Guest Reviews
- Kenneth (1/5): I had a very poor experience stay. I need a refund for just staying one night. - The toilets wouldn't flush in the first room they put me in and the second room they put me in. In the second room they put me in after the toilet wouldn't flush in the first room, maintenance left there tools in the room. The last room I stayed in for one night, the microwave was running and no one was in the room.
- Elaine (7/5): Na - Na Na
- CHARLES (1/5): Janky - The person at the front desk was very pleasant. The door to the room was very hard to open. The whole floor was very very sticky. The tub was clogged and wouldn't drain. The fan in the bathroom didn't work at all. The ceiling in the bathroom was moldy. All rooms need smart tvs.
- Ratliff (7/5): - Location and quietness. Waiting for a receptionist or manager for over 15 minutes at help desk to check in.
- Isidro (8/5): The receptionist was very nice and helpful. - I really like the location and there was no noise. There was a strong smell of cigar smoke in the hallways.
- Chinastazia (2/5): - Being located right in the middle of everything The smell, you can’t get clean towels you have to pay to wash the towels that are already in the room
- Greg (7/5): Good for one night. -

Questionable wet fluid on the comforter. Worst hotel ive ever stayed in and I've seen real bad ones. Ive never left a review before. Very disappointed in Choice.

- Deontae (10/5): -
- Seay-Hindman (1/5): Horrible experience...we gave up and left at 5am. - Full fridge in room - seemed clean. Staff was incompetent. Bed was box springs, no mattress. Blinds broken. Lights were blown. General disrepair everywhere! Loud stomping all night, zero rest. Doors slamming all night. Pillows were paper thin. No blankets. Shall I go on?

- Jones (10/5): - The Room was clean staff was excellent Nothing

- Charm (4/5): - The property was dirty. Had bugs. It was under construction but stuff was all in the hallways.. it did not match the picture on the website at all!! The beds were like a school dorm bed. Do not recommend. And you could never get the staff to come to the front to help with things needed!!!
- Natasha (2/5): Gross, I would not stay here again. - Location Roaches, water faucet dripping all night, dirty rooms, broken faucets. Drawers won’t shut. Absolutely disgusting accommodations. My fault for not reading the reviews but I would not stay here again. Hairs all over the shower and counter. The halls smell awful. The front desk clerk was nice and helpful, location is good. Everything else isn’t worth the cost
- Gustavo Adolfo (3/5): malo - nada nada
- Angela (7/5): -
- Higgins (4/5): -
- Olivia (2/5): - Very horrible experience
- Verified traveler (8/5): Affordable, clean - We especially liked having a full size refrigerator in our room. The room was clean and comfortable. The room was perfect for our travel.
- Zemlo (6/5): - Got what I paid for..
- Jc (10/5): - Great overall enjoyable
- Christian (10/5): - It was mostly quiet, and the staff were very accommodating and polite like you would expect a hotel to be but you just don't get much these days. Come here for a visit.
- Kayla (1/5): Bad -
- Shelbi (4/5): - Our sheets were dirty and obviously used, there was still trash from the previous people, and when we told someone we were just given sheets to change it ourselves instead of having someone just clean our room. when we came back from Bonnaroo there were roaches on the counter. The staff seemed genuinely friendly and really nice, just the hotel was super unclean. Also make sure you bring your own hand-soap because there is none provided.
- bashir (2/5): - It’s not very clean smell bad and have bugs everywhere. His waste time I canceled it and I want to look for a different one.
- Jennifer (10/5): - Everyone was so polite and helpful! Rooms are nice and staff made ever thing very easy flow when we needed Tn add a night.
- Chad (3/5): Poor -
- Chavis (6/5): Pleasant -
- Karl (2/5): Disgusting place. - The bed really uncomfy. The legs on bed had to be straighted. Comforter was dingy and hairs on bed. Tub not the cleanest. Asked for more pillows and towels. We were told they could not supply because washer and dryers had been broke for two weeks. We hardly got any sleep. So disappointed and not worth what I paid. It felt like a rent a room by the hour type of place.
- Yer (2/5): - Smell bad
- Tina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Julie (2/5): - Room floor was filthy. The beds looked like camp cots. Terrible sheets and thin towels. The ad says pet friendly but charged $65 for our dog.
- Tabatha (2/5): - BED BUGS on the bed have pics and videos and when alerted front desk they denied and said they never had them and found a petty excuse to kick me out the next morning and still have not refunded my money that I had paid in advance pics and videos of bugs
- Jacqueline (2/5): Absolutely terrible!!! - The room didn’t appear to have been swept and was dirty. After the first few days it became apparent that they were not providing any housekeeping services during our stay. There were 2 towels in the room, on the 4th day we requested fresh towels and asked for washcloths. We were told that they could not provide fresh linens due to their dryer not working. The guest laundry had 5 working dryers (I know this because I did laundry while I was there). The guest laundry was located directly across the hall from the hotel laundry so I’m not really sure why they couldn’t take the linens across the hall to dry them, definitely was just laziness! At some point during our stay they started posted signs around the hotel stating that they no longer had housekeeping services. On our last night I set a bag of trash in the hallway that had been bagged up in our room but had never been picked up for days. At 8:30 the next morning we were rudely awakened to banging on the door and then a hotel employee entered the room asking if this was a bag of trash in the hallway. We told her that it was trash and we had put it there because we didn’t know what to do with it. She continued to scream at us and tell us that it needed to go to the dumpster out back to which I replied “I’m not housekeeping”. I slammed the door and flipped the security lock, she immediately tried to re-enter room and screamed that she was calling the police to have us thrown out for not taking our trash out, they never came.
