Guest Reviews
- Hernandez (9/5): - Manger was great! None
- COREY (2/5): Decent but you get what you pay for - Location was good for what we needed They mentioned that they had just finished a remodel and I think the should start over, especially in the showers
- Rebecca (8/5): I slept great - Close to venue My boyfriend left me in the middle of the night
- Marilyn (5/5): The bed was comfortable but the freeway and parking lot noise was too loud to sleep through. - There wasn’t even a cup in the bathroom
The toilet had urine on the base
I’ve been better and cleaner entrances at the cart area in grocery stores
The refrigerator wasn’t clean, and had a wash cloth frozen down in the freezer
The blinds didn’t block outside lite at all
- David (8/5): -
- Elizabeth (3/5): -
- 73c369ca179171267d398c0f140e3015 (10/5): - I didn’t have breakfast
- 157db91a7c1271de1024d683c24165f8 (8/5): It was fairly comfortable - It was clean and in a good location They need to put some darkening shades in the room. Those blinds did not darken the room enough at night.
- Adrienne (8/5): - Location and price
- Colleen (4/5): Need black out curtains - Spacious room. Bright lights from neighboring business shine directly into room. No blackout curtains. Had to sleep with pillow over head to block out lights.
- Melissa (1/5): Didn't get to stay because there was no one to let me in. I would like a refund. - When I arrived there was no one there to let me in so I had to leave. I requested a refund and never heard back.
- Tami (8/5): -
- Samantha (10/5): - Quiet and comfortable More cleaning in the overnight rooms that are weekly
- McLain (1/5): Awful Stay - Location was ok The bed had bugs. The curtains were awful as the street light came through the curtains and was bright. They never cleaned the room and was there for two weeks. Stove didn't work took two hour to make food.
- Melanie (2/5): -
- Melissa (8/5): -
- Shawn (2/5): - Chrged but never got the room
- Miles (5/5): Bad choice - The room was clean and the HVAC worked properly. The facility was dirty, hallways, parking lot, transitioning areas. Ice was not available to paying customers, the staff was not friendly, exit / entry door locks to the facility didn’t work properly. The facility is not a hotel maybe extended stay but included residents some suffering some obvious problems leading to screaming, yelling, disruptions it was a pretty scary situation with security escorting “residents” off the property etc.
WE WILL NEVER BOOK AT THIS FACILITY OR ANOTHER WOODSPRING FACILITY EVER.
- CharAnn (1/5): The place was not clean at all and smelled very bad. Don’t recommend. I am not picky at all but this wasn’t even an aver - The only thing I liked about this property is the employee was friendly. That is it. It was very very displeasing. As soon as I walked to the front desk, it smelled like cat urine. I checked out the hotel room and it smelled like urine and smoke mixed together. Very disgusting place. Don’t waste your money please. I tried to give it a chance but ended up turning in my keys because I couldn’t stand the filthy smell and dirty walls.
- Eric (3/5): -
- Amber (1/5): - Made reservation, paid room price fully, told they didn't have cash deposit. Canceled stay, lost room rate. Cash deposit not accepted, unable to stay. No refund
- Gregory (10/5): -
- Madison (10/5): - Room was comfortable Late check in was a hassle, had to call two different numbers, the phone was dangling from the wall and the numerical button would stick or not dial. Blackout curtains need to be over windows, flood lights from the parking lot were shining in, could hear others leaving their rooms, no noise cancelling when there needed to be. Lighting in halls and elevators were way too bright as well, felt like we were on a run way and going up in spacecraft. Halls were dirty with construction debris and so was our rooms flooring. Needs to have something under the bed legs, every time we moved the bed legs would make a lot of noise.
- Click (3/5): Not happy being charged 300 for 1 night stay - Lady that checked me in was very nice I reserved a room with my credit card checked in at 430 pm and when I got there had to pay a hundred dollar deposit why I don't understand at 730pm my credit card was run again for another 98.dollars so one night 300 dollars in a 2 star hotel this is not right it needs to be taking care of this robbery
- Quiaana (2/5): Don’t book here! - The halls smelled like onions and body odor. The room smelled like pee! The cat pee smell is horrid! The staff is rude, and will do nothing to accommodate you. The bed is a cot and the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept in, don’t waste your money here. You can’t get better quality at the super 8. THE SMELL! THE BED! Hated it! Will never book here again.
- Tobias (9/5): -
- Gregory (10/5): -
- Gregory (10/5): -
- Arianna (1/5): I find it very interesting that it even gives me the option to rate my stay considering the fact I didn’t even get to st - Absolutely nothing. The staff.
