Guest Reviews
- Ruffino (1/5): - Clean Getting charged 100 for dirty towels
- Hepuaonalani (10/5): It was a great affordable stay, with great front desk personnel - You need a key card to enter and exit the facility
- Francisco (2/5): - Just the mattress People were very loud, playing music on speakers, and every time someone opened the door it made a huge noise in my room. Since people were constantly going outside to smoke, the door kept slamming and making loud noises throughout the night. It almost felt like people were living inside my room. I really didn’t like it at all it was almost impossible to get a good night’s sleep.
- Washington (10/5): - Cleaning 🧹. Na
- Cedric (1/5): - Nothing at all worse place I have ever stay I checked in to work on a long job at the data center in council bluff! Seen camera at the front door so I back my truck in front of the front looking at the camera’s bc I had my big tool box on my truck full of fitting and welding tools Saturday evening Monday morning I came out to go work box gone. The thief climbed over in the bad of my truck had to be few of them box was at least 300 plus pounds! Call general manager he was no help it’s like they all in it together wouldn’t roll cameras back told him I was coming back and file a police report bc he said he get off at 3:00 got there 1:30 he was gone so nawl that’s not a good hotel to stay at!
- Von Euw (10/5): - Close to just about everything we wanted to see in Omaha. Didn't have a coffee pot or pans to cook with. Bed frame was a little noisy
- John (9/5): - I liked: the kitchenette, the price, the bed, the shower, the decor, the cleanliness. The room was very comfortable and looked new.The staff was very friendly and helpful. I can't really think of anything.
- Alondra (10/5): - Could use black out curtains
- Jodie (10/5): Would recommend this place to anyone. - Staff is nice and always available. Property is clean and new.
- Jeanette Kiggins (4/5): - The receptionist was easy to get along with. The beds were very stiff it was sleeping on a piece of plywood

- Christopher (9/5): I think the overall day was great. I just think that the bed needed to be washed. - I really like the location, the price of the room
And all the amenities that the room had offer such as a refrigerator and a stove that was really cool I didn’t like that the bedding smelled like a dog. I think that the pillows need to be changed and the body needs to be washed with some good soap.
- Joseph (3/5): If location is the only thing you care about - The location People above me sounded like a heard of elephants all night. Right next to my door outside of it in the hallway there's a big hole in the ceiling with water dripping from it. Also on my way back from downtown to the casino I had to stop there for a second and the lady I was with had to run inside to use the bathroom and they wouldn't let her inside unless she gave them her ID which I think is a little bit weird and a little bit over the top
- Liping (3/5): 不太好 - 交通还可以 不太干净冰箱燥音大
- KayeLynn (1/5): It was a terrible place to stay and they didn’t have housekeeping clean our room the whole stay we had to track them dow - I didn’t like anything about the property the fridge didn’t work and you barely saw housekeeping The fact that the fridge didn’t work and house keeping was barley in site to get anything from them
- Samuel (1/5): Pissed off - My key didn't work on the 2nd night and I couldn't even get to my room and no staff at front desk to solve problem
- Jeanne (2/5): Decent price and location but the place had cockroaches and less-than-sanitary cleaning practices. - Good location. The bed was comfortable. Cockroaches spotted (one around midnight, another around 1 a.m.) No staff at front desk during these hours (bathroom light left on; second bug killed and bagged.) I got zero sleep. Due to this & a four-hour drive home it was necessary to cut our visit short. Presented dead roach on checkout; asked for refund, which was quickly promised; email address given. Waited several days. No email, no refund. When I called I was told they "needed to contact Corporate" to issue refund. Called again two days later. Was asked, "Did you stay all night?" "Yes, it was one in the morning." Long story short: Got the run-around and no refund. I did a search; this place is owned by Choice Hotels, which has a policy that states that since each hotel is "individually owned", refunds need to be handled w/the individual hotel. When I asked for the staff person's name, he said, "Well technically, I don't have to give that out, honey." (Hint: When being dismissive of legitimate complaints, do not.. ever.. add fuel to the fire by calling the customer Honey.) We appreciated the full-sized fridge/microwave/cooktop as there is no complimentary breakfast, but it did occur to us that this -- along with this being an "extended stay hotel" -- may contribute to a higher incidence of cockroaches. (We were told, "Well, we are in the middle of a field." Ah. Field cockroaches. Gotcha.) The cooktop was unused but both knobs were melted, anyway, so we were a bit leery and used the microwave to cook our food. And then we saw the small can of Fire Out hanging above the cooktop (not a confidence-booster.) The room wasn't carpeted; no big deal, easier to clean w/a mop I figured. The floor was sticky, however, and we noticed upon closer inspection the morning of checkout that the bedframe was very dirty (we're talking crumbs, as well as heavy dust.

