• Seth (9/5): Overall not bad for a one person stay. I’d definitely stay here again. - Great location to walk around downtown Bryson. Staff was great! Bathroom a little tight and pool was empty but not dealbreakers. A place like this should’ve been a tad bit cheaper a night in my opinion.

The small motel is located right in the area we were visiting so convenient to everything. We felt like we were at home. We are going to go back soon to stay a week and relax and have a vacation! Having to leave.

• Daniel (4/5): Great location but poor facility - Location and staff are great The bed was not comfortable at all. They should consider new mattresses ASAP. Room was small, bathroom was very tight.
• Michael (9/5): I enjoyed my rest. - Room is close to downtown. For an older hotel the rooms are small, small, but but they are clean. Staff/manager was very friendly. I extended my stay by two nights because it was very relaxing for me. If in Bryson city again, I will definitely stay there. Again. this is not a modern hotel with tons of amenities, there is a good place to rest and relax. I’m not a person that needs a lot. Room was comfortable.

It could have had more room in the bathroom. There was no place to set anything. Since I travelled with my adult son it was needed as a dressing room.

• Jaime W (10/5): This is my go-to stop before I begin my backcountry fly fishing trips up the Mountain. - This is a lower budget clean hotel room with basic amenities. A great location with a short walk to food & shopping. The owners are very accommodating.

• Ronald (4/5): Won't be back. - Room was clean. Staff is friendly. Quite outdated, bathroom is not at all accommodating, very poor lighting in bathroom, mattress is old and uncomfortable, HVAC is very noisy.

• Blair (2/5): - Just. Don’t. Do. It. It’s worth it to drive to Birmingham or stay back in Meridian, The only good think I can say is our beds were clean and there was a roof over our head. The office staff was polite enough. Like someone else, I had to show my confirmation on the app, but they had no idea we were coming at 11pm. Apparently she had an issue with housekeeping earlier and the coverlet covers weren’t ready. She showed me a room for my approval and I said it would be fine. Upon further inspection once our stuff was in, I noticed the lampshade was torn, there were no towels, no tissues. Glad I didn’t look further around after reading others reviews. I had asked about breakfast at check in, and basically got the drift that there was no breakfast. My standards are not very high, but this has to be, hands down, the worst place I’ve ever stayed. And apparently the rate I got online was higher than everyone else’s 52$

• Devonette (7/5): CLEAN!!! - Very close to the Train. Walking distance if you choose. Walgreens right behind the hotel. Quaint little town. Old but well kept. Family owned. Clean and comfortable. Bathroom is really small but clean.

The room absolutely reeked of men's cologne, pretty off-putting. Bathroom was pretty small, but usable. My stay was for only 1 night, so this was just what I needed. If I were staying a week-that would be a big NO.

• Jan (10/5): Great room - This was our first time in this area. When you first open the door your a bit worried, but we had nothing to worry about. The room was clean and cozy. When we went to sleep that night and the next it was so quite and peaceful. The curtains made the room dark that you slept so good. The other people staying there were also friendly. We left our car at the hotel and walked everywhere. Very nice town. The owner was very helpful and polite. It was a very nice visit. N

Our AC wasn’t working properly right when we first unloaded the car and we were immediately upgraded to another room. The manager had the unit fixed before we had finished moving but he said to stay in the other room for the inconvenience. The pool area was pretty! Bed was comfortable, area very quiet at night. We would stay again.