- Dennis (2/5): - The mattress has defect ( means very very old mattress)
No curtains - street light exposed through the window
Electric blackout - when I plug my iPhone, hair dryer , blackout occur every time . We had to re boot it ever time - electric outlet failure and spark
No night stand lamp
Paint wall defects
Bed itself is not firm and it move and loose
Kitchen wall had dirty marks
- Pio (5/5): - Friendly and helpful night auditor The hallways smelled like cigarettes
- SHANA (6/5): - Blind were broken, bathroom door broken, no extra blankets or pillows
- Susan (4/5): - No lamps in room. Bathroom door wouldn't shut. Bathroom fan didn't work.
- Gregory (10/5): -
- Strobbe (4/5): - Kitchenettes Broken beds and poor cleanliness as well as mold in the bathroom
- Deana (1/5): I didn’t stay and asked for a refund. I literally walked in our room and walked back out! - I didn’t even stay it was so dirty and sketchy
The beds were scary So freakin dirty and the people were so sketchy
- Joyce (4/5): - Atmosphere
- Arnulfo (10/5): Super bien todo - Todo Nada
- pam (10/5): - The parking was well lite. Quiet property and clean
- Crabtree (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE - Nothing Staff was rude.. Kicked us out after 30 minutes for unknown reasons. They refused to refund us. Been working with corporate to try and get refund. Taking forever.
- Donna (2/5): - Nasty room. Shower didn’t work properly. Double bed was too small for room and linens looked dirty. I woke up with multiple bites on my body.
- Gregory (10/5): -
- Judith (8/5): - It was a comfortable room - just what I needed after a long drive.
- Nancy (6/5): - Bed was very comfortable..temp great!
- Gregory (10/5): -
- Elias (4/5): - Smells like cigarette and marijuana smoke outside and inside, even in nonsmoking room. Lots of people just hanging out and loitering outside the building. The rooms have broken, old, scratched, and dirty walls and furniture.
- Timothy (6/5): - Hotel was noisy and uncomfortable bed. Bed was a full sized bed. Thought it would at least be a queen.
- Christine (4/5): -
- Gregory (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dennis (2/5): Very poor -
- Ashley (1/5): Very bad horrible experience - Absolutely nothing. No staff on site, no clean linen, not enough linen in the room. No iron in the room, odor throughout the hotel, bed was horrible, no extra toilet paper in the room and it was not worth my money. Locks didn't work properly, people trying to get into my room all night. Man standing in the hall way with a ski mask on, the police was there deep. There was no housekeeping and only time I saw a staff member was at check in while she was awaiting the police to arrive for a disturbance. I will never recommend to anyone and will not stay again
- Verified traveler (2/5): I wouldn't stay here again - The room was falling apart...paint chipped, toilet seat was literally bubbling, trash on the floor, counters not wiped, door didn't close very well. The hallways smelled like smoke, dog hair everywhere, and nothing looked clean. The AC worked great.
- Vicente (8/5): Very good - Was quite convenient quality/price.
The stuff was really helpful and polite.
- Craig (7/5): Good -
- Erika (1/5): Bad - The only good thing about that place was the staff. Super friendly. As soon as you walked in , it smelled of Marijuana . The place was filthy and they put us on a smoking floor in a smoking room! Completely unacceptable especially with children! Place was so dirty and smelled terrible! Since when is there a smoking floor in a Hotel!?
- Rachel (2/5): - I was given a smoking room. Could hardly stand it it smelled so terrible the pillows bedding towels smelled. Floor was sticky.
- Anthony (8/5): Happy Customer - Only issue we had was our microwave did not work; everything else was good to perfect.
- Brooke (2/5): - Left after 2 hours due to strong smoke odor and the hotel/room being absolutely filthy.
- Gregory (10/5): Exceptional -
- Omar (2/5): - I booked another hotel because I did not get my basic rights. There were no towels, no shampoo, and the room was not clean and there was mold.
- nichole (8/5): - Safe, quiet property. Friendly front desk staff.
- Julia (3/5): it was okay, might be better with a better considerate neighbour. - I liked the general room. bathroom shower curtain just allowed water to drench the floor
walls are so thin, my neighbour was having a disco till midnight and I had to ask front desk 2x to get them to quiet. Then they did after a while, and started again at 7am. My sleep was not happy
No TV menu or anything, so was hard to find any good channel.
No hangers for clothes
No phone in the room, had to walk downstairs anytime I needed anything
- Timothy (6/5): - The problem is it’s old and beat up. There are things that need fixing and replacing. The bed is not even on a real box spring or wood frame. And it’s on full size.
- Preciou (10/5): - We love the staffs. They were very helpful when we needed and was always on time to for it.
- Tammie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ila (8/5): nice - clean room. easy check in. just waiting for my deposit refund
- Stephen (6/5): - Okay spot if what you need is an inexpensive place to stay.