- Celeste (2/5): - The space was decent, it had a kitchenette and I planned on staying longer.. There was a cockroach in the kitchen when I turned the light on and a huge cockroach on the hallway when I exited the suite to go out for a cigarette. There is alot of construction in that area and I ended up with a nail in my tire from the parking lot. They have lots of construction equipment on the lot and appt of the guests work that field as well. For less money I been at places that don't have infestations. It made me not want to get under the covers. I also didn't like that all guests are required to check in at the front desk. A little intrusive if you ask me. My husband picks our son up on the morning to take him to school. Why they need to know that I have no idea. I won't be back and definitely won't recommend that place because who wants cockroaches? Not I.
- Tarsha (9/5): -
- William (2/5): - Rooms are infested with roaches and mold
- Clark (1/5): Horrible - Nothing Very dirty, sheets were dirty, bathroom had hair every where. And smelled horrible
- Lorenzo (2/5): - I was in the room for 15-20 minutes when I seen 2 cockroaches in the bathroom and kitchenette area!! The room had a unique smell like someone had some kind of pet prior. I was supposed to be there for 3 nights and decided to check out after the first night. The property is in an area isolated from other businesses. You definitely get what you pay for there!!
- Todd (2/5): - The room was nasty had roaches every where move the pillow on the bed they started running away it was gross if i could give it less than 1 star i would and when we went and told the guy at the front dest about he just kind of shrugged it off like it was no big deal
- Bobby (2/5): - I made reservations through Expedia and drove 12 minutes to the hotel. Once there I felt unsafe for many reasons which I explained to management and Expedia via email. The hotel refused to return my money. I had to travel to another hotel and thus paid two hotel fees for my one night stay. Also look before booking’
- Tarsha (10/5): - The staff was great. The room was clean comfy and had all we needed to celebrate my birthday I only stayed 2 nights but I will be back in 4 days for a 4 day stay
- Owen (3/5): -
- Harrison (1/5): - Nothing. Smells bad and smells like marijuana. They wouldn't empty the trash. At check in I went into the room and there were dead bugs all over the floor. I have pictures.
- Alexander (4/5): Stinks - Stunk like dog pee. Not very clean
- Kristy (4/5): - Towels seemed washed but there were hairs still imbedded in them. I went and bought my own towel. I spilled some water on the floor and went to wipe it up and it was nothing but black. There was mold on my ac vent. It Very dirty establishment.
- Stacey (4/5): - Dirty and smelled bad
- Veniana (2/5): - The smell of the room was horrible. there was a kitchenette but no utensils.
No receptionist at the desk most times. A lot of noises frim other rooms.
- Job (6/5): - The beddings and sweaty and dirty.
- Joe (8/5): - First non-smoking room was at least 80 degrees inside and wreaked of smoke. Front desk immediately put me into another room and all was good.
- Gunn (7/5): -
- William (6/5): - Facility was maintained and clean. The stove, fridge and sink are nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Pretty noisy area with construction nearby.
Worst part was no hot water in shower. Had to take a cold shower.
- Angela (8/5): - I love that this hotel is pet friendly! Also the bed was very comfortable and check-in was fast and friendly.
The area around the property could use a little clean-up. I didn't love walking my dog around the beer cans and broken beer bottles left by other guests.
- Holly (2/5): - The only positive thing I can say is it was quiet. The place is DIRTY! The main entrance is cramped and unwelcoming. The elevator was awful and smelled terrible and realized it was vomit or something in the corner. The room was dirty. Floors, counters, ect. My friend found a roach, like from a joint in her bed! Now we didn't see any bugs, so i guess that was a plus. The fridge didn't work and smelled, the shower and sinks didn't drain and filled up. Even the TV took us messing with it to just get a channel. No lamps or sconces, just 2 bright lights in the ceiling that were super bright. I get this wasn't a 4 star nor did we expect it BUT cleanliness should be an absolute. Spend a few dollars more and stay somewhere else. I know I will.
- Wesbrook (1/5): - Rooms were nice size Their were roaches in the rooms
- Efrain (8/5): - Bueno
- Arthur (8/5): - Remote area, very nice staff.
- Jakaysha (1/5): Bad -
- Javier (2/5): - The rooms smell bad the ac was leaking water all over the room the beds were uncomfortable the restrooms were broken and there was load music in the rooms past midnight the worse hotel I have stayed inn
- Samuel (6/5): - Not fancy
- Alejandra (6/5): Worst place ever - Phone to contact front desk didn’t even work pillows flat asked for more they had none. Blankets old as my grandmother and room was horribly humid. Had no toilet paper and waited almost 30 minutes at front desk to request toilet paper.
