• Chambers (1/5): Horrible Time - I didn't enjoy my stay at all I just had got off work the staff were rude. The hospitality was horrible & the room definitely gave whore room .
• Joelj2106 (1/5): Dirty olace from Entrance to Rooms - Honestly, Im strugfling to find something I like in it. The Fridge was clean and the bed was comfortable. Thats it. Nothing else was good about this place. Wverything smells like cigarettes, from the front entrance to the hallways to the rooms, even outdoors smells like cigarettes. It also has dirty floors, dirty elevator, rooms weren't clean to standarts, I kept finding hair in bed, hair is restroom, walls were mark and dirty, everywhere you look in the room or in the hallways there was evidensed this places has minimun or barely any cleaning.

• Holly (1/5): Never again. - We had to wait to check in as no one was at the front desk. And it smelled like pot. Then we get to our room. The pot smell gets stronger at this point. The room has no TV, no phone and no lamp. The bathroom door was literally delaminating g and couldn’t be moved. We were ready to eat the money we spent and stay somewhere else, but literally every hotel in Waco was fully booked.

• Michele (5/5): - Staff was friendly, price was fair, close to where we needed to be. The room had an odor, like mildew/mold. The floor in the bathroom had a couple soft spots. It would appear there was water damage in the room and not repaired properly. There was a thin duvet cover that was apparently the bed spread.

When attempting to check in was told room was not available and to contact Booking for a refund. Five days later, still no response or refund. Getting charged even though I wasn't given a room. Attempting to reach the property for a refund and getting no response.

• Steven (1/5): Very disappointed in this nasty misrepresented place. - Didn't like anything about this roach infested, black mold, stinky and dirty place. I didn't like everything about this place.
• Richard (4/5): I know it was a lower rate than most. But it was worse than I thought - The hot water Rooms was not clean, room smelled of smoke, the fridge sounded like a semi truck. Tv didn’t work most of the time. And when it did remote to tv was not functioning. You could tell the surrounding rooms were smoking both tobacco and weed. The floors were dirty. I left a towel on the floor very dirty from using as a mop. The ac had no button to turn it off.

I was given a single bed, yet double bed was reserved. Had ro come down to check in area again, wait 20.minutes to get a correct room. Restrooms dirty.

I’m looking into this matter because my card was charged after my stay without my knowledge

• Widd nyiaaa (4/5): It won't let me add pictures of everything we saw - The staff was nice was kind and helpful When we first got there we was in the lobby waiting because no staff was there for a while, however the condition of the rooms was very disappointing. The first room we were given had dirty walls, a stained bed, and a refrigerator that wasn’t clean. We were moved to another room, but that one wasn’t much better. The bed had black stains, the walls were brown and looked unkept, floors dirty, hotel smelled like cigarettes,we saw roaches, and the toilet barely worked. I usually don’t like leaving negative reviews, but this experience was uncomfortable and not what we expected for the price. The staff did what they could, but the hotel really needs better cleaning and maintenance.

Devices were hanging from the ceiling. Receptacle covers were off of receptacles. It was obvious someone had been tweaking in that room. The next room had mold in the bathroom. The refrigerator didn’t work. Heavy Drug use on premises is obvious. All together I will never be staying there again.

We were tired and was not about to wait 2 1/2 hours for our room Besides it stunk… the front desk lady told us that we were not going to be charged. Nothing did not stay there

The pics online are false advertising. The bed was not comfortable. People were hanging out in the back of the hotel drinking ( I don't know if they lived there). When you walk in, there is a hole in the wall, leaking water and smelling like mildew. MY ROOM HAD MILDEW ON THE CEILING IN THE BATHROOM AND SLEEPING AREA. I WILL NOT BE STAYING THERE AGAIN!!

• Taylor (1/5): Do not Book!!! - Chrissy tried to do her best to handle everything but she couldn't get a hold of the manager to get answers or help with anything but she was very professional and extremely apologetic. Booked a double Queen got checked in and the room had someone already living there he opened the door very violently and we had our children with us. We were then given a King room only one bed because they didn't have any other rooms available. So I had to have a family member come pick up my kids since there was no where for them to sleep. The TV didn't work at all, then at 12 at night Someone Came into our room because the deadbolt was broken. The stay was the worst I've ever had in a hotel. Do not book here
• Sydnie (1/5): No front desk attendant to check us in! - I prebooked a room and when I arrived there was no one to check us in. We were very tired and this was so frustrating to think you have a place to rest on a long trip but no you don't. There were multiple piles dirty towels all over the front lobby and all throughout the hallways you can see from the locked glass door, makes no sense. The place smelled like a sweaty gym locker room. Seemed mm ore like a workout gym with overnight stays. I would not attempt to go back.

• Kathryn (2/5): - The front desk was rude. Gave me my key card then said my room wouldn’t be ready for 30 minutes. 30 minutes later they said it was ready, and when I got up there. There were cleaners in the room. So I waited another 15 minutes and when I went in I found 4 roaches scattered around. In total I killed 8 roaches in one night. The place smells like weed and cigars.

• Lance (2/5): - Unfortunately, this place is infested with cockroaches. In addition to the cockroaches, I found a wheelbug. Certain wheel bugs are responsible for transmitting Chaga's disease. I collected it just in case anyone had symptoms down the road. The room is in general need of maintenance.

• Weiland (1/5): Got canceled DAY OFF CHECK IN - screwed up whole bday trip - Nothing I got canceled I didn’t like the fact that they canceled on me the day of my check-in. She said it was because they were overbooked, I got a phone call in the middle of the day while I was at work from an unknown number. No email was received, and I better not be getting charged a fee for not checking in. Because booking.com still showed that my room was confirmed. I don’t even know why it just sent me this notification to leave a review on my stay since I wasn’t even staying there since they canceled me.
