- Ruth (4/5): Not at all like the pictures presented online. - It was very inexpensive. Rooms were not "ready" at checkin time. We did get 1 room, then had to wait for the 2nd room. When it was finally ready, my daughter went in and there was a dead cockroach. UNappealing.... They chose not to even stay!! My husband and I did stay but the bathroom sink was disgusting. Could not think of taking a shower, we just slept and left.
- Adolph (1/5): -

- Lorena (3/5): - I like how close it was to everything It was not clean. Towels were yellow stained and there was tiny roaches in the room..toilet water pressure was not great also.
- Kayla (1/5): - Absolutely nothing! The guy with blond piece of hair on top, was just very unprofessional! He was rude and over charged me! He sold my room before I got there, mind you I drove 7 hours, so I had to just get a single bed, which should be cheaper then my original room, and he still charged me for the two beds.
- Cristela (1/5): - It had a lot of issue the room where n9t every clean and there was a lot if dogs I asked for a handicap room i called and even spoke to front desk when I got there they were all out. Im in a wheelchair and I could even get to the bathroom. I went back down stairs and the lady called her manager and he had the nerve to ask if I was really handicap. Im in a wheelchair. I will never stay here or recommend the hotel.
- Tate (1/5): The bathroom and the room was not taken care of when I was staying there. There are cockroaches everywhere.. and the hot - Property was OK Bunch of people smoking pot
- Alfonso (1/5): -
- Toby (1/5): Worst ever, had to drive 1.5 hours to a new town to stay. - Nastiest hotel room I have ever seen, I left . I am pretty sure I watched a drug and prostitution deal in the parking lot - separate events. Whole hotel smelled like a weed party. The floor was sticky. The room was only half cleaned. Urine on the toilet seat. Broom and mop in the room still.
- Logan (5/5): -
- Tamara (1/5): Roach motel from hell!!! - Nothing The place had roaches crawling all over the place and they were even crawling under the covers in the bed the. They tried to move me to another room on fourth floor where the toilet didn’t work so I woulda have had to go up and down to the first floor to use the toilet with my spouse and my one and five year old!!

I called the hotel directly to request
When we went to check in. They said they didn't have a room that could accommodate me
And the manager asked the front desk lady if I was really handicap. Another thing my kids toilet didnt work

- Estrada (10/5): I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Like I said, the staff were amazing. I was shocked to see how well they work tog - I love the atmosphere. All of the employees from each department were all very welcoming and polite. Housekeeping never told me no front desk always went the extra Mile. The police doing frequent patrols
- Zulma (1/5): - When I enter the front desk person was not available. When I try opening the room it would not open and the place smelled really bad. The room did not look clean and I didn’t stay the night because of it.
- Jennifer (9/5): -
- Ramos (3/5): Not worth the trouble - Room was clean Walked in to the front office area, smelled like weed. I called out for front attendant for about 10 minutes. Had her spouse not arrived with food I may not have even been able to check in. Blinds did not fully close. Other travelers were loud, up and down the hall or in their room yelling. Dog barked most of the night and there was a constant banging sound. Slept a total of maybe 2 hours.
- Mauricio (1/5): Worst experience ever - Nothing just the location wasnt bad but that town is small so anywhere will be good It was awful I had worst experience ever it was not clean, if you have the opportunity to stay here do not do it, the hotel and the room were too dirty no one was there in case you needed something and I had the worst experience ever when I get down to buy something on the vending and a homeless guy was inside the hotel it scared me a lot. Even do the price was good I assure you this hotel is really really bad do not stay in here
- Terrance (1/5): -
- Scott (1/5): Didn't like it..... - The smoke detector was hanging by the wires off the wall. Cockroaches were in our room on the refrigerator ceal. There was a dirty diaper in the garbage can. Cockroaches were also in our family's room. We took pictures of everything and would like a refund. We went down the road and stayed at Best Western. There were 9 of us. Very un happy with everything!!! Clean the rooms better!! Get maintenance to fix things!!! And get pest control in and get rid of the damn roaches... No one wants to bring them home!!!!!
- Jim (1/5): What is up with all the doors being destroyed in each room? I have stayed here multiple times and each room has been lik - Nothing Everything. Uncomfortable bed, dirty room. I’m pretty sure the room wasn’t cleaned before I used it. It had hair in the bathroom everywhere and soaps left behind in the shower

