- Roman (1/5): HORRIBLE ! Very Unclean! - Absolutely NOTHING! Horrendous smell right when you walk in! Walked into the room and notice a roach in the bathroom. Bath tub is very unclean, still had a bar a soap from last user. Whole place smelt like onions, don’t even dare to enter the elevator! Almost threw up because of the smell!

- Jennifer (8/5): -

- Jim (5/5): We stayed in lower priced hotels better than this. - Location Found long black hair on towel and on sheets. (I’m bald, my wife is blonde)
Only had two small pillows.

- Rego (1/5): Worst stay ever.... - The staff good, the room the bed, other than that, the shower had no shower curtain, the door had no key the staff had to open the door every time.....
The safety was bad, the inner door didnt lock, the T.V. didn'twork at all... Other than that, all Woodbridge Spring stays where excellent..... Nothing......
Can you ask the Cooperation the owners I'd like a refund, that would be fair.
Sincerely
Rego M Ramos

- Angela (2/5): - There is too many cockroaches that's one thing I didn't like about the room
- Angela (6/5): - The staff are very nice and helpful.
- Rita (10/5): - Convenience of all shopping options nearby.
- Jesus (4/5): - In general the hotel was ok and the staff was great. Just could not get over the German roaches in the 1st room they put us. But found a couple in the second that put us.
- Hope (10/5): -
- Angela (10/5): - Only thing was the roach problem but I bought spray for the room I was staying in. Other then that everything was good
- JUAN (2/5): - My guys stayed there for over a week, they finished one night early than they were supposed to and they didn’t want to refund that last night. Expedia should not have this properties on their listings
- Oluwaseun (6/5): - Not really clean The restroom
- Angela (2/5): - Stinky slow elevator. Roaches in the room especially in the bathroom. We checked out early due to the roaches (I stopped counting at 10) and they wouldn't give us a refund for the nights we didn't use. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
- Joseph (8/5): Where we’re looking for something affordable and comfortable - Na Na
- Felipe (10/5): - Good people
- Tison (2/5): -
- Dayna (1/5): Bad - I did not stay. The hotel was very sketchy. My non smoking room smelled like smoke. I walked in & walked out. Left hotel. Do not recommend this place
- anna (2/5): - The pictures are misleading! Housekeeping is terrible… if you don’t request to have your room cleaned/bedding changed/clean towels & washcloths, they will not do their job. There is a huge roach problem; the beds are not comfortable, and the carpet was sticky/stained. DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!
- Jose (1/5): Bad -
- Daryl (1/5): Bad - Location The staff was rude, and they didn't clean the room for 9 days
- Dawn (7/5): Good -
- Raul (8/5): Great stay for the value - We had everything we needed Some maintenance needed throughout the building
- William (9/5): Superb -
- mark (4/5): - Was there for work. No problems except no housekeeping
- Kaleb (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tolulope (2/5): Very poor - Accessible but not what I thought at all No kitchenette, just stove. No comfortable bed or sitting area. Not Cosy at all. Not worth the price
- sean (4/5): - The ladies working at the front desk were fantastic. Amazing. Helpful and very friendly!
The hotel smelled like a mix of pot and Lysol. The bed was uncomfortable. I didn't even stay there. I checked out within and hour.
- Kristi (2/5): - This placevis nothing but a month to month rental hotel. I will never stay here again. I wanted so badly to leave, but we had already paid up ftont for it.
- Bryan (1/5): Bad -
- Brighton (5/5): Passable -
- James (5/5): Passable -
- Efrain (2/5): Roach - Upon check in I had to call a number because office was closed. Entering room it smelled like raid so we fell asleep since it was just one night just to be greeted by a roach. Never staying again
- Ed (4/5): Stinky and shady. - Place has a stench and dirty. Rating should be commensurate with 2star. Parking lot is not clean nor secure feeling. Will not be staying again and hold Hotels.com for not enforcing policies.
- Lee (8/5): Very nice -
- Kathy (7/5): Good -
- Baron (1/5): Never again - My employees refused to stay. They said the room smelled really bad
- Canelonr (1/5): Bad -
- Aida (5/5): Passable - Good location. Beds were comfy. Staff is friendly. Dog area trash was always full, in the 5 days noone took out the dog poop trash it was spilling out. Also you can hear thru the walls and you could hear doors slamming at all hours of the day.
- Marilyn (1/5): Bad - No breakfast. There were roaches in the room; no ice machine or buckets available; the staff knock on your door at 8:30 am for 11:00 check out. The beds were too hard; had to ask for additional pillows; the ac was on but the room stayed humid;
- Denis (8/5): Good if you are on a budget - Good Bed, Clean room.
Traffic noise is a little annoying.
Price is correct.
- Lisa (9/5): Superb - Friendly staff, clean facility, and close to restaurants and shopping. I did not like finding hair stuck in the towels, and for my husband and I, there were not enough pillows, but Walmart was really close.
- Kim (6/5): - For what it is this place is ok. It was clean but obviously old and needs some help. Bed was comfortable and I got a good night sleep. My only issue was the 1 little critter I saw climbing the wall in the bathroom but that’s it. You do get what you pay for though.
