- Maria (1/5): Nightmare - Nothing Hotel is terrible, bad is really hard, stings to tobacco, it seems that is falling apart, you can sleep better on the floor than this squeaky piece of shiet. It’s more like a homeless shelter than a hotel. We tried to get a refund but the manager is not her and the receptionist can’t process a refund he told me to leave and the manager will see if she can give us a refund when she comebacks Monday in other words good luck with that.

There’s weed smoke smell coming from inside of the hotel in the staff is horrible. Very mean. I did not like the fact that there is a discrepancy about checkout time. When I made my reservation, my reservation said checkout time was at 12 noon but at 10:50 AM staff come beating on my door saying if I didn’t have money I needed to leave. They were very rude and they did not honor my checkout time on the reservation.

Blinds broken. Tv barely worked. Staff was horrible. Tried talking with manager and she was rude. Still haven’t heard anything back from them about my refund for the days I didn’t stay. Shower head was broken and had trash bags wrapped around them. Toilet was rusted. This is by far the worse hotel stay for me

Not to mention people live here including the workers at the front desk. Upon arriving i was greeted with the lovely smell of cigarettes and a nicely filled condom in the lobby. Hallways are dirty and filled with lingering crackheads and unsupervised kids. The lady at the front desk informed me of the “well water “ in the toilet that makes it appear to be dirty. The toilet looks as if it had never been cleaned. Unfortunately i was scammed out of $130 due to their no refund policy. Residents are very nosey and become highly upset making statements such as “ oh u don’t like our projects, our trenches, etc “ if you mention anything about the living conditions. They claim rent is $1200 a month . I wouldn’t even pay $10 a week.

- 297blackh (2/5): Hell on Wheels... - Subject: Immediate Attention Required – Unacceptable Stay at WoodSpring Suites Dear, Hotel Management/Corporate Team, I’m writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my current stay at the WoodSpring Suites location at 14900 N. Freeway Houston, TX 77090. The conditions I’ve encountered have been appalling, and I feel compelled to bring these issues to your attention in hopes of an immediate resolution. Washer Issue: On January 24, 2025, I used the washer, and it took my money but did not complete the cycle. I reported the issue promptly, but my money was never returned, and no action was taken to resolve the situation. Roach Infestation: The room is infested with roaches. I have attempted to address this problem myself, but the infestation persists, making the environment unbearable. Uncleanliness and Lack of Maintenance: The room has not been properly cleaned. The carpet smells, the floors are sticky, and the towels are never changed or replaced. Despite being told that cleaning services would be provided, none have been. Wi-Fi Issues: The Wi-Fi has been slow and unreliable, making it difficult to complete any work or personal tasks during my stay. Illegal Investigation: I was informed that there would be an “investigation” of every room between 11am and 5pm today, but no clear explanation was given, making this situation even more confusing and stressful. Unsanitary Conditions Due to Pets: To make matters worse, the property allows large dogs, and for the past two days, there has been dog feces outside my door. I reported the issue to the manager, who promised to clean it up but left for the day without following through. This lack of care has contributed further to the unsanitary and unsafe conditions. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of responsibility taken by both the management and staff regarding these issues. Given the extent of these problems, I believe compensation or a full refund is necessary. I request an immediate response with a plan of action to resolve these issues.
