Guest Reviews
- Dustin (1/5): I stayed for maybe an hour before I had to cancel my reservation. The place was absolutely horrible. - Nothing. One of the worst hotels I’ve see. Room was dirty, roaches crawling, microwave didn’t work, tv didn’t work, shower was coming apart, smelled awful, other guest yelling late at night.
- Piggue (8/5): Comfortable stay - Cleanliness, indoor rooms, space Mattress a bit tough, but a couple extra blankets made it work.
- Luis Roberto (10/5): -
- Eugene (7/5): -
- Tamires (1/5): - Location Horrible quality. I mean, you get what you pay for. Service is terrible. Staff needs some training. The bed was very uncomfortable, and the bathroom smelled horrible. To get towels is for a fee, and room service is every 2 weeks.
If you can, please don't go there.
- Kendra (10/5): -
- Griselda (6/5): Nice - Mika was very pleasant - it was our first time to stay at this hotel. We went to a family reunion and she let us see the room first - we were okay with it. Very nice front desk staff. wanted to get a double, but I booked it through 3rd party- which was okay . The rooms need a little love - however, the refrigerator and the kitchen appliance was awesome. We didn't use it, but that was great to have in the room. :)
- Byron (1/5): Don't stay - Nothing g The room
The smell
The hotel

- Tyanna (10/5): - Everything I liked everything
- Jawad (1/5): - The price The property, furniture, pillows were very bad quality, the beds were small
- Monica (2/5): Rude staff, uncomfortable beds, and dirty property. - Location The front office lady was extremely rude. I paid for a queen bed and was given 2 doubles. I booked a queen because I wanted a larger bed. The entire property stinks. The beds were terribly uncomfortable. The room was nasty and there was a dead roach.
- J (10/5): Great service - Quiet Nice inside
- Celeste (1/5): -
- Marjorie (1/5): - The place was infested with roaches, the property has homeless people in parking lot all night!!
- Roshenna (4/5): Disappointing -
- Christiana (8/5): - It was a nice spot to stay would come again
- Atef (2/5): - Customer service really bad
- Ricardo (4/5): - the black lady of the office she was rude
- Steven (10/5): Exceptional -
- Bright (4/5): - The area that it is located
- Donna (10/5): - .
- Crystal (9/5): Superb - The staff went above and beyond, especially the morning clerk. I don't remember her name but she's an angel. It's Nika or Nitra, African American woman. She's off on Wednesdays, and she's the only African American woman I seen at the front desk. The night staff was awesome as well. They all made me feel at home during my two week stay until my apartment was ready for move-in. One more plus, they don't charge for your pets. They love the pets. Roaches, and if you stay longer you're responsible for laundring your own sheets and towels. The roaches I seen maybe twice. I did clean my room daily with Clorox and did the dishes as soon as we finished with them. I also made sure my doggie' s good bowl was cleaned and put away. I understand that they can't fully be responsible for the roaches because everyone isn't as clean as me. Overall the stay was perfect and quite. Definitely would stay here again.
- Tonya (10/5): - Excellent
- amandawL8009QR (8/5): Effort can result in Redemption - This is my 2nd review for this location. My reasoning for this redemption review is because one of the hotel staff members named Meeka or Meka took it upon herself to come speak with me directly and discuss my previous review / complaints I made my 1st night here.
Throughout our conversation, Meeka exhibited accountability and great customer service skills. She was sincere, honest, and very helpful. Additionally, she immediately started rectifying the issues she could on her end.
Thus, Meeka's effort and willingness to remedy some discrepancies really surprised me. I greatly appreciate her for her genuine attempt which inevitably warrants the redemption.
- Lamiae (2/5): Bad - Nice worker. There were roaches coming out of the sink, and the room was very dusty. There was no soap or body wash provided. The room was expensive for what the hotel offered, which was a place with a bunch of drug dealers and homeless people right outside the hotel. I felt unsafe the entire time, and we were approached by a fellow guest who asked us for tobacco? Just an overall horrible experience. The staff were nice though!