- Abe (1/5): This is the most disgusted hotel/motel I ever stayed at. The whole place smells stuffy and moldy. - Due to the cock roaches infested, I stayed for couple of hours and left to go find another place to stay. If I'd stayed until morning, I would not go to breakfast due to noticing lots of cock roaches in my room, I figured the kitchen, or the breakfast cooking area must be the same. I like nothing about the place. There are too many people hanging around outside the building and inside the hallways of the building, the place felt like a drug pen. Also cock roaches are everywhere. I laid down on the bed for less than an hour I felt itchy and late have rash all over my body.
- Caroline (4/5): - We had to move rooms because they were so many roaches in the room and this was on the first floor. They moved us to a higher floor and it was better
- Jennifer (2/5): - Hotel smelled like weed. As I was greeted with an inconvenient sigh, I was told they only had 1 room left and its not what I booked to go look at it. I stay in hotels every weekend, this was by far the dirtiest establishment. There was no comforter on the bed. 2 small pillows, no towels or wash clothes in the room. When I left they immediately closed the office, locked the doors and turned the lights off. The air conditioning did not work and we saw a few small roaches. Phone in room did not work and when we went to checkout office was still closed. Would love to speak to management.
- Delenia (6/5): - The clerk who signed us in was amazing
- Iris (8/5): - Nice property
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Clean, cheap, sleep, shower and on our way.
- Thomas (8/5): - The staff were amazing
- Presha (1/5): Worst experience ever - Nothing My daughter and I waited forever to talk to someone at the front desk for them to tell us they had no more rooms. We booked days in advance and we were hours from home and had to spend the evening driving around looking for another hotel.
- Taylor (1/5): Worst experience at any hotel/motel/extended stay place in my life. - The staff was really nice. The only redeaming quality of this place was the staff, they were so nice. This place has roaches killed 3 the first hour I was in the room, someone tried to break into my boyfriends car the last night we were there and destroyed the rain guard and outside of the door was dented from it, ( I didn't leave anything in the car so I dont know why anybody would have tried to break into it?? )The bathroom in my room along with my room was disgusting and I had to clean it myself before I felt like I could sit down. There was a hole from someone punching the bathroom door and holes around the baseboards that were filled with dead bugs and filth. This was the one of the nastiest place I have ever stayed at. I also made the reservation with a dog, and when I get there I was told I couldn't have him stay, then I was walking to my room there were 5-6 rooms that had a little plaque saying there were dogs in the room. So I had to spend more money to make accomodations for him. I'm also pretty sure they have bed bugs so guess i'll have to deal with that too. Worst experience in a hotel in my life. Unfortunately, I originally made the reservation for the Mainstay Suites and for some reason ended up staying here? Absolutely terrible.
- Jennifer R. (2/5): - Within 5 minutes I saw minimum 5 roaches crawling around as soon as I walked in the room. I’ve stayed at a Woodsprings Suites years ago in Houston near airport & it was a great experience! I did not stay last night (left with :20 mins of check in) I refused to bring my Gkids into that filthy room. Chairs w/worn seats. Bed linen terrible! Floor visibly dirty & greasy looking!
- Joy (7/5): Good -
- Warren (10/5): - Friendly staff, very nice, very quiet
- Kellie (1/5): Bad - The overall experience was bad. Cops were always there. It smelled bad. It was not clean. And the staff was rude. The room had roaches.
- Shardashus (1/5): Bad - Nice , friendly , understanding staff . The hotel was horrible !!! The rooms are not even close to what’s pictured online . Walked in the room and was instantly disgusted !!! My 6 year old even had complaints , couldn’t stay … Had to pay for another hotel .
- Warren (10/5): - Greay staff
- Henrry (4/5): - Dirty
- Latasha (7/5): Good - There was a small down my hall that came into my room. Smelled like poop.
- Fallan (2/5): Booked that because I was on a work assignment. The first room they put me in had roaches crawling around in the microwa - Nothing Had roaches wasn’t really clean
- Kirsten (1/5): Bad -
- Deshawn (1/5): Nasty - It was disgusting roaches were on the walls and sheets still
Had stains on them and it smelled like a wet dog
- Rhonda (7/5): Good -
- D (6/5): - Tanqueray was great at check-in.
