• David (1/5): Like drinking hot dog water after boiling - That it had hot water, a fridge, stovetop and comfortable bed. Vending machines were nice and convenient. The tv hdmi wouldn’t work and they couldn’t get it to work. The bed table drawer was broken. Toilet clogged so I had to buy a plunger. Alarm clock was too difficult to use. No way to get into the building besides the main entrance.
• Clifton (1/5): Could check in waited over an hour - Nothing I made reservations then arrived and waited 30 min in the lobby then called the number listed on the wall someone answered and said they would be rite there. After another 30 min waiting I finally canceled my reservation and left. Called several more times with no answer.

• perry (4/5): Smells like cigarettes and pot - Close to a lot Upon arrival my room key car wouldn’t work so they moved me rooms upon the 2nd room the room was stripped and not ready so I left so the could get it ready 2hrs later I got there and jumped in the tub only for there to be no wash cloths towels etc, called down while I was soaked with no towels, called the front desk explained the situation and they said I needed to come down and grab them if I wanted something they should have already had in here.

I didn't like how I drove 3 hours and when I arrived my room was giving away because there was a truck show in town. I reserved this hotel 3 days in advance with a card on file that they could have charged at any time but chose to give my room away instead.

• Tiffany (1/5): - Location. I was here from November 2015 until March 27, 2026. The elevator was broken for months, so I had to walk up 4 flights of stairs every day. The microwave was almost set on fire from my son trying to make popcorn and it was sparking when I reported it to there from desk all they did was write it down on a post it and by the time I left in March the microwave still wasn't fixed. Housekeeping do not come and clean your room on a regular basis. It gives you more of a rooming house situation. Then they are always quick to tell you they will evict you from the premises if you dont let them talk to you the way they want to. When I first arrived in November 2025 the rates were reasonable now for at least a double bed they are charging almost $100 for 1 night this property is not worth $100 for 1 night the maintenance can't even be kept up properly and they dont clean your room or fix anything immediately when its broken they are to busy trying to please the Caucasians instead of pleasing everyone, everyone is paying to stay there. Now that I have left last Friday before 5pm Woodsprings is trying to charge all my cards I had on file because I left now I don't know if its because the time I left I have no idea but I remember they say they should not be trying to charge my card after the lady at the front desk told me they are not allowed to charge your card without you being there so be careful I have alot more to say but I think this will do.

• Buras (9/5): - I really like woodsprings I stay there quite often and I live in town it's just my getaway but they're really nice and treat you right in the house and the rooms are really clean Time before I went and reserved a room but didn't have my ID but my husband was with me and had his I'd already paid for the room online and they would not let me use his ID they would let him use his ID they got the money y'all got the money but I didn't get the room still feel they owe me a room for a night

• Richard (1/5): - None of it the first room was filthy and apparently the last people that stayed stolen the tv. Mold in the shower heat was set at 81° the room had the worst smell. So I had them switch rooms. The second room had a TV and no smell but the room was still filthy. The refrigerator looked like someone was living there for years and never cleaned it out. Blood and possibly ice cream in the freezer. Hair and who knows what in the refrigerator. At this point I figured it couldn't get any better the bed were clean so went to bed. The next morning I bought the second room to the managements attention and asked for a refund on the second night because I refused to stay there anymore. • Rassoul (1/5): Painful - The staff is horrible you won’t get any fresh linen and you have to pay for it , no one is ever in the office/ front desk except one person can’t think of her name very bright skinned lady with curly hair everyone else has an attitude when it’s time to work you won’t get a broom to even clean up yourself no soap no tissue. Every other Woodspring suites I’ve stayed at was perfect this one not so much

• Merritt (3/5): - The location was the only thing going for it. It was dirty when I got to my room. Beer can in the trash can dirt all over the floors bed wasnt made at all and no pillows were provided but pillow covers were. Smelt like smoke and roaches.

• Heidi (1/5): It was a horrible experience - Nothing First of all when I arrived for check in before after hours no one was in the front desk waited for a long time called the after hours phone # they said they will be down ther in a minute again waited a long time like 30 minutes once they arrived the receptionist smelled like she just finished a session of smoking Marijuana once we entered the rooms the smell of dog pee hits you in the face one of the first rooms that was assigned was not even clean beds were not made trash and dishes everywhere and cockroaches crawling in the dishes and trash asked go another room they changed room mind it is now after hours so had to call the # and wait again till they came down and once a new room was assigned went back up the stairs tried to open the door and was not successful had to wait again for the receptionist to come and check for her self she said they needed to change the battery on the lock she told me to meet her back downstairs while I was waiting another frequent customer asked if I needed to talk to the manager he was just outside the door he came in stumbling had a hard rime opening the door and almost falling all the way in the hallway their was no way I was going to speak to that manager so I informed the receptionist just to check me out instead at this point I was tired I had my newborn twins with me flew from a different state I asked for a refund she told me she will have the manager look into it on Monday and I did not receive a refund I had booked two rooms and was charged the two rooms even though we did not stay