- Yvonne (1/5): - Nothing it was bad like a crack hotel I didn’t like it was dirty
- Daryl (2/5): - The price It was the most uncomfortable bed
- Carole (3/5): I needed a place to sleep when not working. It was quiet and roomy. I would stay again. - The concierge carts were great, the front desk people are nice and friendly.
Bed was excellent. A/C was perfect. Trash can outside back door and laundry room were overflowing. Dumpster area had bags of trash outside of bin even tho it wasn’t filled.
Wall by TV had spill stain, floor and baseboard sticky. Knobs on stove had build up. A/C filter stained. Trash can in room had dried spaghetti sauce inside. Hallway had old broccoli smell, 1st floor always had lingering green smoke. Elevator had smudged finger prints (drawings) for over a week.
- Jennifer (2/5): - Location Roaches and dirty
- Anthony (2/5): - This property is poorly managed. My room was crawling with roaches and insects. The refrigerator in the kitchenette was full of rust spots or stains on its side that faced the stove (likely from hot grease splatter). The worse is the bugs crawling everywhere including in the bathroom. This property should be reported to the health department.
- Selena (1/5): I didn’t even stay, I left the hotel was so disgusting. - I liked nothing about this property. Room wasn’t cleaned at all. I found a ball of hair in the bed. Rooms didn’t smell good at all. floors were not swept. the hotel has roaches. bathroom wasn’t cleaned. water didn’t drain in the tub. not sure how this place is operating. how do they even pass a health inspection ? or whatever inspection is needed for a hotel to run. & I hope not even get my refund back…. I didn’t stay the duration I was suppose to.
- Nation (1/5): - Roaches.
- KarenAnn (2/5): - Couldn't get service. Filthy, smelly and only 1 person on staff. Would not stay in this place!
- Amber (2/5): - The outside of the building itself looks nice, but the interior is nasty. First off, it is hard to determine the entry. The last fresh air you get will be at the check in counter. The whole interior smells of rotting trash and illegal substances. Trash litters the floor. Roaches. Sub-level cleanliness in the rooms. The mattress cover was ripped to shreds, but still used on the bed. Hair all in the bed. Noodles still in the sink.
- Ronald (5/5): -
- RAYMOND (8/5): - it has a convenient location. Overall a great value.
- Brianna (1/5): Basically it was pretty bad, we stayed for a week but there was no maintenance and nobody went to go clean, plus there w - Absolutely nothing They did no maintenance, never cleaned, smelled like weed all over, they had pets in the entire first floor and it smelled like wet dog everywhere
- Morgan (3/5): Meet expectations for price. - The price was reflective of the value. I would stay there again since it was pretty inexpensive.
- Kelly (2/5): - Complete dump. Online pictures have been photoshopped. Smells like smoke, floors are unclean, carpet has stains....everywhere. Beds look like camp grounds. Dogs barking in other rooms. Dumpster fire
- Lory (9/5): Good place to stay in Bryan, TX - The staff greeting me upon my arrival was very friendly. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioner worked very well. There were plenty of towels. There was also a two-burner induction cooktop and a full-sized refrigerator. This is a perfect place if you are looking at staying more than a few days and are watching your budget. I gave a rating of nine because there was no USB outlet in the room. Also, the elevator and hallway could have been cleaner. Both need a good vacuuming. Other than that, it was exactly what I expected and would definitely stay there again.
- Chelsea (1/5): A very short stay - None Poor living conditions
- Jose Nicolas (2/5): - I only stayed for less than an hour before deciding that I needed to leave. From the disrespectful residents that live at this hotel, the staff and residents cursing at one another and threatening to beat each other up, and the fire alarm going off and the fire department arriving. The place smelled like marijuana. I would stay away from this place. You've been warned. You get what you pay for.
- Shenika (5/5): -
- Naresh (2/5): - This is one of the worst hotel I booked in my life. Horrible bad smell in the entire building. We spent only 10 minutes in the hotel and after that I changed the hotel.
- Lindsay (6/5): - The room smelled awful of chemicals
- Rebel (2/5): - Never will I reserve again
- Rene (1/5): Bad - No breakfast provided I booked 2 full beds and was told they were overbooked and just had a single bed.
- Felicia (2/5): - The room was not clean, it seemed like housekeeping don’t care about the people are their jobs. Because if they did then you would have clean the room and made sure the bed was clean. And not let the guest clean the room that should have been clean in the first place. Not only that we found roaches in the room. I want be staying there again.
- Juanita (2/5): - The room was bad. Horrible. It smelled like smoke and very very strong chemicals. When I took off the sheets on the bed was a bunch of food crumbs and food left in the window seal. I ended up having the hugest headache because of the smell. I was not at all happy with my stay.
- Alfredo (6/5): You Get What You Pay For! - This reservation was last minute and now understand why it was cheap. The room smelled heavy of bleach. Room did have some wear and tear for sure. A/C keeping room cold was about the best thing. I would not recommend for an extended stay, that's for sure.
- Sandra (2/5): - The drawers were falling apart. Non smoking room smelled like smoke because of the AC unit. Staff didn’t offer any solutions to my problems.
- Emery (10/5): Exceptional -
- Christian (1/5): Bad - Nothing since my reservation was canceled without notice.
- Brealan (1/5): Bad -
- Russel (2/5): - Poor service, TV didn't work, no pillows in the room, smelt like dope and ciggere, no Chair in tne room , no coffee in the room or in the lobby, no staff on the property from 10pm till 9am. We will never stay in this hotel again. I give it "0" stars
- Ricardo (7/5): Good - Water pressure/hot water. Comfortable bed.
- Wesley (2/5): - The place stank of stale
- Verified traveler (4/5): Bleach - The smell of bleach was so strong.
- joshua (6/5): I won't stay at another woodspring - Mattresses are fairly hard, not firm, i do mean hard. Showers are excellent heat and pressure. Staff is doing their best. Housecleaning is only every 2 weeks. I was there 3 and never did receive a turnover. Cable and Internet were out my last 4 days.
- Robert (5/5): Passable -
- Tarra (2/5): - Stay away from here.
- James (7/5): Decent, spatter on side of fridge was gross - Close to where we needed to be Had to wait for clerk to come down after calling them
- Sharlotte (10/5): - Very basic accommodations. Front desk person very efficient. Kitchenette, but absolutely nothing else. No coffee pot, cups, or any such. TV wirh access to many stations.
- Reynaldo (2/5): - Getting out of there quick
- Haley (4/5): - Sticky floors, no hand soap
- Lourdes (2/5): - Elevador was broken
- Elvia (1/5): Never again - The place was filthy, specially the bathroo
- Laura (2/5): - We went into the room, stayed long enough to take pictures of bugs and pubic hair on the bed and disgusting fridge and walked out the door. Had to book another hotel.
- Anaelys (2/5): - Our next Door room was playing music until 4 am and the staff was not profesional at all !
- Zeller (6/5): Pleasant - Slow elevator
- Raynal (10/5): Exceptional -
