• Ruffer (10/5): Comfortable - No breakfast served The room phone didn't work for calling staff. The TV was difficult to navigate through remote. Could not store under kitchenette sink because it was dirty and tools left there from installation.

• Sarah (10/5): Pleasantly suprised! - Nicest economy hotel I've ever stayed at! Was lucky enough to get one of the newly renovated rooms. I liked having a kitchenette with a full fridge. Staff was very friendly and accommodating! Location is right next to both a highway and train tracks so keep that in mind if you're a light sleeper. The desk didn't have a chair but it was easy to pull over the armchair or use the bed as a desk.
• Paul (8/5): - Everything was clean and staff were very nice. Smoke detector would not stop and staff said it couldn't be fixed. TV system is terrible. Remotes are very poor. Changing channels is poor, slow, and a very loud announcement everytime you change channels.

• Craig (1/5): This one is a roach motel folks - avoid! - The place was full of roaches. Our first room was missing the cord to the tv entirely and there were roaches everywhere. We switched rooms and there was no remote to the TV and more roaches everywhere. Staff was completely unconcerned about the bug situation. Not clean, roaches everywhere.

• Robin (5/5): ok for one night visit except for the bugs - The location was exactly what we needed to be close to our daughter. There were three bugs in the room, tried to kill them. Only caught one.
• Don (1/5): Horrible - It was terrible, there was roaches everywhere and I tried to call the desk multiple times a day because we wanted a partial refund and to just leave as we could afford to just let the money go so we sucked it up and just left all belongings in the truck, we were there for 4 days & no one ever cleaned our room or brought new Lenin. I do not recommend this place and will never spend my money to stay there again.

He just lives here in harasses Black people from what I know that’s all I got for that guy. They should do something about him. He’s terrible. He’s horrible person. He looks like Mr. Garrison off of South Park.

• Salina (2/5): - The entire property was infested with roaches and bugs and littered with trash. There was a filthy stench and bums loitering around. This property should not be listed on Expedia as it is an extended stay - so people are living there.

• Brandy (2/5): - WARNING WARNING I visited on july10th 2025 thru July 12th 2025 for the Run 4 Roses basketball tournament at the Kentucky Exposition Center and this place is infested with roaches and fleas, Holes in doors, Smells every where, Just a dirty feeling all together. This is a like an apartment building. People live there permanently. It needs to be shut down. No one wants to take bugs home with them. I got a refund but it stills needs to address on how this is not a location for out of town people. This a a half way house. Shut them down now!!!! Freaking awful had to sleep in my car with my daughter. Every where else was booked. They was on the floor on the walls in the bathroom just freaking everywhere!!! I hope this HELPS anyone that’s thinking about staying here. DONT DO IT!!!

Got back to hotel about 2am within 30 min being in room we started seeing cockroaches crawling on the counter and the walls it was terrible and we grabbed our bags and left. No one at the desk to complain to and we are still trying to get our $ back. THIS HOTEL IS HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

The floor in the rest of the room also had soft spots. It felt unsafe, it smelled terrible in the hallway. Did i mention the roaches?! It was so gross, we checked out after the first night in fact I’d like a refund!

• Verified traveler (2/5): Dirty!!! - Claims to be non smoking- immediately after getting to the room there were people smoking in the hallway. The room was disgustingly dirty. Drawers were missing in the kitchenette, the blinds were broken, and the bed reeked of urine. I canceled my room and left immediately. The area was sketchy, as were the people hanging out in and around the hotel. I felt unsafe from the moment we checked in.

• Nick (2/5): - I recently stayed at WoodSpring Suites Louisville Clarksville. We had a terrible check inn took over 30 minutes to gets someone to the desk at 3pm feb 22 2025. When we got to the room it had not been cleaned, candy wrappers on the floor, blood on the wall in the bathroom, some kind of lotion substance on the table, refrigerator was dirty and had hair in it and food had leaked out. We went down stairs to get it cleaned and again nobody at the desk. I tried calling the x500 extension to no avail. It's a no smoking hotel. They clearly have marijuana smoke as well as cigarette smoke in the room. That night my son went to brush his teeth and there were roaches in the bathroom. We finally laid down and couldn't sleep due to the loudness for both neighbors. We ended up leaving due to the weed smell, roaches,and noise to drive home 2 hours away. I have never had a worse time at any hotel in my life. You guys need to look into this hotel and make some management changes or better yet you go stay there on a Saturday night.