- Amanda (4/5): Not a good place for a family stay. - The check-in person was Very Nice. The smell and it needs an upgrade. The inside needs to match the outside.
- Marion (4/5): - Shower head barely had water coming out of it, Wi-Fi and a cable went down
- Jeffery (3/5): Poor -
- Mayse (10/5): Exceptional - The office people were amazing Nothing
- Gouge (7/5): Good - close to alot of places it was very loud at night
- Julie (2/5): - This hotel is also being used as Section 8 housing. We did not feel safe. There were no queen beds, only full size. Rooms are extremely basic. Paint on walls is very beat up. One thin blanket on bed. Would not recommend.
- Yanacheak (6/5): Pleasant - Parking wasn’t the greatest.
- Jedediah (10/5): - It was good
- Minor (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sharon (4/5): Never again.... - One light in the room. Light bulbs burned out. Wrong remote for TV. Toilet in nasty shape. I will never use choice hotels again.
- G (7/5): Good -
- Minor (10/5): Exceptional -
- Bridgette (1/5): NEVER AGAIN - Not enough water heaters. Could only take a hot shower in the morning. Water pressure in the shower is poor. Requested more pillows, unavailable. Random man attempted to enter my room, twice. Management didn’t seem to care. Bed was not comfortable at all. Tv would not turn on using remote. Elevator smelt of weed every time I was on it. Blood smudges on ceilings and wall. No do not disturb sign in room to be utilized. Housekeeping did not clean my room in the two days I was there. Only stay here if you are DESPERATE!!
- Anntoinette (1/5): Bad -
- Christina (5/5): Clerk was wonderful and professional. Bed uncomfortable. Hwy was extremely loud. Need sound proofi - Safety. Drug deal going on in the back parking.
- Marlyn (4/5): - Rooms were clean but lots od damage to walls and floor. Beds were very uncomfortable. Sheriff Dept patrols the parking lot at night.
- Thomas (4/5): - Although the room was clean it did need some upgrades. Even though it had a kitchenette, there was absolutely nothing in the kitchen. A coffee maker would have nice since didn't even serve coffee in the lobby or any place. Some plastic cups also would be nice. There is no way I will ever stay here again.
- Maria (2/5): - Room smell horrible and I had reserved a room with non-smoking and horrible
- Anthony (4/5): - Kids loud and running around no one stopping them,
- Zane (7/5): Good -
- Barbara (2/5): Very poor - The bed was comfy. Overall a very outdated and dirty hotel. Elevator stunk, wrappers on floor and very dirty. Shower rod falling off wall. Would never stay here again!
- Sharon (3/5): Poor - We arrived around 7. Attendant was outside smoking(near the door where there was a sign "no smoking within 25 ft of building). He did not look professional in the least and was hard to understand⁶. Beds were just ok
When we left in the morning no attendant there so had to bring keys back up to our room as there was no place to leave them. We stayed at another hotel the next night paying the same rate with MUCH nicer accommodations-plus breakfast. Felt cheated by yours.
- Marion (8/5): - Parking lot has quite a few potholes
- Rudder (1/5): Never again - This property, although fairly cheap was scary to say the least. It took about 20 minutes for someone to walk up to the front desk to check me in another 20 minutes to get checked in. Then when I walked to my room, they gave me it was so gross and scary that I didn’t even wanna set my bag down. I turn around and left. Didn’t even try to ask for my money back. Just went to a different hotel. This clearly looks like somewhere people live and I would never stay there or recommend anyone to stay there ever again. There was nothing good about it
- Thong (6/5): - Not coming back
- Theresa (4/5): Not worth the turn around - No blackout curtains the outside light was right in our window. The phone didn’t work to call the upstairs neighbors to ask them to please be a tab bit quieter at 11:00 pm. The place was just not clean. The sheets were stain with what looked like blood. There was only 1 little piece of soap. We have a 9 hour drive on a little bit of sleep. Oh and $100.00 deposit was required.
- Voravong (5/5): Passable -
- Alfredo (2/5): - Front desk attendant was rude & every time I book at extended stays they have no dishes in the room they have stove, microwave, refrigerator but not pots or pans & dishes to eat out of!!
- Aaron (1/5): Not worth the money - Didn’t have any breakfast The place had bugs the doors weren’t very secure
- Zane (8/5): Very good -
- Zane (9/5): Superb -
- Stephanie (1/5): Bad - The staff was very friendly The shower did not work. The whole 4th floor smelled of weed.
- Mariama (6/5): - It was a great price! But I definitely feel the rooms need alittle updating. The bed wasnt too comfortable. Also dogs were barking all night.