- Jermaine (10/5): - Okay
- Ammanothay (3/5): Place are smelling, no breakfast, bad internet connection, no iron, no coffee maker not really conve - Location Smelly hallway, no iron, iron board, no coffee maker and bed are small for queen size and uncomfortable. It looks like size full. Smelly room
- Ammanothay (3/5): Smells bad, especially hallway - Pictures looks great, but the actual very disappointing. When we were there nothing attracting us. Smells very bad, no place for ice, no iron and iron board, internet connection bad, no room service, bed are very noisy and smaller for Queen size. No ice or breakfast place
- Talat (2/5): - Very dirty smelly atmosphere
- Blake (1/5): Bad -
- Rolando (10/5): - The staff there is amazing!!! Mandy and other lady listened and answered all my questions the best way possible. I cant be more happy here.
- Jamal (1/5): Roach hotel. - The staff was honest and did give us a chance to get a refund if we saw the room and it was not up to standard. There was an infestation of roaches. We were unable to sleep comfortably because of this.
- Duncan (8/5): Great value - Value, availability on short notice A lot of people coming and going, loud late at night
- DeShonda (4/5): - This property was dirty with stained carpet throughout the building and elevator smelled like wet dogs. All kinds of folks hanging outside the place some bare footed and some just looking weird.
- Benjamin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jennifer (10/5): Exceptional -
- Bella (10/5): - A lot of amenities. Like a little studio apartment.
- Patrick (1/5): Bad - Price Front desk locked up like a check cashing business
Flooring was coming up of the floor
Television didnt work
- Mitchell (1/5): poor customer service poor transaction experience - never was approved
- Elmo (8/5): - It was ok
- Sandra (5/5): Overall, barely average. Price and location was excellent, but quality was lacking. - Price and location was excellent, but quality was lacking. Check in was slow - and we tried calling but took several tries to reach someone, but then she came rt down. They made a mistake and didn't have the room with 2 beds as reserved, but provided a cheaper single queen bed which was ok but not our preference. Also confusion over ck out - my Ad said 11-12 ck out. Maid beat on our door at 11:15 and rudely told us ck out was 11. We apologized and hurried but were confused thinking we had until 12. Mildew smell seems prevelent all over building (lobby and our 3rd floor), and we had to step over a teenager sitting in the hallway to get to our room.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Didn't stay the whole night ended up leaving.
- June (1/5): Bad -
- Michelle (8/5): Hotel stay - The stay was good, didn't have any issues. Saw a few small roaches, but it's Texas.
- Dickinson (2/5): Very poor -
- shemonia (2/5): - I was not able to check into the hotel due to a power / water main break at the hotel had to spend birthday at home
- Fabian (2/5): - Did not issue refund for hotel stay. They did not have power. How did you expect me to stay here
- Permetrie (7/5): Nice...but some safety considerations. - Clean room Questionable elements. Lots of loitering in parking lots. Safety concerns with side doors left unlocked.
- Alexander (2/5): - They didn’t have electricity when we showed up and neither Expedia or the property would cancel my reservation
- Verified traveler (2/5): Unacceptable - Room was full of live and dead roaches. Staff did not want to clean it, and could not offer another room. I had to clean it myself. There seemed to be a lot of unstable people in and around the property.
- Steve (2/5): Worst dump I ever stayed at - Ordered double room. Got single. Loud arguments all night. Looked like they were renting nightly for cash
- Aisha lashun fontae (10/5): - It was ok
- Aisha lashun fontae (10/5): - It was ok
- Rushing (1/5): Bad -
- Permetrie (8/5): Very good -
- Jimmy (10/5): Exceptional - Clean facilities
- jonathan (4/5): - This is a budget hotel so I wasn't expecting much. Thankfully the room was clean but the facilities were a mess (stained carpets in the hallways), smelled of weed, and a dog was barking regularly during my stay. If you need a spot to stay this will work. If you want to relax in peace go somewhere else.
