Les employés sont polis et c’est tout, celle qui prépare « le petit déjeuner » sont souriante comme une porte de prison ! 71€ la nuit je trouve que c’est cher pour moi ça vaux le prix d’un hôtel ibis 50€ pas plus Bien entendu je n’y mettrais jamais les pieds

- Uzeyir (6/5): - The reason i went for this hotel was the option of Spa & Hamam. Well, there was nothing. In construction as they say. Someone told me for 1 or 2 days and other 1 or 2 months. No one informed me that there was no SPA at that time. I would NOT choose for this hotel if i knew about this. Rooms clean, i must give that. Breakfast is good but not great Reception may be more friendly and professional. Personel restaurant friendly. Standaard room for 2 is small, beds are ok but not great. Shortly: i would not choose this hotel knowing there was no SPA. Hotel is more 3 stars worth. Location 10 mins walk to metrostation Gayrettepe. From there just 3 stops to famous Taksim Square.

My suggestion, if you have to have place to stay , go a head and stay otherwise you can search better hotels. its near by the Gayrettepe (train)Metro but better not to have big suitcase. No Taxi will take you to the hotel because its very short ride. if you only have light hand bag, you will be OK. this is my experience . My Opinoin : very cheap treatment for the price I paid.

- Adejoke (10/5): Happy stay - Great Hotel, and friendly staff. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. The breakfast is so-so, wasn't a lot of what I could eat, but it was unlimited so ate what I recognised / liked. One negative is that the I frequently woke up sweating as I couldn't get the room cool enough to what I prefer.

- Carmen (4/5): - J’ai pris cet hôtel suite à un changement de programme, il était bien noté malgré le prix assez bas. Le personnel à l’accueil ne disait jamais bonjour. Nous avons pris une chambre avec un lit double et un lit simple; elle était petite on ne pouvait même pas ouvrir les 3 valises en même temps. Le sol était sale, les femmes de ménage sont bien passées, je les ai vues mais il y avait un produit qui laissait le sol poisseux. Ne marchez pas pas pieds nus ou sans chaussettes. On a mis les chaussons d’hôtel mais ils étaient jeté chaque matin sans être renouvelé. Le prix correspond au service que j’ai reçu, je n’aurais pas aimé payé plus cher.

- LESLIE (6/5): - The staff is very accomodating. However the cleanliness of the room is not that good. I found a cigarette butt in the room in which no one smokes in our family. We cannot rest or sleep well since the room is not sound proof and we always hear the toilet flushes in the other room. The toiletries are incomplete. And you cannot also bring outside food.

- Serkan Derin (6/5): - If you are looking for a clean and comfortable bed to sleep in, this hotel could be a good option. It is near the main subway line and a short taxi ride away from many of the attractions. I would consider this one a budget-friendly hotel and not expect high-quality service.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Kötü hizmet - İlk defa kalmıyorum ama daha öncekilere göre hizmet çok kötüleşmiş. Resepsiyona telefonla ulaşmak çok zor muhtemelen 1 kişi çalışıyor, su istiyorsunuz odaya yoğunuz gelip kendiniz alın diyorlar. İlk girdiğimizde yataktaki çarşaf yırtıktı. İçerde müşteriler maske takmadan geziyor ve kimse uyarmıyor. Çok zorda kalmadıkça bir daha kalmayı düşünmüyorum.

- GUVEN ONUR (4/5): Tercih edilebilir. - Duvarlar cok ince. Gece yan odadaki kisi normal ses tonuyla bile konussa yaninizda konusuyo gibi oluyor. O yuzden sessiz sakin bir yer olarak tavsiye edemiyorum ozellikle uyku sorununuz varsa. Onun disinda personal cok ilgili ve saygili. Temizlik acisindan da oldukca bakimli bir otel. Bu donemde tercih edilebilecek bir yer.
- Maria (10/5): Hotel during covid - A fantastic medium sized hotel. We didn't get chance for the full experience as covid restrictions closed the spa etc. However the stay was good. Food fabulous. Staff were lovely. Not really a holiday spot but great hotel. Wishing them all the best for 2021.

Otopark kullanılmadığına göre bu özellik siteden kaldırılmalı. Otelde konaklamam için tek kriter otoparkken onun da kullanılamayacağını otelde öğrenmek hayal kırıklığı. Bir daha konaklayacağımı sanmıyorum.

- Ahmet (6/5): Helt grei hotell, men ingen wow. - Det var ingen vask av rommene pga. Corona, men på andre hotell var dette ikke noe problem og de desinfiserte tom. Rommene. Dusjen var dårlig med dårlig vanntrykk og dusjhode trengte og festes ordentlig da den var løs. Det tok også veldig lang tid å få varmt vann.

- Tamir (6/5): there is room for improvement - The service was great, The room was large and tidy. The bed was comfortable, The shower was spacious and the water was warm and the flow was strong. But .. there was a terrible smell of moss from the shower an open window didn't get over the smell. Plus we were pretty disappointed with the breakfast which was really minimal.

- Resul Tugay (10/5): Perfect! - It was a perfect stay. They upgraded our room and served free room service breakfast. Staff was friendly, room and hotel were clean. Everything you can ask for!
- Ozkan (6/5): - The parking is a problem. They have no parking space whatsoever. It is also far from the main attractions. If you are using this hotel for medical reasons, it may not be the best for you. They have good breakfast though.
- Az (6/5): - Our tv didn’t work till our fourth night and we was only there for 6night so it was very annoying since I was on a break with my partner and left the kids back home so just wanted to stay in most nights. The staff were nice and really tried but apart from reception staff, most didn’t speak any other languages so it was quite difficult, especially room service... e.g I asked for ‘less sauce on my food and he replied no sauce’, it got so confusing that I told him to forget about it! Everywhere in turkey they have a smoking area and my partner was really happy as it was snowing when we arrived so he didn’t need to go out doors but half way through our stay, the hotel decided to band the smoking room as a friend of the hotel boss was unhappy with this as he had a baby and wanted to sit in THAT room... in all the public rooms he chooses the smoking room!!!! A really disappointing move from the bosses!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - I went to a 5* hotel in Atlanya and expected a lot but didn’t nothing in return, it was a bad hotel with bad beds and bad food but I must say this 4* hotel is so much more better it feels like a travel lodge back home in England which I can’t complain about. It has decent rooms for decent prices. The gym facilities wasn’t that great as I like to work out a lot but overall you get what you bargained for. Nice hotel thank you for your services

- Hassan (4/5): Non-professional staff and costumer serivce - The receptionist was awufally rude ! Her name was Zeinab. I had never seen such a customer service. I told her that I want to talk the manager and she told me herself is the manager. I wanted to cancel my stay and go to another hotel but my booking was non-refundable. Instead, I asked them to change my room if they cannot refund but they had their excuses. I asked them for iron and made multiple calls but they told me others are using!!! I asked for some tea bags from reception and they told me to request it from restaurant. I called restaurant and they told me to contact reception :) Overall, this was my worst experience ever in a 4 star hotel where I spent lots of money.

- Fiona (8/5): Small room but fab shower ! - The shower was fabulous . Location was ok for what we were doing but a little out. So not many things to do in that area . The hotel restaurant wasn’t the same standard as everything else. Reception staff and room service staff were fabulous ! Good WiFi . Rooms were tiny!
