• vu (7/5): Great value and location for state wrestling - The GM Tori is phenomenal!!! The elevator smelled like someone had smoked in it and one of the rooms smelled like moth balls. Rooms otherwise were clean and staff was exceptional

• Hearod (1/5): It was the worse hotel I’ve ever been to and will never go back, I’d rather sleep in the car than stay there. - Nothing. It’s gross and night crew sucked. Everything, the whole building smelled like smoke the saving you walk in, the filters inside the ac units was so full when you pull them out tons fell on the floor, the couch had so much trash in the cushions including previous peoples clothes.

• Ashlie (2/5): - Make sure what is said on line on all booking sites is true. After booking my room I arrived was paid up on my room and insurance fee. 181 and some change total. When I walked in to the lobby my son and I had our cat in a career and only after paying (booking on line a "pet friendly " hotel) and paying when walking in with his pet carrier. After paying I was asked if I had pets and when I said yes one cat was I told he couldn't be in the room and turned away. So for a pet friendly establishment I was turned away. Please update your online ans booking presentation. People travel with service cats too. Not just dogs.

• Williams (7/5): Thank you for allowing me to stay at your hotel….I was lucky to get a room. - Did not know there was a breakfast offered at this facility; newly remodeled room which I really appreciated. Did not feel my car was as safe as other hotels, as there was nothing around the front of the building. Only thing was the parking lot….Did not feel comfortable.

• Marcy (1/5): Non stay - It was off the road a little but looked nice The office /front desk closes at 10:00, we arrived to check in at 10:15 and no one was there. We couldn’t get anyone to answer their 24 hour phone. We finally gave up at 10:45 and went somewhere else. I hadn’t paid for the stay, just reserved it. They just charged my credit card for the stay.

• Carol (4/5): Stay somewhere else - No coffee anywhere on the premise, you have to take your used towels and washcloths to the front counter to get clean one and the beds were so hard and lumpy we won't stay again.

• Tiffany (3/5): Won't Stay here again. - The room was big. The price was good but I for sure got what I paid for. Arrived at 11pm, had to call and wait for the front desk attendant to come down. The attendant seemed very annoyed that we were checking in late. No mention of a Continental breakfast which was fine I guess since the rooms had stoves... On the way to the elevator one of the wings of the hotel was under construction which was not mentioned. We were not told where the elevators were so we wandered around for a little to find them. The elevator and the hall smell REALLY strong of food that didn't smell good. The room had the pungent food smell as well which made it hard to fall asleep. The blankets on the beds were thin. After a 12 hour drive all I wanted was to fall asleep fast and comfortably but I couldn't due to the smell. Putting the covers over my head helped a little. Room was big with two beds. Water pressure in the shower was not that great. Lights were only controlled by the switch by the door and the switch on the wall between the beds did nothing so that was a little inconvenient. As soon as we woke up the next morning we showered and left at 7am and the front desk area was locked again had to go BACK up to the room to leave the room key. I was not bout to call again and wait for the front desk attendant come down. It was fine just for what we needed which was just to sleep before getting back on the road again. But I will not be staying there again.

• Mistina (2/5): Very poor - Location was good. Maintenance crew was friendly. Dirty, construction everywhere, no carpet or flooring on several floors of hotel. Looked like people lived there, trash in hallways, elevator and outside the property. No coffee onsite-in room or in “lobby” that seemed nonexistent. Office personnel very unprofessional upon check in, rude and complaining about the computer/printer… Odor throughout hotel, from cigarette smoke to marijuana to trash, the entire hotel smelled awful!
• Jennifer (2/5): - Had to call for a worker to check us in since it was after 10, then our room key didn’t work. Fridge is filthy, wall has fingerprints all over it. Bedcovers are paper thin.
• Inna (1/5): Unsafe crack house with weirdos around - It was the worst experience of my life. I didn’t like a thing It was a crack house, do not go there! Unsafe environment. Drugged out people in the building who look like they live there. Half of the building was crossed out with “Caution” tape and it looked like it was a murder scene. Smelled like hell. We immediately left after a second of being there.

It smelled so bad plus there was a few cockroaches in the room and the bed was extremely uncomfortable and would move if you tossed and turned. and the office didn’t even open until 9am and I had to leave before then so I used the phone next to the locked front office and called the 500 number and they told me that there was nothing to be done until they got there at 9 so I slid my keys under the door and left.

Got up to the room and found dirty pillows, hair in the bed, pee stains on the walls from animals, mildew smelling room, appeared to be a previously long term stay room that was horribly cleaned
• Herzog (1/5): Bad - There was a roof over our heads and the heater worked. As soon as we walked in the room the first thing i found was a roach. Also killed several of them in our room through out our stay. Also the room came with non of the aminities it said it had. There was no coffee pot or any dishes of any kind. Needless to say its kind of hard to use a stive with no dishes. And the roaches is crazy. If they were in our room they have to be throught the entire hotel. We even talked to another quest that stated that the hotel gave him a discount on his room because of the situation.

Went to check in and there was a man talking to the check in clerk and telling her that they have roaches. I confirmed it by two other guests outside, that in fact they did have roaches. DO NOT STAY HERE!
