Bedroom and shower are one floor down with a rather steep staircase, while the toilet is on the main floor. May be an issue for some. A pair of scissors in the kitchen would have been useful.

• Emma (9/5): Heerlijk verblijf op een goede locatie - Super locatie, goede bedden en een groot appartement Terras was wel erg vies, verder was wel alles goed schoon!
• Anett (9/5): Perfekter Urlaubsaufenthalt in Den Haag - Das Apartment ist wirklich sehr schön und super gelegen. Um 15 Uhr bekommt man eine Mail mit dem Elektronischen Schlüssel. Das hatten wir so noch nie, aber man gewöhnt sich dran. Man kommt sehr gut von A nach B. Die Ausstattung ist prima, man hat alles, was man braucht. Rundherum gibt es viele Einkaufmöglichkeiten und Restaurants, wir hatten eine herrliche Zeit. Von uns eine absolute Empfehlung. Die Schlüsselsituation ist einfach und doch etwas schwierig, da es sich um elektrische Schlüssel handelt. Leider hat es einen Tag nicht ganz einwandfrei funktioniert, aber da gab es auch Probleme in ganz Den Haag und die Stayci Mitarbeiter*innen haben sich wirklich sehr schnell gekümmert.

• Nastasya (6/5): Great location but noisy and shame about only one working loo - Spacious, modern and excellent location Downstairs loo and bathtub had signs saying OUT OF ORDER. I didn’t mind about the bathtub as the shower was fine but honestly to have to walk upstairs - especially if in the middle of the night - to use the loo is not ideal. What’s more, the booking was for 4 people and to all share 1 loo was not not comfortable. I think we should have been notified of this in advance and offered either another flat or a discount. The electronic keys are a great idea but only when they work which these often did not. It happened 4 times that we couldn’t get in and had to wait until someone came out. In fact as we were leaving the flat the last day, there were other people outside waiting to get in. I’m referring to the door to the building. It worked fine for the door to the flat. I always travel with earplugs but other members of my family do lot and they found it noisy at night as the bedroom on ground level is right on the street. There are major works going on in the road during the day and while it can’t be helped, again it would have been good to know in advance.

Everything was very clean and comfortable A minor point, and maybe it's just me, but the digital key was a challenge and impossible for my mother to use. With poor 4g at main entrance, and the palaver of finding the digital key on my phone via an email every time I needed to enter was annoying. And then my phone battery died....

Il tavolo della cucina è molto piccolo; le poltrone bruttine e il tappetto liso. Si può migliorare la comunicazione; abbiamo chiesto il posto auto e non ci è stata data risposta all'inizio. Poi il giorno successivo ci sono state lasciate le chiavi del garage nell'appartamento ma senza spiegazioni, per cui ci ha aiutato un signore a capire il funzionamento di ingresso e di uscita (non del tutto intuibile).

• radu andrei (4/5): After two nights of staying there, we had to move to a different location because of the things that didn’t like there i - The only big advantage it was the proximity to the city center The apartment is close to the road and basically you are out there with the traffic. There is zero noise cancellation. There was a lot of mold in the bathroom area. Also in the bathroom the curtain was a plastic one and they really hated this aspect.
• De Groot, Marc (8/5): Good apartment for a short stay - The location is perfectly situated near the city centrer of The Hague. The apartment has everything one needs for a short stay. It has a fully equipt kitchen, including a Nespresso machine, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher etc. There is even a laundry machine and a dryer. You really do not need to bring more than your clothes and toiletries. Apartment 51G: The Wifi was instable and hardly worked. The apartment could do with a cchek-up: An in the past broken shower glass door, was poorly replaced by a shower curtain. The drain of the bathroom sink was not always draining well. Although the apartment looked clean, a lot of corners could do with a good cleaning. The toilet seat is in need of replacement: Loose and looks kind of used up.

