• Arlene (4/5): - Out vacation stay was far from great. No cleaning was done in our apartment, no one came to greet us or advise who to contact if we had any problems. I came across a few problems and went to the reception only to be told to speak to the person I booked the room from. I tried explaining to them that I booked through Expedia and they seemed not to know what that was. After some back amd forth they provided me with a name & number. Lady said that there was no cleaning service for the apartments. I expressed how weird that was since I’ve never booked a hotel/apartment with no cleaning service. We didn’t know how to use the safe, no new towels were given to us, no extra paper toilet, washer and dryer in the room weren’t working and to top it off apartment was full of cockroaches. Definitely not staying here again, since I complained they gave us a new set of towels but thats it they never fixed the washer or dryer and never provided us with trash bags which they told us they would give us.
• Veronica (4/5): - There is a disconnect from the building staff and apartment owners. I met only 1 receptionist that was helpful and friendly. The building guards tried scamming me. Will never stay here again.

• Eyon (4/5): - There are a few things I didn’t like that should be mentioned up front to the guest before the chose to stay there. 1. The shows had NO hot water for the first three days and when they finally showed up to fixed it, the water took approximately 10 to 15 minutes to get hot that only lasted 2 minutes. 2. The TV’s didn’t work, the Wi-Fi connection to get the TV channels working was unable to provide a good continuous signal therefore the TV spent all night trying to connect. 3. They told us the dryer didn’t work but the washer did. The dryer should have been checked and repaired if needed before we arrived. 4. The Gym equipment was very out dated and unsafe for the user. Example the thread mill were slipping causing you to go off balance and can easily fall and get seriously injured. 5. They have 3 elevators but the most of the time there only one elevator was working for a building with approximately 40 floors, needless to say it took about 10 to 15 minutes just to get up and down the building. I love the fact that it’s located feet from the ocean. The security at the door did an awesome job to be sure the people accessing the building did belong in the building. 6. The pool was unacceptable for hours at a time but we were never given the pool schedule upon arrival. That has to change to avoid the guess showing up and denied access to the pool. 7. The showers I recommend be redesigned to avoid mopping after each use, due to the excess water accumulated

• saraferrujo1509 (10/5): Wonderful place - We were there for five days and every day they worried about our stay. The service was very friendly and they helped us with what we need, getting transportation for us and tours of Cartagena. There are many comfortable rooms, there is also a lot of space. There is a wonderful view of the sea where you can see the sunset and the sea. there are 2 pools and a jacuzzi area. What I liked the most was the view of the sea, the tranquility and the space in the room. I would go back because it has cheap prices and they provide excellent service

• Cristina (10/5): - The property is excellent. Expedia needs to let the guest know who to contact at the time of arrival, by e-mail before arrival, the front desk representative had no idea about our reservation. We had to wait for a while until finally someone got the person in charge.
• LynnAnnCarley (6/5): Know what you are getting yourself into - Pros: -Washing machine -Nice pool -Across from beach. Just beware that the vendors on the beaches and on the sidewalks in this area are relentless. There is a constant hustle for money in this city. Cons: -No dryers!! -Everything is run down - see photos -Elevators don’t work well. At least one of the three are being fixed at any given time. This is a big deal with a 37 floor building. Can take 10 to 15 minutes to get up or down. -Pirates (people pretending to be taxi drivers) are allowed to operate in front of the hotel. Beware: they may try to take more than just your money. Our experience with taxis was good in Cartagena. You just need to negotiate the rate before you get in. -Cockroches. Eww, but this is pretty common in any Carribean beach town. -Photos used are stock photos from when the building was new. They are not representative as to what is existing now. As long as you are not expecting a quiet and pristine apartment, then this place could work for you.
• Verified traveler (4/5): - I liked that is an apartment for the space.... but the conditions of the building are not 5 stars as appear in the rating... the elevator got ruin and did not work for 3 days and we were at the 27th floor. We were a family of 6 requested an apartment of 2 rooms, instead of giving us an apartment of 2 rooms they gave us 2 apartments of 2 rooms each charging us more and did not want to refund us and I made a reservation of another apartment of 2 bedrooms and gave us 2 more apartments and wasting the money of 2 apartments for nothing.

• Priska (6/5): Une semaine en famille - L'appartement ne correspond plus aux photos de l'annonce. Tout les meubles sont vêtustes et absolument inconfortable. Impersonnel. Très peu fourni en vaisselle. Pas de plat pour utiliser le four, pas de petites cuillières, pas de bols, pas de briquet, tire-bouchon, produit vaisselle, éponge, sel-poivre, et sèche-cheveux alors qu'il est mentionné dans l'annonce. Le nettoyage tous les jours prévus dans l'annonce est en suplément. Frigo sans compartiments dans la porte ! Micro-onde difficile à faire fonctionner. Le vent s'infiltre par toutes les ouvertures (même fermées) et donc un bruit de souffle constant. Le personnel n'est pas très accueillant. Douche froide. Il y a une machine à café, parfait. Lave-linge et sèche-linge très bien. Il y a un mixer et un toaster croque-monsieur, mais pas essayer.

