- Scott (8/5): 8.5/10 - Had a good experience , was just disappointed the pool wasn't working and the AC issue. - Staff/Location/Cleanliness Pool wasn't open due to an electrical issue, Air Conditioning wasn't turned on. It's not individual units but rather one main system all linked together. They didn't have the AC compressor on because the temps were fluctuating. This led to my room being very warm and needing to prop the front door open with a chair. I did request a fan and that helped immensely.

- Yasmin (6/5): - I did like: 1) the area is excellent! It's a 5 min walk to the main Wildwood Boardwalk and beach. 2) The room itself was very clean I did Not like: 1) This is NOT a 2-bedroom! The advertising is deceptive ; it's really a one-bedroom + a small kitchenette, TV, & couch at the entrance. 2) Also, it was cold in the room, and you could not turn it to "heat" or adjust the temperature. The system, even when off, was giving cool air.

They said the bunk beds were comfy and slept well and had cubbys for all their stuff. Staff was super great but got weird when asked for extra towels twice, they wanted the dirty ones back before gave me more clean towels. Like what? 5 people for 2 nights gonna need extra towels yall, not tryna steal crap wildwood towels! Anyway, super nice hotel, short walk to beach and boardwalk. Planning next summer to stay here again!

Also very difficult bringing luggage to second floor especially for Seniors. Pool was kept very clean, need to clean pool furniture. Help with luggage to second floor.

- Guest (1/5): Horrible - Close to boardwalk We’ve stayed here before and loved it so decided to book a 1 night stay to get away back at this hotel. Well unfortunately this time wasn’t as great. We didn’t mind paying a hefty price for one night because we loved it so much last time! Well unfortunately this time we were awoken to a roach scurrying acrossed the floor and weren’t able to fall back asleep. My husband was able to kill it and alert staff. Staff was rude and told us it was a “summer bug” and told us manager wasn’t in and would reach out. We never heard from manager again and my husband had to call several times for a response. At first, a sorry would’ve been fine. After having to seek out the rude manager I expected a refund and was offered 50 in credit. I’m so disappointed with how they handled it and it leads me to believe they are well aware of their infestation. Unfortunately our 1 night we paid 325 for was cut short and we couldn’t wait to get out of here. We were So grossed out we packed our stuff up and just headed home because we didn’t even want to shower. I wasn’t going to leave a bad review until they handled this so poorly. Stay at your own risk! Definetly wasn’t the 1 day get away we were hoping for!

- Ronja (6/5): Parking and front desk staff not great - Great location and clean rooms Parking was an issue and we had to move rooms two times during our stay . It was a pain to pack up twice. We had two booked rooms and were not allowed to park a third car so we had to pay out of pocket 100$ to park the third car. We thought they would make an exception due to us changing rooms twice but the front desk was not accommodating or friendly about it. We have been coming to this hotel for 5 yrs. Not sure we will be back next year due to this.

Had an issue with our toilet upon check in and maintenance showed up almost immediately and fixed the problem. We loved all the amenities it came with. Very close to the boardwalk and beach access. AC in the rooms did its job for it being so basic. Very spacious room overall. Definitely will be back!

Location was ideal, facility clean, and they serviced the room every night, No extra security lock on the main door lock; too much light allowed at night into first bedroom. Also, like all Wildwood beach hotels...price was astronomical for what it was (not even breakfast provided).
- Dserv (8/5): Great place for a family vacation, especially during the week. - Great location near the boardwalk, piers, and beach. Comfortable rooms and great for families. Pool and facilities were clean and neat and the staff was always friendly and helpful. I wish I had control of the room temperature, which was a bit on the warm side for out liking. I also wish the pool was open later than 8pm. The area is pretty quiet, other than on Fridays/Saturdays when you can hear the nearby bars pretty easily but it wasn't overly obnoxious.

- Rachel (8/5): So-so stay - I have stayed at this hotel previously, but was a little let down this time. 1) the air conditioning unit didn’t cool the entire (small) room, but thankfully did the sleeping area. 2) there was a trail of dried blood down an entire outdoor walkway for multiple days of our stay, meaning it was not mopped. 3) noise rules were not enforced. Our reservation said no outdoor speakers, but a group of guests brought theirs to the pool multiple times without considering if other guests wanted to listen to their music.

- Julianne (10/5): Great hotel in the heart of Wildwood. - This was my second time staying at the Blue Palms. The front staff is always very helpful. There are two well-maintained pools on the property. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The property is old-fashioned like many other hotels in Wildwood. It doesn’t have some of the amenities that folks might be used to in a more modern hotel but it absolutely doesn’t feel like you’re lacking anything. The bathroom is on the smaller side and somewhat dated, but I genuinely think that adds to the charm of this hotel. It feels like you’re going back in time. I think Wildwood, in general, can make you feel that way. The Blue Palms hotel is also super convenient to all of the attractions. I love that once I park my car in the hotel’s parking lot I don’t have to move it at all unless I choose to. My son and I took a trip down to Cape May so we had to drive there, but otherwise everything is walkable from the hotel. This makes it feel so convenient, like you’re in the heart of everything. The air conditioner in our room was amazing and worked really well. We were very comfortable even on very hot and humid days. I’ll keep coming back to this hotel because it’s convenient, it’s cute and it’s well maintained.

No comforters but provided extra blankets. Convenient bike rental. Television was bad with poor picture quality. Not enough outlets or lighting. First floor could hear everything on the floor above (very loud). The room was very damp. The towels shed white all over your body and face. The AC put out a burning smell at times when temp was raised.

- Silver (10/5): Great stay at the Blue Palms !!!! - This location is amazing. It's so close to the boardwalk ( one block, and it brings you out at Ed's arcade ). We were one block from ( Pink Cadillac Diner ) which is our favorite diner for breakfast. The room was big enough for two ppl. It was clean and neat. The shower water pressure was amazing. They even offer Aveda products for toiletries. The two clerks at the front desk ( I forget their names ) a gentleman and a woman were so polite and easy to work with. We decided to add an extra day and they went out of their way to help. They offer coffee in the lobby 24 hours ( Great pick me up in the morning ). The price was reasonable for 5 days and 4 nights. I honestly have zero complaints. They offer a ton of pillows and an extra blanket in your room. The maids were helpful and asked if we needed anything. Absolutely pleasant time. My husband and I will stay here again. The only thing that I can complain about was the bed was a little hard for my liking. But that's just me.

- Walter (6/5): - Cons: My room’s toilet was leaking and the floor was soaked the whole time. Building did not have heat because they switched their old system to air conditioning. It was below 50 outside and chilly in the room. Pros: Staff was nice. Parking was good and pool area looked nice. Beds were comfortable. Great location.

- Jeanette (10/5): Exceptional - We were welcomed by a friendly gentleman on (5/25). The location was perfect! Literally across from the boardwalk next to water zone. The room was clean and freshly painted. Outside was a fire pit and 2 pools. I would definitely be returning. Oh, and we were given a voucher to a brunch restaurant next door. N/A