• Paul (1/5): This place is junk drug infested, no towels - Nothing like Internet Location smell like marijuana They were saying that you cannot smoke in the rooms, but people were standing at the door with their cigarettes in their hands and their windows open so there’s smoke detectors do not go off. I do not smoke. Do not recommend this place for anyone it is junk. It’s $75 non-refundable. We booked for two nights and only stayed one and lost our ass on $75. This company needs to close down or the federal government is a step in.

• Jannette (4/5): Won’t be returning sorry - Felt scary going into the building alot of people walking around outside wasn’t a good feeling, the elevator kept getting stuck so had to take the stairs and the walls and floor just felt dirty It started at the front desk when we had to wait almost 20 minutes to get checked in to speak to somebody then the elevator door kept getting stuck then there was a lot of sketchy people walking around did not feel safe going outside to even get something out of my car. I would not recommend this place again.

• Angela (1/5): Nasty Fradulant Business - Nothing Very dirty environment inside and out. Smell of facility was a combination of smoke, weed, and filth! Was afraid I was going to get abducted as I waited late at night to check in as there were numerous shady folks hanging around! Room was unacceptable. Felt and smelled bad…..Layed In bed for 10 minutes contemplating this life choice! Was afraid of catching a disease so I ended up leaving fast!!!!!! No towels in bathroom but that’s ok because I probably wouldn’t have used them anyway if they were available. Ended up sleeping in my car for the night feeling cleaner and safer. I did not want to bother the front desk lady again so late at night so I just suffered. The next morning when the front desk was open . I tried to speak with the ladies about how I felt and discuss the poor quality of facilities. I was immediately shut down and could not get a word in edgewise. They obviously get a lot of complaints because they were very defensive! I prepaid for 4 nights and they refused to refund any of my money. Seems like fraud to me. They said I should have complained the night before instead of waiting until the next morning….

• HT (8/5): Good for one night. - Reasonable, basic room at a decent price. Bed was average. Room was in need of some light repair work. Full size fridge and microwave were operational. Room was fairly clean but hallway smelt strange.

• Julie (1/5): - Scherray, Renee, and Megan worked themselves to death to clean and improve our stay but due to the poor management, their job was too much. The facility was a nightmare. The first room that was shown as available in the computer system was not available. There was people living in there and they were as surprised by me opening the door on them as I was by their dog barking at me and coming to greet me at the door. The second room was full of roaches and the bathtub had holes in it. The third room had the cable outlet ripped completely out of the wall and no power cord to the TV, the phone did not work and the refrigerator was completely stained and disgusting. We also dealt with Marijuana being smoked all around us and even found some in our room. The no-refund policy made it impossible for us to get our money back immediately so that we could get a better stay at another motel. I not only refuse to stay at this location again, but I won't use any in this franchise. This also makes me question using booking.com in the future. We did not sleep more than 3 hours each night and could not go anywhere else because we spent all our money on this place. Needless to say, I'm giving this place zero stars and would give negative 100,000 stars if possible. I believe in this situation a refund should be issued and I will be pursuing some form of restitution for the horrible experience. I have never stayed in such a horrible place. The staff are overworked and underpaid and bless them for trying so hard to make it better but they couldn't fight all the negative issues. No ice machines, no way to keep the toilet flushing properly, holes in the bathtub, roaches, drugs, drugdeals, people fighting in the halls nude. The weekend from HELL, LITERALLY!!!! MY ADVICE: RUN, DONT WALK, FROM THIS PLACE AND SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR SANITY!!! I hope Scherray, Rennea, and Megan keep their chins up and that God keeps blessing them because they are AMAZING women who tried hard as they could. The upper level employees should spend a weekend in their establishment and see what I saw!!!!!!!!!

• Isidra (1/5): The worst decision I ever made was to book this hotel - Absolutely nothing This place was infested with roaches, my room door did not lock like at all one small push and my room door would literally open. There was no comforter on my bed only a thin sheet. I asked the staff to move me to another room and they refused to. There’s strange people hanging out at all times of day. I was not comfortable leaving my room fearing someone was going to steal my belongings. I wanted to check out as soon as I got there and was denied a refund.