- Ashley (2/5): Roach Motel - This was a horribel stay not that we ended up staying. You walk inside the hotel and you can already tell it is going to be dodgy. No lobby, the attendent in a seperate office that you have to try and navigate yourself and others making requests. Right away I knew something was off. We checked in okay were given keys and headed to our room. Entire hotel smells of old food. Open the door of our room and it is occupied. By this time I am looking for a new place to stay. Finally, get to our room and see that the beds are more like cots. I try to turn on the tv and it doesn't work, my husband decides to try a few things before we go to the front desk for a third time. He starts pulling out HDMI and power cords to see if that will help. As he is doing so roaches began to crawl out. Welp that was it for me we packed our stuff and were out. We asked about a refund and were told to call in the morning. Doubt we will see any money back.
- Elaine (6/5): - The staff were wonderful. This was a stop along our journey. The building looked new but not so much inside. I should have done more research before I chose here. It is for long-term stays. There were a lot of construction workers staying there, seemed like for long term and lawn chairs, BBQ grills, hanging out in parking lot attended to that. They were very, very loud. The room was not clean - especially the floor, TV wouldn’t work. I’m glad it was just a one night stop. I made note for future references to stay away from these types of lodging. It’s not for us.
- 741karib (2/5): Horrible family trip to the College World Series gone wrong - NEVER STAY HERE!!!! The hotel lost power, the tv only worked occasionally, the toilet did not work properly, it was not very clean, and although there is a full kitchen there is no pots, pans, place settings, etc to use. Who travels on a family vacation with pots and pans? Currently we have been billed for the reservation twice and cannot get any communication or cooperation to get this duplicate charge refunded. My family has spent over 30 hours trying to get the billing issue resolved. My husband suffered a massive stroke in Dec and this should not be how I am spending my time every day.
- Leah (4/5): They could have done better - It could have been a nice hotel.
But it was not taken care of the flooring was coming up all over the ground. It was dirty.
There was no staff at the desk There was no lobby.
It took 15 minutes to find the girl to Check-in and it was already 830 at night.
The room had a kitchenette absolutely nothing in it. So you couldn't have cooked anything or done anything. Had you wanted to.
In a double room with 4 people. They gave me 2 bath towels and 2 wash cloths, and that was it, The mattresses sat on the squeakiest frames.I have ever heard.
- Jeffrey (10/5): - Good value. Staff is friendly
- Wes (2/5): - Door would not lock. No one was even at front desk to get checked in. Had to call a cell number and wait for someone to arrive, room had cockroaches, mold all over shower, was not clean. Rented two rooms.and one door was wide open when we got there
Inside was a bunch of tools, drills, mudding for the walls. So they had been working on the room and still had us stay in there. The smell of the room was terrible
Terrible experience
- David (2/5): - I didn’t like a gross refrigerator that had old cheese chunks and spilled juice, I didn’t like a gross dirty old rag left in a drawer, I didn’t like a gross floor with garbage like used QTips and toilet paper behind a dresser and I didn’t like a gross freezer that had old meat blood spillage, room was very stinky of old mold and cigarettes smoke , I’m a disabled veteran and would very much someone from Expedia to contact me considering a refund at my email DG299908@gmail.com
- Kari (2/5): - The TV and toilet did not work properly. There was a kitchen but no pots, pans, dishes, or utensils. Who travels with their own cookware and place settings. It currently shows that I have been tripled charged for the stay. The hallway smelled of smoke and the hotel lost power during the stay. I would not recommend ever staying there. Also half the time you cannot reach the front desk.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Bevaware - We arrived and check-in went smoothly. At first, the room just smelled a bit musty, which we thought we could tolerate. However, within five minutes, we noticed something moving in the corner-it was a cockroach. We immediately went to the front desk, and to their credit, they moved us to another room and assured us it was clean. Unfortunately the second room wasnt much better. The door lock wasnt latching properly, they assured us that it would be fixed by the time we returned from dinner. When we came back, not only was the latch not fixed. There were several more cockroaches in this room. We returned to the front desk, but noone was there. We called and informed them we would not be staying. We were told theyncould not issue a refund and to call at another time. The experience was disappointing and unsettling. I would not recommend if you value cleanliness and basic safety.
- Lowell (2/5): - Filthy
- FRED (4/5): - Dirty and noisy
- Saad (10/5): Awesome! - Check in lady was very friendly and nice. Checked in with minutes.
- Amanda (2/5): - Broke down vehicles all over the parking lot making it difficult to find a parking space. First room we were goven had a dirry bed and broken microwave. The 2nd room we were given had a cockroach smashed on the wall next to theblighr switch, broken toilet seat and broken stopper in the bathtub. 3rd room was better except there were people running up and down the stairs all night, where they had the door propped open for others to come in. Staff waa nice, but wont stay there again. Worst hotel experience I've ever had. Didnt feel safe going out of the room or to the parking lot alone.