• Patrick (4/5): Worsted experience of anyplace I have been world w - When we arrived we were met with blank stares, because they said they do not have a reservation for us. Of course there is no public WIFI in the building so I could not connect. I was finally able to connect and show them my reservation, but they said they do not have a reservation in my name (they spelled my name wrong, but not just a little wrong they left out 2 letters in my last name - so Yeager became Year). I finally had to argue with them that if this reservation is not for me then why is Mr. Year's reservation on my phone? After about 2 hours of this they finally gave us our Apartment that we paid for. I have stayed in this building 3 other times in the last 10 years (not my last name) the last time 4 years ago. The building is really getting worn down since it was built in 2005, the furnishings were old and worn out, in one of the rooms the drawers were stuck and hard to open. The Kitchen cabinets are peeling, and everything else is shabby. I would avoid this place primarily because the check in procedure is not comfortable in the slightest, there is no public WIFI, the condition of the Apartments, and you are treated like an inmate all of the time.

• G (4/5): Close to beach but ..... - Our deluxe apartment came with Cockroaches, dripping taps, cold showers, 2 hours fixing aircon then dripped for remainder of stay, had to ask for towels and limited kitchen cleaning gear. We were original put into a basic apartment which was not what we booked. Was moved to this. However the pool was great opening from 9am to 5:30. Oh and we had a twohout check in process. Would not stay here again

Its location was perfect for us, with the beach only foot steps away and a short cab ride to the walled city. I would book this location again.

• Jose Manuel (2/5): UNA TERRIBLE OPCIÓN. - Muy mala opción para hospedarse, esta es la segunda ocasión que nos quedamos en ese lugar y pensamos que podrían mejorar, pero no fue así. 1.- Nunca nos notificaron que la alberca estaba en reparación. 2.- Nunca hicieron el aseo en las habitaciones, tampoco había papel de baño y para tirar la basura tuvimos que comprar bolsas grandes. 3.- En recepción no podrías dejar las llaves encargadas por lo que tenias que esperar a que llegara tu acompañante para abrir la puerta principal. 4.- Nos ofrecieron cambiarnos de hotel pero solo 1 noche ó que aceptaramos 2 botellas de wishky por la cuestión de la alberca en reparación. 5.- No tenian duplicado de llaves de ninguna habitación. 6.- Las recepcionistas muy, pero muy mala actitud todo el tiempo. Salvo por la Sra. María la encargada de la administración y la Srita Caro de recepción fueron las unicas que siempre estuvieron en todo momento al pendiente de nuestra estadía, todos los demas fueron groseros, prepotentes y jamas te daban alguna solución a los diferentes problemas que surgían. MUY MALA LUGAR PARA HOSPEDARSE.
• Gustavo (2/5): Pésima experiencia - Estimados Lamentablemente mi experiencia fue muy mala, de las 3 noches que estuvimos en 2 noches no teníamos agua caliente, el calentador se había malogrado y no tenía pudieron repararlo solo hasta el tercer día. Con respecto a las instalaciones les falta bastante manutención, la piscina estaba en reparaciones no pudimos ocuparla. La habitación tiene aires acondicionados muy viejos y las toallas en muy malas condiciones (lijas).

• Alex (6/5): Mixed feelings! - I'll start with the good- The apartment was a decent size and had all the equipment you'd need for a family holiday, and was clean. The balcony was big and had fantastic views. The swimming pool is good, clean and very family friendly. The location is excellent, you can walk outside to countless restaurants and all the parts of Cartagena you'd wish to see are within a fifteen minute taxi ride, with the city centre about 5 minutes depending on traffic. The bad- Unfortunately, and it has been mentioned before with these apartments, there appears to be a significant cockroach problem. The staff tried their best and were understanding and came to clean and spray every day, but I was seeing at least ten a day, including on occasion in the food cupboards. Thankfully they were only the small type, if it had been the larger type then I think I would have lost the plot! My wife is Colombian and didn't seem overly bothered, as they are quite common in this climate but if you're unused to them, as I am coming from the UK, then this is a pretty major issue I'd say? The other slight issue was noise. These apartments seem to attract quite large groups, and there are 4 apartments on each floor. My experience was that these groups can book two or three apartments on one floor and then wander between them, making loads of noise and lots of door slamming! Just a consideration if you're sensitive about that sort of thing...
• KEVIN (2/5): ROACH INFESTED - THE APARTMENT HAD GERMAN TYPE ROACHES ALL OVER IT ESPECIALLY IN THE BEDROOMS, THEY WOULD COME OUT DURING THE NIGHT AND CRAWL ALL OVER US, THE A/C UNITS WERE NOT WORKING RIGHT IN THE BEDROOMS. THE ISSUE WAS RAISED WITH HE MANAGEMENT BUT TO NO AVAIL, THEY JUST SENT SOME OF THEIR WORKERS UP TO SEE THE ISSUE AND DID NOT DO ANYTHING TO MITIGATE THE PROBLEM.. I THINK THEY OVERCHARGED US AS WELL. ALSO NOT ENOUGH UTENSILS AND POTS AND PANS FOR COOKING.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Enjoyable apartments right on the beach - We had a nice two bedroom apartment on the 20th floor. Every apartment had an ocean side view with balcony. The apartments were nice sized for 2 adults and 3 kids. The kitchen was adequately stocked with appropriate equipment. There was not a microwave though. The washer/dryer worked well but did not have a heated drying cycle. The pool was very nice and over looked the street and beach. There is around the clock security and only guests are allowed in the lobby/building. We felt very safe. Note: This is an apartment and not a hotel. The cleaning staff did not come everyday like a hotel and you will need to supplement your toilet paper and paper towels. Towels are provided but not wash cloths.

• GABRIEL RODAS (2/5): Very Unpleasant Experience - We were asked to pay a cleaning fee upon check in. The staff was not very nice or helpful. The hot water was not hot. The towels weren't very clean and the icing on the cake was that we ran out of toilet paper and no one brought any to the room, because no one came to clean, even though we were even charged a cleaning fee.
