!! - Estaba muy cerca de todo. Era un lugar muy cómodo, limpio, con buenas instalaciones, lo que se espera de un buen alojamiento. La anfitriona muy amable a pesar de que no hablaba español, siempre lo intentó y nos ayudó, incluso nos permitió dejar nuestras maletas. Faltaba un poco de ventilación.

• Ellen (7/5): - Toplocatie. Donkere kamer met niet veel licht. Wij hadden minder goed weer waardoor we meer in de kamer verbleven dan voorzien. Wat vooral opviel ook was de slechte geur van de afvoer in de kamer. Men kwam snel met een product om dit op te lossen, maar dit hielp slechts heel tijdelijk. Denk dat heel wat mensen meer zouden klagen hierover.

Elle a ete très arrangeante pour la fin de séjour, notamment pour laisser les bagages et garder la clé jusqu'au dernier moment . La chambre été très propre . Et de plus , l'hébergement se situé à 5 minutes de la place St Marc . Je recommande .

• Elisabeth (10/5): - Das Quartier liegt sehr zentral, ca. 10 min. zu Fuß vom MArkusplatz entfernt an einem netten ruhigen Platz. Im unmittelbaren Umkreis befinden sich Cafes und Restaurants. Wir konnten um 10.00 schon einchecken, was sehr angenehm war. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und sauber mit einem großen Badezimmer. Es gibt eine Kaffeemaschine und einen Wasserkocher mit Zubehör. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und den Aufenthalt in Venedig sehr genossen. --

• Multedo (8/5): - Le logement est très bien placé tout en étant dans un coin un peu plus calme de Venise, l'accueil et la communication avec le personnel sont faciles, les espaces communs sont agréables. La chambre est très propre. Il y a de quoi prendre boissons chaudes et stockés au frais dans un petit frigo des aliments si besoin. Les équipements sont un peu vieillots, et la chmbre dans laquelle nous logions manquait beaucoup de luminosité. Si vous n'y allez que pour dormir c'est largement suffisant mais si vous voulez profiter de votre chambre ce n'était pas la meilleure option

• Paulette (10/5): Idéal ! - Localisation du Palazzo extraordinaire, dans un quartier authentique et calme, sur une ravissante place avec une très belle église, juste à côté du Canal et à 7 minutes de la place saint Marc. Grande chambre, avec beaucoup de rangements, un lit XXL très confortable, une salle de bain impeccable. Très calme car donne sur une toute petite ruelle. Thé et café en quantité, petit frigo. Lorenzo, notre hôte, et la charmante Jacqueline qui l'aide en cas d'absence, sont adorables et réactifs. Nous sommes arrivés très tard (22H) à cause du retard de notre avion, et Lorenzo ne nous a pas appliqué les frais supplémentaires prévus en théorie après 2Oh. Nous recommandons et nous reviendrons, je l'espère !

I thought it had a kitchen but it didn't. The room was cold, we hit a cold spell. Would have liked a carpet or something warm on our feet.

• Konstantin (10/5): Венеция в январе - Гостевой дом . Лоренцо, очевидно, хозяин дома, был очень внимательным, хотя мы лично его не повстречали, но он всё время был с нами на связи. Полностью составил нам маршрут прибытия. Жаклин, не зная английского, при этом была очень милой и всё что она нам объясняла на итальянском, мы прекрасно поняли! Очень рады были начать знакомство с Венецией с встречи с такими удивительными людьми! Здание расположено очень удачно ко всем основным достопримечательностям. Милый дворик из нашего окна. Рядом ресторанчики и завтрак не был проблемой. Чистота в комнате. А также кофемашина и минихолодильник. Современное оборудование в туалете.

• Salassa (10/5): Perfekter Herbstausklang - Die Lage war super, Lorenzo hat uns sehr freundlich emfpfangen und wir konnten unser Gepäck vor dem Check In und nach dem Check Out dort lassen - das hat uns wirklich viel Mühe ersparrt. Und der Garten ist wunderschön! Wir wurden top beraten, es war serh sauber, es gab Kaffee und Teekocher am Zimmer und wir hatten einen tollen Blick auf den grünen Garten. Es war gut warm für den späten Herbst und das Bett war bequem. Zum Wohlfühlen! Leider gabs kein Frühstück, weil wir außerhalb der Hauptsaision gefahren sind - aber in Italien mit den Crossaints und Cappucchino ist das wirklich kein Problem!

• dsanti (8/5): Habitaciones con impronta veneciana - Se trata de un antiguo edificio muy bien remodelado, con pocas habitaciones. El edificio está ubicado frente a una plaza tranquila, y muy bien ubicada. En solo 5-10 minutos se llega caminando a la plaza de San Marcos y a las principales atracciones turísticas. Las habitaciones son amplias y muy cómodas y el edificio tiene un jardín interno muy lindo. El agua caliente demora un poco en salir, y la calefacción no funcionaba bien.

• Andrea Quintana (8/5): Perfect location to explore!! - The location was pretty good, less than 10 mins walk from the center and less than 2 mins from the boulevard. The room has all you need and Lorenzo was kind and gave us some local recommendations. He even let us leave the bags there until we had to leave to the train station. Some night were a little busy outside and you could hear it from the room, but that was it..is not like you could not sleep because of that.
• SOPHIE (8/5): Pour apprécier une Venise authentique et attachante , je recommande - Situé dans le quartier CASTELLO, un peu à l'écart de San Marco et Rialto, avec un jardin, c est un petit havre de paix, sans prétention, et l'on est au contact des vėnitiens. Une vraie parenthèse quand on veut connaître l'ame d'une ville au-delà des sites magnifiques de Venise. Chambre sobre mais parfaitement fonctionnelle, du rangement, parfait.

• Marc (8/5): - Lorenzo was very helpful during our stay. He communicated well prior to our arrival and helped us with all our travel needs. The location was perfect! Close to everything we wanted to see but far enough from the busy areas. Quiet and restful. Room had everything we needed. Having check-out instructions prior to our departure would have been helpful. We did not know what to do with the room key when we left.

Banho com água quente, quarto com ar condicionado funcionando bem. Barulho das pessoas no andar de cima e ao lado, escutávamos coisas sendo arrastadas, imagino que crianças pulando no andar de cima e pessoas conversando alto ao lado.

• Benno (9/5): Beautiful place in a perfect location - Palazzo Soderini is a beautiful place in a perfect location, whether you want to explore Venice as a tourist or visit the Biennale. The room we had was simple, clean, and well-designed. The mattresses were good, and there was a beautiful garden right in front of the room. The service was great, the prices are reasonable in my opinion, and the square in front of the house has a wonderful energy. I’d definitely love to come back and can only recommend this accommodation to everyone. Thanks a lot, Lorenzo! All fine :)