- Stephanie (9/5): It was very good great place to stay. - The General Manager was awsome and so was Tequilla the Asst Manager. The GM went out of her way to get me the best price.. No more cock roaches coming into the room.
- Tina (3/5): Poor - I didn't have breakfast, location was good. I appreciate the refund of the second nights reservation since I left. See next comments for explanation of leaving. When entering the building I noticed a smell, and wish I had ask to see the room before paying. If I had, I would not have stayed. After getting to my room, I was very disappointed and the smell of the room wasn't pleasant. Then I experienced cock roaches. When I woke up, I got ready to leave and packed my bags and had no plans to return. Nobody was at the office so I left my room key in the room. Before leaving the facility I responded to the email confirmation of my booking that I was leaving and why but never mentioned the unpleasant smell.
- Angel (1/5): Bad -
- Shannon (1/5): Bad -
- Julie (6/5): - Roaches running around in the kitchen! Told the front desk.. they were aware—. But, if ppl will live like this, God bless them. It’s not for me! Couldn’t wait to leave!
- Daniel (2/5): - It was roaches in our room
- Keoundria (3/5): Poor - The room wasn’t fully cleaned. It was someone else clothes behind the door. People had pets in their rooms. Should’ve separated people who had or didn’t have a pet on a different floor. Pissy.
- Robert (10/5): Exceptional -
- Adalberto (3/5): Poor - My girl didn't like the bed because she said it moves too much while we doing stuff
- James (4/5): I am glad it is over…we slept poorly and left early. - Easy to book on bookings.com Cockroaches in the room. There is NO ice available on the premises. We booked a room and had a confirmed reservation but when we arrived an hour later, we were told that our reservation meant nothing and we had a different room for $15 more. It surely feels like bait and switch. The clerk said it was Bookings.com fault.
- Sterrett (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kimberly (10/5): Exceptional -
- Francine (1/5): Bad - Roaches in room and dirty sheets also dusty
- Scott (2/5): Stay away. Cheap price 1 million cockroaches. - First room was not ready was on the 3rd floor. Bed was not made girl at the front counter gave me blankets to carry up to my room. When I got into the room, it smelled like mildew floors were filthy not vacuumed at all appeared to be blood stains in the carpet, everything was dirty. The next day the general manager called me and told me to give them a second chance and she was going to give me an “upgraded room” it was on the 4th floor, it did have new flooring and didn’t smell of mold. The room was cleaner but had stuff splattered on the bathroom door that wasn’t cleaned off, a child’s sticker on the bathroom door frame, refrigerator door opened in the wrong direction and when it turned on, it sounded like somebody using a sander on a piece of wood, and it kept me up all night. Behind the refrigerator was a giant pile of roach bait that looked like white round discs and dead and alive cockroaches everywhere. The dresser drawers had cockroach feces in the corners. When you set the shower to a certain temperature, the knob continued to rotate to scolding hot and would not stay in place. The toilet would not flush correctly. This hotel does not mention that it is a extended stay hotel, the hallways smell of dog piss and dander. And the Internet would never let me connect.
- Boshers (5/5): Horrible honestly and a drag no nothing there basically paid extra extra for a tiny tiny kitchenarea - Kitchen area part nice view in back from window on third floor Staff was never in the office elevator was out a day of our stay no coffee bedding was nasty found hairs stains all over the sheets bathtub hadn’t been cleaned at all spots stains all over carpet vacuuming above me and heating all morning long starting at 8 am vibrating my room no breakfast everytime I got into elevator I smelt marjuana everytime it ashame you bring your family to vacation or anybody really and have to smell that stench and def not a good image for kids stay was horrible wished I spent money elsewhere
- Tina (8/5): Very good -
- Wade (6/5): - The property is dated but acceptable. The pet friendly thing of course always ends up with poop in the parking lot and dirty floors in the rooms.
Through it all, every member of the hotel staff were cheerful and friendly. The personelle at the front desk are exceptional. Hats off to the hiring going on here. I was greeted with a smile at each encounter and never met with anything but the most courteous and kind treatment.
- Ricardo (1/5): It’s an okay place if all you are wanting is to stay for a night or two and need it to be affordable - The location of the hotel is good. I’m unsure if it was cleaning products that the staff used or if it was neighbors cooking but there was a very strong smell in the hallways everytime we went in and out of our room. The room had an overwhelming cigarette smell as soon as you walked in. The beds were pretty uncomfortable to sleep on and the bathroom is either pretty old or not cleaned well enough.
- Latriece (3/5): Don’t. - Nothing How unclean it was
- DeAmber (8/5): - It was alright.
- Randall (1/5): Bad -
- Downey (7/5): Good -
- Vilaisack (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jermarius (4/5): Disappointing -
- Katie (5/5): Great price, dirty and uncomfortable - Location The room at roaches crawling on the counter by the fridge, and the hallways and elevator were like 80 degrees you broke out in a sweat from the time you left your room until u made it to your car and the room we had the bed was on a roller or something. The bed kept rolling away from the headboard and our pillows would fall to the floor. Very aggrivating.
