- Michael (2/5): Uncomfortable - It was quiet around the room I was staying in but was next to the highway so had to turn on the fan to dround out the traffic. Full size refrigerator was nice to have but was never at the hotel long enough to get use out if it. Room was very small. I had to clean when I arrived. The TV remote was broken and there was 1 bar of soap and one small shampoo bottle to use for 5 days. The bed was very cheap and uncomfortable and my back paid the price for it the last 2 days of my stay.
The location was out of the way and had nothing in walking distance for food or anything else you might need. I was woken on my final day by the front desk at 8:30 am asking me if I was checking out or extending my stay. I feel there were other options besides a wake knock on the door that was not requested. Check out was for 11:00 am and this was in writing in the contract and signed. It was an overall uncomfortable experience and will not be returning.

- Aubrey (5/5): Staff was nice. Room was clean. The smell was awful in the hallway/elevator. Wish the mattress didn’t make so much n - The whole kitchenette area I loved. The AC worked well. It was clean and maintained in the room. the beds made a lot of noise. Everytime you moved the sheets/mattress were so loud to where I didn’t even wanna move cause they were so loud. It smelt musty in the rooms and hallway/elevator smelled of smoke really bad.
- Tiffany (4/5): Could have been cleaner - It was easy to get to Room was not clean. The floor was sticky and had dirt & crumbs under the bed and night stand. The sink in the sink had hair clogging the drain. And we found a roach crawling in the bathroom.
- Crystal (7/5): - Location Some of the staff
- Crystal (8/5): - The area some of the staff
- Viridiana (4/5): The stay was calm but the hotel was super dirty - I only like that it was a few dollars less than the ones next to it, but was not worth it. The cleaning was horrible
- Mark (10/5): -
- Meagan (3/5): - Water was coming out from under the laminate floor next to the toilet. I had to wear my tennis shoes all over because I was unsure of cleanliness. The tub would not drain so we had to turn water off in mid shower.

rooms on the inside. The room had a sweat smell. Bed super hard. Sheets thin and only 1 towel and wash cloth. Pretty old and creepy. Halls dark. Walls/ floors dirty.

- Mark (9/5): Great value! - The rooms were very nice and clean, and the beds were super comfortable
- Maria Fernanda (6/5): -
- Sathena (4/5): - Na Beds were just on a platform. Thin walls with barking dogs. Arrived after hours, had to use a phone on the wall to try to get ahold of someone to get someone to come down
- Seth (5/5): Almost 2 hours before checkout, staff was beating on the door to see if I was checking out that day. I was in the showe -
- Gail (1/5): - Nicest thing was a regular size refrigerator. I had reserved a double bed room for my son and myself , but when I arrived 3 hours after check-in, they had given it away and were offering 2 singles, one of which was not clean yet. Would have been acceptable if it was free, but they were going to charge me regular rates for each.
Floor was vacuumed, but not clean.

- Shawn (2/5): - No towels nor shower curtain. No staff after 8 or in the morning to get either so no shower.
- Horace (7/5): -
- Chynna (8/5): - Clean, affordable and convenient. Bed was actually really comfortable too. Only issue was how long I had to wait to check in. Staff could be a little more professional but overall good.
- Sii (7/5): -
- Igor (2/5): - Worst experience in our lives. We booked two rooms, we walked into one and left the hotel paying for another hotel in the area. Room was dirty. Entire hotel smelled like marijuana, dogs were barking... We saw one barefoot lady with broken bloody nose walking around, we had kids with us. Worst. Experience. Ever. I have never seen anything worse. Sheets looked like they have not been changed. It was horrible.
- Blanton (10/5): - The staff at this location are very professional and super courteous and that goes for all of them. I'm a contractor and travel extensively across the country and this staff takes the prize in making me feel comfortable and well taken care of.