- Desiree (8/5): Very good -
- Janice (6/5): DONT DO IT! - Don’t do it!!! A dog was left alone in a room, three doors down and was allowed to bark ALL NIGHT LONG. I got three hours of sleep, even after getting up, getting dressed T 2am, going to the lobby and calling the hotel staff on the lobby phone, I was told there was nothing they could do about it. The room is extremely humid because there’s no ventilation for the bathroom steam to vent so sheets felt wet and sticky all night. Never again! Stay away from this place!!!
- Alejandra (6/5): - Check in was fast and easy. Room was nice and big however it had a strong smell and I had to get some air fresheners. There were the first 2 night the police had to be called. The staff however was very helpful and polite. Overall it was a nice stay just wrong timing.
- Katrina (2/5): Drug deals and sheriff cars out front is your sign - The hotel looks brand new and very nice but when we got there, there were several drug deals going down in the parking lot and we had to cut through the middle of a group sheriffs who were evicting a woman who was tweaking really bad. After we left and went to a dr appointment, when we returned, the hardwood floor was covered in water. The a/c had leaked a ton of water and big black particles all over the floor. BUT, when I went down to the front desk, Meghan was SUPER sweet and offered a refund. I had to get it ok’d by Hotels.com and she was very sweet and patient. She gave me a copy of the receipt that showed no charge. I was so relieved to get my daughter out of there before dark
- Maria (8/5): Very good -
- Rachel (4/5): - Well it advertises a kitchen area stove ect. No pots or pans to use nothing! Then felt unsafe at nite to go outside. No food places near by. Freaking HAIR EVERYWHERE disgusting. No room service. TV had to be manually done the remote wasn't programmed and of course no one new how to program it! The dang blanket already had dang dog hair on it. Yes I was traveling with my dog but there was an abundance of dog hair all over as well as human hair! Just not at all wat I expected.
- Whoadie (2/5): Don't do it! - Don't do it and don't let the price fool you. It's cheap for a reason. People actually live here because of credit or cheaper prices than the average apartment. I was wondering why the parking lot is full after 10 pm. Mandy is awesome she is the front desk receptionist, but don't get me started on the GM. I never got a call. Roaches everywhere. U have to buy your own roach spray to keep them at bay and even put towels at the front door so they won't come in. They come thru the faucets, the stove man if someone is cooking when u come in from work u already know what time it is. Please pay a little extra to live at peace. I have photos of roaches u name it. Unfortunately, I can't post. I stayed here for 2 months until I closed on my home and it was the worst experience ever. They never took care of the roach problem. Willowbrook mall is close and nice, but besides that, don't fall for it staying here. Just wish they could have put more attention into the roaches instead of painting and pressure washing the parking lot.
- Theresa (10/5): Exceptional - Was able to sleep well The dog braking
- Claudia (2/5): Very poor - Location Tv remote not working, only one mirror in restroom, very uncomfortable bed
- Crystal (5/5): Passable - It was roaches all over the place
- Rebeccs (10/5): Exceptional - Able to cook and pet friendly Rooms are small
- Jesus (2/5): Horrible - Worst stay I had in my life, the room was uncomfortable, it did not have a nightstand or lamps, the TV was old, the table only had a chair, during the 4 days of stay they did not clean the room, they did not make the bed or replace it the towels. We left the room on December 30.
- Marcela (1/5): Bad - 1. A place where you smell all the time Mariguana Halls and Rooms. Horrify..The people seatting outside smoking with not good aspect . Well I really I didn't liked. The room inside they need to change all appliance and beds looks very old. . I don't recommend this Hotel to stay. It looks very dirty. It's very sad 😞😪 ..Because the building looks good outside not inside. Looks they don't care at all. What ashamed place. Im so sorry to be so honest with this place.
- Bathsheba (8/5): Very good - Location and staff
- Anonymous (5/5): Passable -
- Ekin (2/5): Smell drugs - The hall way and room smell like weeds, i have to check out the room 1 day earlier to move to different hotel
- Wytavia (2/5): Just terrible... - It was bad. It smelled bad, there was liquid spilled in front of the door, you can hear everything and the bed we were in may have had bed bugs. Called front desknthen went downstairs and it was closed. No one answered the phone and because of the conditions we left in the middle of the night. Worse experience i ever had and the rating on this place should be a 2. I normally dont even wriye reviews but geeze.
