• Michael (10/5): Great stay - Overall I was pretty happy with our stay. I think it may be one of the best options in Wildwood. It was a little more than I had intended on spending but worth it. It’s a mid-sized hotel which I think is just right. The location was perfect. The beach is across the street and parks on either side. One had a stage with music a couple times a week and the other had an outdoor workout area, playground, and splash pad. There is a bike rental about a block away and a sidewalk that runs along the beach and connects to the boardwalk a little over a mile away. The pool was a decent size and ranged from around 3 or 4 ft to 9 ft. There was also a separate shallow kiddie pool. I always hate parking in vacation areas because spots are limited and other guests often aren’t considerate enough to park within the lines but the front desk assured me there were enough spots for the rooms. There were spaces on each side of the hotel as well as garage parking underneath. I did notice some vehicles that parked over the lines as I expected but I was able to find parking each night despite it so I was satisfied. Our room was up-to-date and roomy enough for 2 people. There was a small table w/chairs, refrigerator, 40+ inch TV, and balcony w/chairs. The only negatives were you couldn’t control the fan on the thermostat and it was loud when the ac would kick on, our room was near the elevator and next to the housekeeping room so it was noisy in the morning, and you had to wait for elevators.
• Jessica (10/5): - First time and definitely won’t be the last! The property was very clean and well maintained. The staff called as soon as our room was available to check in. A good long distance from the boardwalk so it was quiet, clean, and peaceful!

It was also flanked on either side with green space -- parks, splash pad and playground for kids and a bike rental nearby. And since it's in Wildwood Crest, it's much quieter than Wildwood. Perfect for families or those seeking relaxation!

• Laurel (6/5): - 2 big negatives - Staff chats in the hallways. I felt like I was listening to my aunties gossiping about this and that in Spanish for over an hour. It was comical at first, then just got annoying. At least they were happy words but it was too early and I couldn't believe how loud it was. It affected my rest. Also, doors slam loudly! My neighbor slammed their door at 5:45am and woke me. Not cool. SO also - the water pressure isnt great. I love a nice shower and this just wasn't it. Everything else is excellent. Beautiful and clean and super nice front desk staff. All in all, when paying in-season rates I def expect to have a peaceful, quiet stay. therefore - would choose elsewhere.

• Margaret (10/5): A great location - Port Royal is located at the southern end of the Wildwoods. The towns have an awesome bike path along the ocean and the strip of hotels. You can ride bikes on the boardwalk until 1 pm.

The staff personally took pride in their hotel and seemed to be long time employees. Great location with green space, city parks on both sides of the hotel. Would highly recommend this hotel.

We really loved the restaurant in the hotel and used the pick up window often for mid day snacks. The food was really good! The staff were so friendly. Great location near the beach and the boardwalk entry is about a 10 minute walk. Loved this place so much and will be coming back!

We were able to check in at 11 instead of 4 pm. Rooms were a bit small but balcony was nice. Overall had a great stay and locals in the area also told me this was the best hotel here.

Unnecessary and a Security issue. Hotel reeks of mustiness and mold. Breakfast at hotel rest. Was excellent. Server was superb.

• Stephanie (8/5): I’ll go back again. - Everything was great, very nice hotel. The only issue we noticed was that the pool was not clean, very cloudy and that made it not inviting to want to swim. It also advertised to be heated but was not.
• Joseph (10/5): - The only reason I Rated the property condition and facilities with a 4 is because we arrived at the hotel on the second day of its opening for the the season. Understandingly all amenities were not fully ready and available for customer use. All that being said, “the staff” from management and front desk, to the domestic help, maintenance crew, and cafe staff, were very pleasant, helpful, and considerate. We would absolutely consider returning for future visits.

The only disappointment I could not regulate the temperature in the room and it was chilly and I had to asked for extra blankets 🙁 I think you should be able to regulate temperatures in room everyone feels differently in there room and I like to be able to change the temperature .

No 'welcome' when we got there in the evening, or 'good morning' when we left at 8 am. Not exactly the welcoming committee....are your customers worth that little to you? No microwave or refrigerator in our room.