- Biggerstaff (10/5): -
- Katee (3/5): -
- Christopher (10/5): - Stop
- Christopher (3/5): Only stay if sleeping in your car is not an option. - The floors and room was clean. No coffee maker in the room, had one available for purchase at the front desk. No Hair dryer in room. The toilet was taking forever to flush. No Ice machine in the entire building. The parking lot is not large enough for the typical clients. No onsite 24 hour staff for the office. I checked out at 0530 in the morning. Located in an industrial park. The elevator seems to be needing maintenance work, seems like it is slipping on the lift.
- Kassie Michelle (2/5): - Walked in and the smell of smoke/weed was so strong, I had a headache within 10-15 minutes. The room itself was extremely dirty. Dust and stains on the floor, the bathroom looked like someone shaved and didn’t clean it up. Overall it was sketchy, dirty and probably the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. I booked two nights and ended up leaving after the first. We tried to leave that first night but everything was booked. (It was also really late when we checked in so I don’t think that helped) I’m trying to get a refund but can’t get ahold of anyone to talk to.
- Angela (2/5): - Nothing Place was worn down no hair dryer or iron, the sink stopper wouldn't drain, the microwave was messed up,the bed not comfortable at all, would not stay here again
- Teri (6/5): - Nothing in room, no coffee maker, no hair dryer and front desk not open to get them. No coffee in lobby as advertised. Bed was awful. Springs sprung and noisy. Will not use again.
- linda (6/5): - Paid for two beds didn’t know it would have top mattress on springs so no box spring. One bed had springs that were broken so you would fall through so we slept in the one standard size bed and back ache on getting up. Not happy! Very seedy place.
- Damon (4/5): - Greetings is the best part of your stay, and this was not high at this establishment!
- Jodie (4/5): - Kitchen but no silverware/pan. No Paper towel or Kleenex. No drapes so super bright at night. No blow dryer. Very disappointed.
- Kurt (8/5): - Only there for a few hours. The hotel was clean and staff was very friendly. Perfect for a short overnight stop.
- Kris (1/5): - Nothing
- holli (4/5): Not clean - The room was not very clean. I wore shoes because the floor was not swept well. Hallways smell like pot
- Jeremiah (10/5): - Great area. Just didn't like how nothing was mentioned about a 100 deposit until after I already payed for the room. But couldn't really get checked in until I payed the deposit.
- Lori (2/5): Won’t stay here again and would recommend others not stay either - Not much Wi-Fi was horrible. Staff was not very friendly. Not helpful. No hand towels. No ice Available. Thought the overall quality would be better. Very disappointing
- Mel (9/5): Superb - The staff happily assist guests however possible. The rooms are spacious, immaculate, and equipped. A large shopping area is across the street.
- Malik (2/5): - Initially the bed cover was covered with dawg hair I had to change my own bedding on the first night, they allow big vicious dogs in the hotel after complaining to the manager about another tenant dogs snapping and barking at me in the elevator they did nothing the couple 2 doors down had 4 dogs that barked and was playful all night I was there for 5 days and they never checked on my towels and wash clothes lucky I travel with my own
- Tucker (10/5): Exceptional - Extremely clean inside and out Beds could be better but still good for the value
- Alissa (6/5): - The hotel did not have any kind of lobby or sitting area. A person sits in a little office just as you enter the front doors, then you have to use your room key to get through the next set of doors and then it turns into a hotel like a person would expect. Lots of nearby restaurants, so the location is good. Beds are a mattress on a steel frame with springs underneath. Very uncomfortable! It is known, but no breakfast, nor do they change out your towels daily or clean anything while you are there. A person must ask at the "front desk/office" if you need anything. It seems more like a truckers hotel as there is a large laundry room and everything is very minimal. We saw several folks doing laundry. Also the place reeks of cigarette smoke. If you are sensitive, this is not the place for you. We washed EVERYTHING upon returning home.
- Jeffrey (5/5): Passable -
- Mary (1/5): Would not recommend! - When I checked in my room was occupied by someone else and they were full. Said nothing they could do! Nothing
- Nathan (6/5): Pleasant -
- Scott (6/5): Pleasant - The mattresses really need updated.
- Julie (2/5): - Would not recommend this property to anyone.