- Ramos (1/5): Bad -
- Krystal (1/5): I did not stay ! - I liked nothing about the property , it was filled with people standing out side - you could smell drug’s everywhere. Not Professional .
- Cody (10/5): It was great - Wonderful great stay clean Nice people I like everything I can’t say nothing bad about this property
- Budd (1/5): Bad - It was infested with roaches
- Stacey (10/5): - It was a good stay the staff was excellent in all ways
- Cassie (1/5): RUDE STAFF, UNCLEAN FACILITY AND FAILED TO PROVIDE BASIC SERVICES....Never again! - NOTHING... from check in to check out, my 2-week stay was NOT a great experience. I don't even know where to begin. When I walked in the lobby area to check in there was a potent smell of marijuana and I almost walked out. The elevator and hallways also smelt like marijuana but also had a musty smell. The room was pretty clean but had the same smell as the rest of the facility. There were 2 towels in the room but were new and had never been washed so when used they felt slimy and left a chemical smell on my skin like new clothes have before they are washed for the first time. I was there 2 weeks and never got my sheets changed nor any fresh towels and when I brought it to the front desks attention the day before checking out, their response was "why didn't you tell us earlier?" I explained I was giving them benefit of the doubt it would be done, only for the manager to tell me that they didn't offer housekeeping services. When i asked about clean sheets I was told there was an additional fee of $15 for that service... I was told when I checked in there was bi-weekly housekeeping that would be done during the 2nd week of my stay and I asked what difference it would've made if I brought it to their attention The employee that checked me in had me sign a copy of their policies and went over the services offered (including housekeeping schedule) and advised me that although the housekeep service was bi-weekly I could exchange my towels at the front desk as needed... when I asked for new towels on Sunday (checked in the Monday before) a week into my stay, then I was told there was an additional fee of $5 for clean towels or I could wash them myself. I told the GM about this as well at check out and said that I wasn't told about any of the additional fees for housekeeping, clean linens or towels.
- German (10/5): Exceptional -
- Castle (9/5): Superb -
- Terrea (8/5): It was a nice clean location but a lot of the ppl there are actual residents which made the stay a little awkward becaus - Price Too many ppl 🥴 and kids
- Jenny (10/5): Exceptional -
- Toni (1/5): Long story short, I didn’t say I left a couple hours at the check in - It was infested with roaches in the room had a smell

- Kendra (8/5): Very good -
- Latoyia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kelvin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Carla (5/5): Passable - smelled like cigarettes
- Anonymous (7/5): Good -
- Jazma (9/5): Superb -
- Stephanie (5/5): Passable -
- Ashley (2/5): Not worth it. - Nice staff. Housekeeping once a week. Never any towels available. Had to wash my own. Sketchy people hanging around. Roaches. Beds uncomfortable, looked like dorm room beds.
- Kelvin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Treasure (1/5): If I had no other place to sleep other between this one and my car I’d sleep in my car - The location was poor full of drug users people approaching cars pulling on doors thy approach my vehicle and done it right in my face I approached the guy with my firearm and told to get away from my vehicle i definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to any family place is totally ghetto there’s no rules In forced even with staff staying on property there just as ghetto as the tenants I was totally scammed and black listed my family is still mad at me for this we had to suffer 4 days with not being able to get our deposit back place was a total mess it’s not sanitized what so ever place smelled bad plus the pets there letting come in the hotel is totally putting hair even that is not being cleaned our room had dog hair everywhere including bed pillows we had to sweep and totally disinfect everything I’ve been using booking.com for while and Ive never had this issue this was just way over board and out hand The environment the staff not enforcing the rules and keeping things sanitized clean and smelling freash
- Pugamama (5/5): It was so so - The price for what we needed The cleanliness of the room we stayed in, the beds where small for 2 people to sleep on.
- Paula (2/5): Very poor - Very loud, people up all night. Couldn't rest, ended up leaving
