• Jackson (4/5): It was horrible. Never again. - It was easy to get to and I liked the price. The staff was rude, she had a long line of people and was very hostile in how she handled the wait. There was a hole behind the outlet (above the outlet cover) between the beds, there were saliva marks from someone brushing their teeth on the mirror still, the stove(2 burner) had what looked like grime and rust on it, there were chips in the bathroom vanity, and painters tape on the bed frame. You could hear walking everywhere in the room, above, the adjacent rooms, hallway, etc. The elevator was not working. There was an elderly couple that the rude worker put on the 4th floor! We made it work for the night we were in McKinney because we got in at 9:30 at night. But we will not stay here again. When we woke up we left as soon as we could get packed and out of there.

• Cassandra (3/5): Messy and unorganized - The staff was friendly My room wasn’t ready when we checked in. We were told that it would be about 5 minutes until the linemen were done, but it took about 20 minutes. The linens were thrown on the bed and looked very messy. The bathroom was dirty and the mirror was greasy and dirty. The elevator was broken and we weren’t told until we were walking around looking for it…we had to walk up the stairs to the 4th floor.

As soon as me and the clerk lady walk into the room there was a roach on the wall. She quickly said she couldn’t put me there which I truly appreciate her honesty and not putting me and my family into a nasty room. Very nice place they just need to do better as in cleaning up wise.

• David (1/5): Horrible smoke filled unclean room in a dangerous environment. - Not much. Just about everything. Elevator was broken and we had to lug luggage up to the fourth flour. Please note my knees are scheduled to be replaced, so this was an issue. Secondly, in the stairwell we saw an indigent man, who was nice enough, but still an issue. Once inside, there was a strong smoke smell. In the room the toilet had not been cleaned well. Again, I mention the smoke smell. Around 6:00am there was a strong smell of smoke coming through the A/C. upon leaving the hotel at 7:00am we saw the same indigent man in the stairwell walking around. I’ll never stay here again.

The price was excellent. When I arrived, my room had been given away and I had to look for some place else for that night . I was very tired and not at all amused by that. No compensation was given either.

I set down beside my door to get my laundry. I confronted him and said I was not a extended stay it was 830 am not time to even check out n he new I washing my laundry directly across the hall

Low quality and i would never stay there again nor recommend anyone!

• Ernesto (3/5): The bathroom smells better than the bedroom. - It had a bed and a kitchennete and a laundry basket. My room smelled like a truck stop bathroom. I left the window open hoping it would air out but it still smelled after a whole day. This is NOT a hotel. No soap or anything is provided. Not even toilet paper. When I arrived there was no one at the front desk. I had to call someone to come down and check me in.

Smell like marijuana ….bed was hard as a rock … lights did not work in half the room

However I can say that I didn't expect to arrive to find a bed on a metal frame that moved every time you did. The room is clean but to what standards. I'm pretty sure this place is used by long term customers meaning they are there for a while. There is no "lobby" per say and the entrance doesn't even look like an entrance. All other entry locations had tables for the smokers which were all occupied. People were in the parking lot drinking. Maybe I'm spoiled but I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
