De centrale ligging tussen Dusseldorf, Keulen en Wuppertal is super. De bedden zijn niet erg dik en de hoofdkussen vielen tegen qua ondersteuning. De prijzen van de minibar zijn vrij hoog. Bijbetalen voor parking, bijbetalen voor ontbijt....

Leider während meines gesamten Aufenthalts kein Internet verfügbar. Dusche ging nur eiskalt oder brüllend-heiss, beides ein No-Go! Entspricht nicht dem Standard dieses Hotels, daher kann ich das Appartement im Nebengebäude nur eingeschränkt empfehlen!

- Ellen (8/5): Nettes Wochenende, Erwartungen erfüllt - Zentral in Haan gelegen. Geschäfte und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer waren sauber. Schöne Sauna. Haben uns gegen das Frühstück dort entschieden, weil uns der Preis zu hoch war, dafür dass wir nur 1-2 Brötchen und einen Kaffee genommen hätten. Zudem liegt der Frühstücksbereich nah am Wellnessbereich, wo es ziemlich nach Chlor roch. In der Sauna / Wellnessbereich wären ein paar zusätzliche Haken für Handtücher toll und eine Sensibilisierung der Gäste, keine Handys mitzunehmen. Es ist echt unangenehm, wenn man schwimmen möchte oder nackt in die Sauna will und Leute Handys in der Hand haben, teilweise mit Blick auf den Pool... Aber das ist leider ein Problem in vielen Hotels mit Wellnessbereich...

- Jurjen de Vries (5/5): - Friendly staff that helped with the request to have two rooms next to each other, as we were with a family this helped us to stay close together. Some things were broken or out of order without communicating this on forehand, such as the sauna infrared cabin and sauna shower. Also one of the rooms bathtub plug were missing, while I reported this to the staff and was promised to be fixed, it was not fixed when we left.

- Stephan (8/5): Personal sehr nett, Zummer sehr schön und groß - Sehr schönes und Großes Zimmer, das Bad ist auch sehr schön. Im Keller ist ein Pool und eine Sauna. Beim Frühstücksbuffet waren manchmal alle Tische besetzt, also nicht genug Platz für mehr Tische. Die Kaffeemaschine steht ungünstig manchmal lange Schlange an der Kaffeemaschine da neben ist die Tür zur Küche das Personal ist rein und raus und man stand immer im Wege. Abhilfe hätte vielleicht ein paar kaffee thermoskannen verschafft. Der Fahrstuhl braucht eine Ewigkeit von P nach 3

- Sesam.eis (8/5): Hotel mitten im Ort - Alles sauber, sehr schönes Hotel und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Frühstück war reichlich und immer wieder direkt alles aufgefüllt. Hundefreundlich! Alles gut in Reichweite (Supermarkt, Apotheke, Restaurant und Drogeriemarkt). Die Dusche hat uns nicht so gefallen..Da es eine halb offene Dusche ist, war das halbe Badezimmer/Waschbecken nachdem duschen nass. Eventuell ein Duschvorhang wäre nicht schlecht.

- Silke (8/5): Mein Lieblingshotel in Haan - Sehr gute Betten, nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück, sauber, großer TV, schöne Dusche, angenehme Pflegeprodukte, in der Stadt. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Rollwagen fürs Gepäck. Sehr schlechte Parkmöglichkeiten, Ausblick auf Häuserreihen vorne, teilweise laut in der Nacht.

- Rita (9/5): Het verblijf was top! - Het was een uitgebreid en smaakvol ontbijt! Het personeel aan de infodesk was vriendelijk! Er waren op straat genoeg parkeerplaatsen. We komen zeker nog eens in dit hotel logeren. Er was 's avonds rond 22 u. heel veel lawaai op het terras van het aanpalende visrestaurant dat niet open was.

- Tim (4/5): - Die Zentrale Lage war ein positiver Aspekt Die Zimmer sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das Zimmer roch unangenehm stark nach Textilerfrischer, die Duschbrause war undicht und der Strahl war wirklich mangelhaft. Außerdem war die Matratze sehr durchgelegen. Für 109€, alleine für die Übernachtung ohne Frühstück und ohne Parhaus-Stellplatz hat das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht gestimmt.
- Andrea (7/5): Sehr gut wenn man einmal auf die Kirmes gehen möchte - Schönes Zimmer mit Außenterrasse und Liegen zum Park hinaus Zuerst wurde uns ein kleines Zimmer im Keller zugewiesen, das wir so aber nicht gebucht haben. Erst nachdem ich darauf hingewiesen habe, wurde uns die gebuchte Kategorie gegeben. Zudem bin ich froh kein Frühstück gebucht zu haben, da dieses im Untergeschoss für mich wie ein Kellerzimmer war. Dort mussten wir durch um zum ersten falschen Zimmer zu kommen.
