- John (8/5): Great rooms, great price, but...... - Great rooms with great setup. Great appliances, fixtures, furniture, etc. Walking distance to Publix. Great views of Brickell/downtown. A large, loud party happened on our floor that wasn’t shutdown till late. Construction going on in Parkin deck and seemingly some floor. construction / putting together furniture in the room above at 7:45. Luckily none of this going on when I was trying to sleep. Also have a mandatory $90 cleaning fee. Whether you trash the place w a party or not.

- Angela (10/5): Beautiful condo and a great location! - We absolutely loved the OB Brickell! It was so clean, comfortable and a great location to restaurants and shopping. No detail was missed...there was even a cheese grater in the kitchen!

We got two fitted sheets and no pillow case to make our bed. Our room 2108 was noisy all night as it is right behind the elevator.

- Nicola Giuseppe (10/5): Exceptional! - We enjoyed our stay at OB Brickell a lot: We were warmly welcomed at the reception and our apartment was big, sparkling clean as well as had a magnificent view on Downtown Miami and the seaside. There were 2 TVs, washing machine, dryer, a walk-in closet and everything you need in the kitchen. The location is perfect, as everything is a short drive or walk away and the free parking is a big plus! If you are not renting a car, there is even the Metro Mover close by bringing you to many places as well. Therefore, highly recommended!
- Verified traveler (8/5): Not bad - large condo suite - It was large and spacious with a full kitchen and living area however I was expecting it to be "superb" as the rating is 9.0 - looked like the vaccum had not been done on the carpet and the bathroom looked very old and dated (the tub wasn't sparkling clean and the towels had hair on them. I wasn't too comfortable sitting on the sofa so we got something from the dollar store to throw over the sofa and covered it. The bed sheets were clean but the bed and pillow were horrible - my body ached everyday. Overall I give it a 7 out of 10 or 3.5 stars.

I could also hear the music through the wall but when I called the front desk they took action on it so it was fine for me afterall. The only problem I had was that the hair dryer didn't work and I had to call the front desk four times to get it. Check-in and check-out was fairly easy and enjoyed the stay overall.

- DebiO (10/5): - My sister and I stayed here while vacationing in February. I opted for the room with the city view and I was so pleased that I did. It was stunning! Overall it was a good experience. When we checked in there was a little confusion going on, but after a bumpy start the stay was good. I think the information should be a little clearer as to the lack of coffee here- I could have used some! It is not a traditional hotel, more like some vacant condos or apartments that they rent out in a hotel style. That being said, other than the no coffee thing, it was a beautiful spot. comfy beds and plenty of towels. I appreciated the secure parking, the very kind and helpful front desk staff, and the proximity to the downtown area. negatives would only include the somewhat noisy hallway... but that is universal. That view though! wow.

The fan in the bathroom was very squeaky and loud. There is a full kitchne with all appliances, dishes, dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer, a large balcony for each bedroom, a pool, hot tub, great views and location very convenient to restaurants and a metromover (train) station in a safe area of town. Would definitely stay here again.

- Joy (8/5): - We love staying here for our business trip each year. The beds are super compfy except for the pull out bed as most are not. There was a few things this year that wasn’t the best as we depend on the kitchen to help limit our dinning out. We only had one 4 inch pan to cook with, table with only 4 chairs but the room can have 6 people, only 2 wash clothes available for the entire unit(we were told people use them for makeup so they have to throw them out!?) and no kitchen towels to wash dishes. They could also do a better job cleaning but wasn’t terrible. All in all we would still stay here again just a few things that made this specific room tricky! The property is right next to the people mover so we don’t have to pay for ubers or rent a car, super convenient and free!
- PAMELA (8/5): Nice condo hotel to stay. - This is my third time stay in this hotel with my friend, since it is clean, comfort & convenient. However, this time, the phone in my room doesn't work. I reported it to the front desk. They said someone would fix it soon. However, the phone was still not working till we left hotel after 4 days stay. Also, the water volume of the shower head is a kind of small. Other than that, everything is very good.