• KAREN (8/5): Lovely comfy stay central in The Hague - These Apartments are really centrally located. An easy walk from transport and so accessible to the centre is The Hague town. Loved the digital entry - so easy without having to worry about keys. Our Apartment was roomy and comfortable also. There is a lift in the building also. Good to be aware that our Apartment had a super large bedroom and lovely ensuite downstairs but the stairs were narrow and steep. Not suitable for elderly. The downstairs space was open but be aware there was no door for privacy - we didn’t mind but it may not be appropriate for some people. Minimal general supplies also.
• Gabriela (10/5): Nice and cozy - The studio is centrally located, in a very quiet area. It is very clean and spacious: a very large living room with an integrated kitchen area (refrigerator, stove, oven, kettle, cutlery, and crockery). I appreciated finding welcome coffee, salt, pepper, oil, dishwashing detergent . There is a separate bedroom, which also includes a bathroom area (shower, bathtub, double sink). Separately, in the hallway, there is a room with a toilet and a small sink. The balcony is spacious. The studio is equipped with everything one might need for a vacation and was warm. The building is also well insulated (the neighbors had a New Year’s party, but nothing could be heard inside). I would definitely recommend it. -

Dzīvokļa otrā stāva guļamistabā bija vēss. Mēs lūdzām viesim papildus segu, lai nav jāsalst naktī. Mums apsolīja, ka sega būs, bet rezultātā to mums neiedeva.

• Viviane (9/5): Perfect. - Schitterende locatie, heel modern appartement en goed uitgerust. Inchecken was niet evident. Uur van code duidelijk meedelen bij online inchecken. Eerste keer binnengaan was niet makkelijk. Eens systeem door, prima. Verwarming hanteren was moeilijk. Een minihandleiding voorzien zou handig zijn.
• Alina (9/5): - Eine tolle, saubere, gemütliche, morderne gut-ausgestattete Wohnung. Tolle Lage - wir konnten alles zu Fuß erreichen. Super Organisation. Wir haben unseren Familientrip sehr genossen und uns ab der ersten Sekunde sehr wohl gefühlt.

• EA (10/5): Coming home - Home vibe The door system was nog really functional like the doorbell downstairs
• Gunther (9/5): Voor herhaling vatbaar. - Centrale ligging, netheid van de accommodatie en vlotheid van de service. Een pluspunt zou een muur/deur geweest zijn naar het slaapgedeelte op de verdieping.
• Sam (9/5): Great location and in walking distance to the centre. Ideal for getting to the Parkrun by bus. - The apartment had everything we needed for a long weekend including a washer/dryer which we needed after a wet Parkrun. It was very clean/tidy and comfortable. We visited The Hague to celebrate a birthday and after asking for a birthday banner and a little treat, the staff went above and beyond with decorations and traditional treats in the apartment. The apartment was on a quiet and just a short walk to the centre. For those Tourist Parkrunners, the bus is a short walk to the main road, No.25 bus and just a straight route to the park. A short walk to the Parkrun start. A lovely park to run round too. Would definitely return and recommend. Nothing other than accessing the building and room using a mobile is a great way to do so but if you have poor signal / no data etc, there is no way of getting in. Not ideal if you are a lone traveller.
• Zero84 (5/5): - Die Lage war Top, tolle Aussicht über die Stadt Parkplatz mit unserem Bus 28 Euro am Tag am Krankenhaus, Terrasse ziemlich verwittert gesamte Wohnung sehr Hellhörig keine geschlossenen Räume insgesamt viele Mängel grad im Bereich Sanitär

• Huelsmann (7/5): Sehr zentral gelegenes Appartement - Die Lage ist super. In 4 Minuten ist man in der Innenstadt. 2 Minuten zum Parkhaus, am besten online reservieren, ist dann günstiger. Das Appartement ist durch seine Aufteilung besonders. Die 51c ist sehr groß, hat 2x Bad und 2x Toilette, eine große Küche mit allem was man braucht. Kapselkaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Mikrowelle und zum Herd einen Backofen. Im Untergeschoss eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Leider war in der einen Dusche der Dunstabzug kaputt und somit setzte sich dort Schimmel ab und bei unserem Aufenthalt ist die Pumpenanlage ausgefallen. Somit fiel das zweite Bad und die 2. Toilette aus. Aufgrund diesem Mangels hatten wir viel kleine Fliegen in der Wohnung. Der Service von Staycis hat sich sehr bemüht, konnte aber am Wochenende das Problem nicht beheben.