- Brandon (4/5): Disappointing -
- Erich (4/5): - $66 in undisclosed pet fees for one night, doubling the cost of the room. I got a Super8 down the street for $69 all in.
- Kylie (2/5): - Wow! I dont even know where to start. Pulling up you see abandoned vehicles everywhere. Some on jack stands, some with flat tires, some wrecked and some with the hood popped open. Open the front door and heavy smell of weed. Front desk is hit or miss if its open. Wasnt open at 9am yet one morning. Our room didnt have towels so we went to the front desk multiple times and they wouldnt ever give us any. Kept saying afternoon but went at 1230 and still no towels. Beds smelled of cigarette smoke. Toilet leaks. Flooring ia pealed up everywhere. 10 out of 10 do not recommend.
- Carmela (8/5): - Room smelled, sheets had hair on them
- nickaT372RY (4/5): Booker beware... - Beware. If you cannot check in for whatever reason the same day you book, they will still nail you the rate for the night. Pretty disappointing in the choices management has made, in that regard. A racket. Called front desk and they claimed the cancelation policy was stated in the website. It was, but evidently not the particular policy for this location.
- Quinn (4/5): - Felt like I was living in a war zone. Violently loud slamming and yelling from neighbor's even after having changed rooms due to noise from trucks outside my window. I didnt even stay the night it was so bad, decided to catch my train home a night early. There must be hardly any insulation in the walls here, just like the cheap housing thats used to scam college students.
- Ashley (2/5): - Checked in and within 5 minutes we saw two bugs. One was a stink bug and then we saw a cockroach. Immediately went to the front desk and asked for our money back and left. DISGUSTING!!!
- dana (2/5): Not what was advertised - Thought I was staying at a Motel 6. Would not stay there again!
- Meyer (2/5): Very poor -
- Christine (2/5): - Bugs, room not clean at all!!
- Annalie (10/5): Exceptional - staff were very friendly. The remodeled rooms were really nice. I liked the kitchen in every room. 2 stove burners and a full size fridge worked great for my week long work stay.
- Rodney (10/5): - Very good stay
- Angela (10/5): Wonderful Establishment - Great stay
- Matthew (8/5): Very good -
- Loray (6/5): - They waited to tell me no cats after I paid then took 10 days to get money back, and they don't take cash
- Steve (3/5): will never be back - beds were comfortable cleanliness - hotel common areas were gross, room walls were gross
accomodations - room was not ready at check-in, although there were 4-5 staff standing around in the office whenn we arrived.
staff - acted like we were a nuisance, not a guest
- Baily (1/5): Dirty - Nothing Everything
- David (8/5): Cozy clean cheap - The price, the condition and location were extremely reasonable The only thing I didn't like was the lack of breakfast selection
- Charm (6/5): - Staff seems to live there with all her kids
- Delmus (2/5): Absolutely terrible service from management -
- Morgan (6/5): - Good for traveling in and out.
- Clint (10/5): - Awesome like always
- Tracey (6/5): - The staff was stellar and the best part of the experience. No incentive to come back: no breakfast or food in the area. It's not dirty, but it needs renovations asap, the parking lot is dark and sketchy, and the sheets in the bedroom were worn and had stains. If you desperately need a place to stay, it will do for only one night.
- Joel (8/5): - Goo value
- Heather (8/5): - We liked the property and didnt like the fact we had no good tv station
- George (6/5): Average cleanliness - Very aveeage place..a low grade basic cleanliness there .The room given had a a bad smell was of burning...the smell was stuffy in the room. Will ot stay again.
- Brian (2/5): - Dirty and grimey room smelled like cigarettes sticky floors, dirty walls and pee all over the toilet upon entering the room
- Raven (6/5): Pleasant -
- Terrell (10/5): Exceptional -
- Terrell (10/5): Exceptional -
- Matt (10/5): Well book again - Rebecca and the front desk staff was so accommodating and Welcoming thank you for making our stay a great one.
- Gerald (1/5): Didn’t get our smoking room until the last night. Didn’t have toilet paper no breakfast it smelled. - The location was perfect The location
- Leslie (1/5): Bad - Nothing Walls was dirty from smoke she smelled like they were dirty 🤢😷
- Patricia (2/5): - We checked in about 9:30 at night and went up to the room. When we got there, there was a bad smell in the room. The tub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned, the laminate flooring had big gaps between the pieces. The outlets in the kitchenette looked like they had caked on grease on them. When found a room at another hotel and left without staying the night.
- Du’von (1/5): Bad -