- Charles (9/5): Superb -
- Melissa (2/5): Not Good - Hotel was not what we expected. Needs to be cleaned thoroughly and upgraded. We were supposed to have a non-smoking room but were told that there were none available, even though we had made a reservation.
- Mark (5/5): Passable -
- Jenika (8/5): Great stay - Stay was great
- Thomas (5/5): Passable -
- Joseph (8/5): - Great easy stay.
- Kris (4/5): - Location
- Butch (4/5): - So they make a copy of your ID which I hate. To top that off when I check out I ask for it back and I see the clerk go a multiple file cabinets and pull out large stacks of papers which I could only assume are copies of peoples IDs. Not good. No do not disturb sign in the room so at 0800 they start beating and yelling at my door. As I was leaving I questioned why there was no do not disturb sign and was told because they were an extended stay facility and I should have called them to extend but check out us 11. Her response let me call cooperate and get that changed for you. I don’t trust shady hotels and I will suggest that you do not recommend them just for the shady practice of storing and keeping copies of peoples IDs. Very shady
- Elijah (4/5): - The staff was very kind, the area was nice and quiet. As soon as I got into my room there was an odor. The bathroom smelled and was kind of unpleasant. I understand other guest cooking and all and having a mini kitchen in the room’s but I mean having a house and still being able to smell good and well taken care of. As I was getting ready to lay down a cockroach ran across the bed under the sheets. The next day cockroaches were running around on the floor. Can do way better as I stayed in other properties and this has to been the worse one and for the area it’s in.
- Ubah (7/5): Good - No hot water in bath tub Close to my job
- John (10/5): Excellent low key stay - Late check in wasn't a problem. Front desk person very professional and personable. Proof you don't need to spend a fortune to meet friendly providers or get a place to just lay your head for a few hours amidst a busy trip.
- Theodore (10/5): Exceptional -
- Robert (8/5): Very good - Looked a bit dated. Thought there should have been silverware, at least. Booked a queen non-smoking, none available when we checked in.
- Michael (4/5): Disappointing - While I was out late one night someone decided to go in my room and when I returned I could not get in my room. When I finally got the guy to the front desk to find out what happened they already had a new key card made and sitting there and nobody could tell me why they went into my room. Though nothing was taken it was a strange invasion of my privacy and I won’t go back.
- adriana (2/5): - Worse hotel I have ever stayed in .
The moment I walked in, it smelled nothing but like cigarettes.
The smell was in my room as well, hallway floors were dirty.
I have never stayed in a hotel where it smelled so bad .
My faucet was broken , my room floors were dirty and not swept.
Fridge was stained all on the outside .
I couldn’t even stay my 2 nights , I ended up leaving next morning and stay at a clean convenient hotel .
I was very disappointed because the hotel looked nice from the outside and good inside pictures online .
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone , being the fact that I have stayed at not so okay hotels before - but this one was super bad .
Disgusting , dirty and smelled horrible .
- Angela (7/5): Good -
- Claudia (2/5): - Horrible it was dirty and we found several bugs in our room, we called the front desk to see if we could change rooms and we were told they were booked and they could spray the room but it was almost 11 o’clock at night and we were getting ready for bed
- Kayla (1/5): Bad -
- Pamela (6/5): Not quite what we expected - The bed was comfortable and linens/towels clean. However, the floors in the room needed better mopping and had several uneven spots. Our shower pressure was low and tub drained quite slowly. Despite being a long range hotel, there was no silverware, pots, pans, or even paper towels. We had to leave to get these to eat.
- Christi (10/5): - The only thing I didn't like is they try charge you for dirty towels and the manager and other staff is very friendly
- Crystal (7/5): Good -
- Jerymar (1/5): RUN, RUN, RUN FAR AWAY FROM IT - Nothing Everything. This is the most disgusting place I have set foot on it. We are remodeling some rooms in my house and we need a place to stay for the night. So we decided to rent a room for the night, which was cheap. Big mistake, the parking lot is gross, and the elevators and hallways smell like pot and cigarettes, especially the elevators gross, gross, gross. The rooms looked like from a horror movie, after I paid I decided to leave and eat with my son just waiting for my husband to arrive. Then, we choose to spend the DOUBLE and go to a nice hotel. Needless to say, I didn't feel safe in this place every person that was in there from the employees to the customers looked like they just came out of jail. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL RUN, RUN FAR AWAY FROM IT
- David (6/5): Pleasant - Lobby and hallways had a very strong bad odor. Rooms were newly remodeled, very clean, and did not smell. Check in took way too long due to added requirements.
- Gary (8/5): Very good -
