• Eglee (10/5): - The staff are very friendly, attentive, and willing to help. They need to be more diligent about fumigating the rooms regularly. I found and killed a few small nighttime visitors in the bathroom and kitchen, but these things happen, and there weren't many. If they act quickly, they'll effectively tackle the problem.

• Eldin (3/5): Refrigerator bed and pillows good slept well, except when Wendy things banging in or on the hotel - Fairly good location to me full size refrigerator, good bed, and pillows Elevator and hallways reek of marijuana, cockroach in my room room wasn’t very clean things were broken not enforcing no marijuana smoking policy. it reeked of marijuana every day of the week. for three weeks. people hanging outside all the entrance smoking cigarettes. their card key machine didn’t work so they gave us one key when it started working. They turned your key off so I had to go back downstairs and get the new ones when I was ready to go to sleep. when it’s windy, there are things banging in or on the building that wake you up

They treated my son like a crimina. l Because their staff didn't know how to do her job. Call the police on my son. Had him banned. Just to say he can come back.

The rooms were filthy and the occupants raised hell and noise and did laundry and ran up and down the halls all night long. I had to leave at 3 AM in the morning. I got absolutely no sleep all night.

• TIM (6/5): NO FRILLS PLACE! - The bed was good, the water pressure in the shower was good, the air was cold, and the toilet flushed. No frills or niceties like a non working TV, no coffee maker, ironing board or iron, no bedside lamp or updated charging ports. The broken window blind slat finished it off the room. The atmosphere (Mary Jane smell) going into the hallways and the elevator that strained a lot to carry us up and down added to the ambiance! Definitely, got what I paid for.

• Becky (4/5): First and last stay - This place was a dump with very few amenities. The refrigerator in the room was rusty on the outside. There was no lobby or coffee station. The room had a microwave, 2-burner electric cooktop and no coffee pot or coffee supplies, no dishes/coffee cups.

• Steven (10/5): Great staff! and worked w/me on flight issues/timi - Staff was amazing to work with, great working w/me on a missed flight/coming in the next day for just hours then to get ready for a funeral - just the accommodations I needed. Room was clean, cold AC, fridge, etc... Only item, they had the tub faucet leaking, but couldn't complain at all, that just hurts them...

When I shut it the trim fell off along with the strike plate. Asked for extra towels and was told to bring mine down after shower and they would give me another set. I showered and cleaned b athroom floor with towel which was black ×hen I finishes. Took wet dirty towel down to front desk and was told they had no clean towels to give me. Different person than who checked me in. Elevator was extremely dirty.
