• Byron (6/5): By far, the best thing about this economy hotel is the kitchenette. You can actually cook a meal. - The kitchenette was way above average, very nice bathroom. Wifi was marginal. It was obvious they have a problem with tiny roaches. I saw dead ones and on my last day a live one. Also, no window shade--way too much light with the street lights outside.

• Gregory (9/5): I stayed for 2 nights and did not have any complaints. Everybody I met was very friendly and helpful - I liked the fact that there were all the appliances needed for cooking. it wasn't easy to find the hotel, and it was a little pricey

• Michael (1/5): - I didn't like anything. This place is a rat hole. Do not stay here. Management obviously doesn't care about the property or customers. When I made the reservation, I indicated I would not be arriving until about 11pm. When I arrived, I attempted contact with the motel staff and no one would answer the phone. I contacted the Customer Service Hotline from the phone on the wall and they said they made contact with someone who was assisting another customer on the property but after two more calls and 30 minutes, no one arrived.

• Colby (1/5): We will not be back here again. - We got there at 2:20 and asked if we could check in a little bit early. I put down when we booked that we might be a little early. The girl at the front desk was rude. When we did check in we got to our room and it smelled like urine. We had to go buy air freshener to even stay in the room. The bed was very uncomfortable. The rude staff, the room smelled horrible and the bed was very uncomfortable.

Would not recommend anyone to stay they. absolutely nothing was like there. It was the most nastiest hotel i have ever booked

They make enough money to RENOVATE IMMEDIATELY - There was really NOTHING likable about the property No BREAKFAST.. No BENCHES (for the elderly) for these rooms to cost between $70-$100 a NIGHT there’s nothing to make people wanna come back there will be bugs at time the bathroom looks like no one came to clean it just change the towels to make it look good!! The rooms have an OLD smell!! Maybe the staff need to CHANGE their cleaning supplies or cleaning mop something.. The VENDING MACHINES are always BROKEN!!! THIS IS A 2 STAR SUITW HOTEL WHICH IS NOT OKAY DUE TO THE PRICES ARE FOR 3.5 STARS and up should have at least they have BREAKFAST plus LOWER PRICES….The property is OVER CHARGING for these LOW BUDGET “SUITES” DO BETTER WOODSPRING SUITES

• Patricia (5/5): I would be very leary in the future when it comes to this property. - There was no breakfast. The bed was uncomfortable. I was instructed to report to front desk for Wi-Fi password. Never used the Wi-Fi. Had to move three times before getting a decent room. Refer to the above comments.

• Arthur (1/5): - Service was good but I think they should change linens during your stay and bring towels to the room. I booked my room for Wednesday but couldn't check in until Thursday afternoon. The person was able to eventually get me in but it was an inconvenience. Afterwards my mattress smelled absolutely horrible. If I smelled it I know the person that made the bed did.

• Baxter (6/5): Eh - this was just an overnighter. However, upon entering the room, there was a dead roach on the floor to greet me. The bathroom looked clean, but when I raised the toilet seat lid up, there was tissue in there, and I wasn’t sure if it had been cleaned at all around the toilet that is. The walls as well as in the shower had like a black substance on it. Not sure if that was mold. They need to use curtains instead of the blinds because even with all the lights out, it’s hard to sleep because the outside lights basically light up the entire room you could read by it very easily however, the receptionist who took us in was very professional and friendly.