- David (5/5): Very basic accommodation. - I found the bed and pillows very comfortable. Room had a full-sized refrigerator. Despite my room facing the highway, road noise wasn't an issue. The front desk is not occupied 24x7. There is a wall phone in the lobby (partially detached from the wall, btw) that one can use to call to someone outside of the desk hours. No idea if that someone is in the same city much less country. There is a security door one needs to swipe their room key thru to get to the rooms. The room itself was basic. There were two basic-looking chairs (i.e., they weren't metal folding chairs but they were simple in that regard) pushed up to a simple table to make a rudimentary desk. Floors were wooden-like in both the halls and rooms, so the sound of doors closing would echo down the hallways. I was there for just one night to break up a long drive, and it met the need. Bring you own shower soap/shampoo.
- Cristian (10/5): - Good value for the money
- Martin (5/5): Passable - didn't know you had it chairs, noise
- Mel (8/5): Very good - The common areas and rooms are clean,
The staff friendly, knowledgeable, helpful.
They accommodated my ADA need giving me an ADA double room for a single bed booking and kept the lower price, so upgraded my room without charging! Very kind!
They stored my belongings during a medical absence to prevent unneeded room charges and did not charge a storage fee! Outstanding kind!
I was happy it was possible to open a window for fresh air!; Many windows no longer are openable The location isn't as close to some stores as I might like, but still, it's only one mile to shops, and cafes, still close.
There is no lobby, I have located any laundry room yet, so it's hard to meet other guests or be anywhere except your room.
- Ronald (4/5): - Right next to I35 so our room was very noisy, the microwave didn't work and yet the light never turned off, bathroom tub dripped all night, drawers wouldn't stay closed so we kept running into them. Not a pleasant stay too say the least.
- Steven (5/5): Passable -
- Kenneth (10/5): -
Very nice accommodations. I appreciated the full-size refrigerator and the two-burner stove top.
- Cody (9/5): Superb -
- Paul (7/5): Good -
- Verified traveler (6/5): Alright but… - f you want to deal with hearing the following all night this place is for you:
Other people’s doors SLAMMING
Trains running near by
Highway traffic can be heard
Noisy PTAC running off and on
Weed/cigarette smell
No ice machine
No dishes or pots to use
Overpriced vending machines
Generic remotes that won’t change to the inputs
Low pressure shower heads
Hot water running out
Internet going in and out
GREAT staff but I’m too light of a sleeper for all the things mentioned above.
- Ali (5/5): Passable -
- Alejandro (10/5): Exceptional -
- Karen (8/5): Great Stay for the $ - Definitely a great hotel choice for the $! As an extended stay guest I appreciate the fact of having a full size fridge, kitchen sink, and stove top! The only thing I would have preferred was @ least a queen bed rather than a full, the room was on the smaller side however it did have several storage places which made up for it!! The staff were so kind, helpful, and accommodating to requests and needs of the guest!!Thank You for your amazing customer service!!!
- Verified traveler (4/5): Poor value - A $70 hotel for $140. Staff were nice, but otherwise not worth it. You pay for Internet, no breakfast, the heat/AC is the type that turns on and off and is loud, so if you need heat/cooling you won't sleep. Room has a kitchenette, which is nice, but most people don't need that. Office was shuttered when I went to check out at 8 am.
- Cami (8/5): - Good to jave full refrigerator , cooktop and laundry available for longer stays. Small tv and weak internet signal.
- Nicholas (1/5): Bad -
- Jody (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mark (6/5): Sub par experience - No coffee
Location was hard to find
Not very clean
Tub shower valve didn't work very well
- Joseph (7/5): Good - Location is wonderful They dont enforce parking AT ALL. I have handicap plates and am constantly fighting for a spot. People without placards or handicap license plates park there all the time. I've complained to the staff multiple times and nothing changes. I've been here for around 4 months
- Tristan (10/5): Excellent - Enjoyable, nice, relaxing, and ladies at the front desk were super sweet and helpful
- Angus (7/5): Good - Friendly staff, willing to accommodate Room wasn't clean upon arrival
- Sanner (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alexandra (7/5): Good -