- Joel (6/5): - It was downtown and close to a lot of stores but the communication was horrible. Upon check in the front deak clerk was imaptient and rude. The hotel knew to expect 4 people yet only provided enough wash cloths for two. When we asked for more the communication barrier was just a headache not to mention the fact that we never received what was requested. I was expecting packages and was only advised of one package arrival, when in fact there were way more. As we did a lot of shopping, we asked to use the bellhop cart but was denied. This and a host of other issues were faced. Our experience was not exactly great.

Our room came with everything including detergent and cascade pods to put in the dish washer. We had valet parking everyday since we had two cars and we only had one free parking spot in building. But overall loved it !

- Jennifer (2/5): Needs customer experience overhaul - The whole building has a strong, unpleasant odor, including the room I stayed in. I ended up buying an air freshener to help cover it. The front desk staff was unfriendly and unprofessional. They don’t greet you when you arrive or leave, and make you feel like you’re bothering them to check in. I had requested a room with grab bars for my disability, and was told if I hadn’t booked through Hotels.com they could have given me one. Consequently, I fell in the tub and injured myself. The phone in the room had a fast busy signal, so I had to use my cell to contact the front desk. The bed had food and hair in it, so I had to request fresh sheets. There is no dishwasher in the room, despite there being dishwasher tablets. No hand towels or kitchen towels, either. I was told at check in I had to keep my room temperature within a certain span... I’ve never had that with a hotel. Good luck using the pool... it closes at dusk, so before business meetings end. They charged my card early, despite me having chosen to be billed at check in... without warning or permission. They also have hidden fees like a required $90 cleaning fee. The balcony and view were the only redeeming factors. Would not recommend at all.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Mediocre at best. - The place looks great I’m photos but in fact is a dated apartment that is furnished with the most basic set up seeing as it’s corporately owned and run. This place is due for a facelift. Toilets didn’t work properly, pool is nice but no sun as it’s hidden by all the downtown buildings.

- B (6/5): - Staff was not helpful during emergency.The emergency button in the elevator doesn't work. When you call the phone number listed on the website there is no answer on the phones. Room was located next to the elevator which was disturbing in the night.

After all, $150 per night (1 king and sofa) is not worth at all. You can get better one for sure with this price. Anyway, this hotel is not bad. But i wont come back for sure for this price.

I'm pretty sure this is actually an apartment building that rents out furnished rooms. Which would explain the high price. Room price ~$120, "Hotel fee" ~$100.

The place itself is well located in the financial district of Miami with plenty of places to dine in the area. The Metromover station is one block away if you need it and the mall up the street is excellent. The room was very nice with a terrace overlooking Brickell. A great experience altogether, I’ll be back!

- Verified traveler (8/5): - My family of 4 stayed here for 4 days, we do have 2 kids and I choose this place for location and price. These two attributes exceeded our expectations! There are two parks a block away, one having a pond and the second one having a kids play structure. The Bay view is a 30 min walking distance, or uber $9-$12. Everything was very close, you could walk to Little Habana (30 min walk, drive or Uber $9-$12). Having a kitchen was extremely helpful if you don’t want to expend too much money in restaurants. Just make sure you bring salt, oil, sugar, etc. Lucky we had a Publix a block away to get groceries. The only issue I found was the bed, it was worn out that the first night I woke up with a sore back. I had to sleep in the sofa bed. Other issue was that the slide door from the balcony did not lock. We traveled with a non-curious 2-year old kid, but for other parents it might be a concern. We didn’t report both issues since it was not a concern to us, but if you had any while staying there contact the concierge and they will help, staff is very friendly. Besides those two minor issues we had a great! I highly recommend it!

- Verified traveler (8/5): Superb - Excellent experience! The covers had hairs all in them and on the pillow cases. There were hairs also in the bath tub and on the bathroom floors. Minus the hairs the trip and stay was wonderful!
