• Kyle (1/5): Horrible inconvenient stay - People laying in the hallways talking on the phone all night. Key card system down. Had to call staff to enter building or rim everytime. First room the TV power cord and cable cord had been stolen from the room. Moved to another room to have a faulty sink that leaked water all over the bathroom floor.

• franco (1/5): Very bad hotel. It was dirty. Smelled bad. And some employees had attitude. - Nothing everything was very dirty Everything was super dirty. My shower did want to run hot water. The blinds were super dirty so was my floor under the sink was dirty. It was a non smoke hotel and it smelled like weed every day.

• Dawn (1/5): - Nothing They room was dirty. No towels in our room. Put a bag a trash outside our door, after it sat there for more than 12 hours someone knocked on our door and told us it was our responsibility to take out our trash.

• Jason (6/5): Not a clean place. - Friendly staff. But not very well trained in using the computer. There is no way the bed sheets were properly washed. I found multiple people’s hair in between the sheets. The floors turned white side black.

Person I talked to on the phone wasn't helpful. Worst and most unprofessional hotel experience I've ever had and I travel almost every weekend

• Ishmael (8/5): We really enjoyed our stay - It was near downtown so all of the places we planned on seeing were a short distance away--required very little driving on our part. We were able to sightsee easily. The faucet in the tub was loose from the wall and there was a drip coming from the kitchen sink faucet. Beyond that the room was clean, the sheets were comfortable and it was reasonably quiet the whole time. (Rm 106)

• Mayra (6/5): - There was only one towel of each not even one to dry our hands. The TV control didn't work.
• GREGORY (2/5): - I got to my room and found a mattress with a rubber cover and no sheets. There was a little blanket tossed on the bed along with what looked like some drapes or something, and a couple towels. In the bathroom, there was absolutely no toilet paper, but there was somebody's wet washcloth laying in the middle of the bathroom floor. By the time I got back to the front desk, it was shut down and the clerk had gone home for the night. While I was deciding my next steps, another fine guest was nice enough to run down the hall and beat on all of the doors. Rather than roll around in somebody's hepatitis., I slept in my truck. I was back on the road before the front desk opened up, so I have no idea how this mystery ends.. Not the best money i've ever spent. The kid at the front desk was very professional and very nice. If nothing else, he deserves better.

• Majdy (4/5): Could use more cleaning, window shade and courtesy - Elevator was dirty and needed to be vacuumed and mopped . Check in person was very nice check out person only responded to check out with alright. Not a thank you or have a good day. Like her job is to take keys only. There was no none else but me. Elevator was very dirt and dry shushing ( second time i used them and both same way ) window blinds does not block light so it’s hard to sleep after sunrise . Floor is stick and needs to be mopping . Freezer starts making a very loud noise fir 30 minutes then stops and keep doing that , so kept waking me up .Other than that it is a great place to stay.

• shelby (1/5): - Nothing, there was nothing about this shit hole that I liked. I definitely didn't like getting threatened by staff that I couldn't have a guest in the room that I'm paying for. Because of staff this hotel lost guarantee money, I won't be ever staying here.

• Roxanna (8/5): Great Location. Easy Access to Highways. - Staff is nice, and hotel feels very safe. Bed was comfortable. Not a lot of storage space for long term. Basic with small kitchen, but clean enough.
• Julie (8/5): - I think considering they lie right next to a major highway system it is very quiet overall and the rooms are well maintained.
• Spencer (4/5): - This hotel is super ghetto. Advertised a kitchenette, room had a stove but not a single pot, pan, or dish. Everything is “available for purchase” at the front desk. What a gimmick. Would have picked a different hotel if they advertised it correctly. Parking lot always full of people walking around. Felt really sketchy. If it was just a 1 night stay might be different. Booked 6 days cause the pictures looked nice… but it was not nice in person. Rooms smelled like mildew, you have to get towels from the front desk, and the fridge couldn’t get cold. All our food was soggy and bad by the 3rd day.

• Robert (4/5): - Booked on Expedia, i guess it an Extended Stay but have stayed such before. No towels, soup or even a cup for water. They brought up towels, soup, shampoo. Then found no TV power. Checked out in morning no one in office till 2 to 3 hr later. Then discover once i went to office area could no longer get back in hotel as key no longer active. :(

• Gary (4/5): Wheelchair accessible, NOT - Room door would only open half way. Door drug on the floor and couldn't be opened. This room was wheelchair accessible, but door would not open far enough. Road noise and trains, very loud.
