• Brenda (4/5): It was a disappointing use of my money. - It was so affordable that when I left and early and didn't even use my second paid for night I wasn't bothered about the money lost. There was no bathroom I could use before checking in. There was no one at the desk and when I used the "lobby" phone to dial the extension to alert for a desk clerk it continuously told me that the extension I was dialing was invalid. I ended up hollering for the staff member.... I'm 6 months pregnant and was desperate for a restroom after driving so long. Was told there was none for me to use until check in was done. I had an accident after my baby kicked my very full bladder. When I got to the room I cried and went to shower only to find out that the toiletries were used and not replaced and there was mold in the bathroom shower. I was so mentally drained I tried to go right to bed but couldn't sleep due to endless noise like people were moving furniture around until 2am.

• Charisma (1/5): Disappointed, and disgusted. - It was in a good location The staff members were extremely disrespectful and rude. They canceled our room without calling us to let us know. We shows up at 9:30 pm with three kids and weren’t able to stay due to them being sold out and canceling our reservation. Did not show any remorse, or help us in any way to get another hotel. It was awful.

• M (3/5): - Location. Front desk service is very poor and Marijuana smells everywhere in the hotel.we needed towels and I went out to find it from front desk and there's no one. There is no one in the front desk in the morning when we checked out so I had leave the card key on the desk.

Bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly there was white stuff stuck on the wood part under the sink with lil pieces of toilet paper under the sink area like floor not swept at all. No coffee pot available in room. No curtains so the sun beats in on your face while you’re trying to sleep on some.

• Rubi (1/5): Was not a comfortable stay - They girls who attended us had an attitude. She made faces at us when checking us in. We booked a double bed room and when checking in the girl at the counter was rude.

Rooms were very loud due to all the noise from the parking lot blow. The bed was not very comfortable either, making for a poor night of sleep.

Unreal experience. - Didn’t get to stay there thanks to their inability to answer phones and/or get a response through the messenger. I was in Texas (14 hours away). Tried to book for last night to attend my brother’s funeral. I’m a veteran & first responder… Long story short I received my confirmation email, and the date was the same date I booked. - Again, I’m 14 hours away - I IMMEDIATELY BEGAN TO BEG to switch to the correct night/the next night (10+ calls, 10 plus texts)…. Not even a reply. The next day (yes they charged my card), I got an email from Booking.com that quote “the property has still not responded.” Y’all Really need to give me a refund. My review on Google & abroad will be Far More Scathing, and 110% true. Very sad. I travel Constantly, and have never had this happen. Everything. They won’t even answer their phone.

• Wendy (5/5): I unfortunately do not think I would stay here again - The front desk and cleaning staff were very friendly and helped me out. My check in went smoothly and I didn't have any issues there. The bed was not too bad either in the room which I was thankful for. The location is very convenient for me when I visit. The bathroom in my room was also fairly basic but worked how I needed. There didn't seem to be enough folks on staff to help with check out, since I left earlier than the final time listed, which was 11am. The room and bathroom unfortunately smelled musty, to the point I had to by Lysol spray to make the room smell a little better. The room and bathroom were also not clean but I did check the bed and it was comfortable to sleep in and the sheets seemed clean in that regard. There was some sound that was disruptive but at least it did not go on throughout the night where I couldn't sleep. It was still strange to be able to hear some people very clearly and I could hear stomping, chairs scraping across the floor (the floors in the room are not carpeted), etc. It was also a bummer that there wasn't even a blow dryer for my hair which I normally can find in most hotels I've stayed at.

• FAWN (6/5): A bare bones hotel with little amenities - I stayed here on two different occasions, for a medical procedure. If closeness to Community Hospital is what you need, it has that, but not a lot more. It has a kitchenette, but no pans, no paper towels, kleenex or coffee maker. It also doesn't have a hair dryer. The beds are ok, not super comfortable, and if you need to be in the dark, stay somewhere else, they have mediocre blinds but no blackout curtains. The staff are odd. There are several permanent residents, who smoke near the entrance and have dogs that bark quite a bit. The first time we were there, the keys didn't work, ours quit working partway through our stay. The second time, the hotel phone system didn't work, so you couldn't contact the desk. The staff are also often not at the desk.

There was hand marks and splatters of food, and it was just overall gross and uncomfortable

People stomping around, dogs barking, someone sounded like they were hammering something. I don't know what was going on. The room was spartan at best. Lighting sucked for reading as the only light is directly above the bed. No table lamp. Wood floors so you hear every footstep. I wouldn't stay there again.

• Katherine (1/5): Would not recommend - It was located in a good area The staff was racist and treated my husband very badly. They kicked us out before our stay was up with no explanation, all they said is that my husband had to “get his stuff and get out, and he is not welcome there” upon check in the bed was broke, the microwave was not working and the room was full of dog hair all over the bed and floors.

Other than that, walking in and seeing grumpy faces from the office female never said hi or smile...was scary. I didnt realize what kind of place this was when I stayed. People wearing ankle monitors, people living there for years, I was harrassed by 2 blk girls in the laundry room the 1st night staying in that hotel...I think were exotic dancers or prostitutes because I saw their outfits. The room I had, had food splattered on the ceiling, on the walls and on the baseboards in the kitchenette, a broken bed, cob webs in the corner, not even a decent paint job, holes in the walls that my son covered with a napkin, there was no toilet lid on the toilet...gross. I wasscared to drop my things in the toilet because the shelf is right above it. The whole building was so dark and dingy. Only 1 hook for a bath towel.The staff and tenets smoked right in front of the entrance, it was so gross and stunk so bad. Made me cough and sick to my stomach. It was just so gross inside the building and scary. I saw a couple abusing their dog, homlessp lady wondering in the parking lot and used the hotels outside table...clean travelors would want to sit because that was a gathering of smokers and drinkers. This is not made for the average traveler or people that have nice homes that have to stay in a hotel because of plumbing failure and under construction. Its like a halfway house and is embarrassing.
• CINDY (6/5): Concert on a budget (seemed like an old motel) - For the age of this property it wasn't well taken care of. The room seemed so unfriendly, the dirt in the corners of the bathroom was unnecessary and the bed spreads were dirty and old. The smell was the most unattractive. The only decent thing about this place was the bed was comfortable and the price. Other places we wanted to stay were sold out or over $200 a night.

• Stephen (1/5): Bad - Nothing The property cancelled the confirmed booking by a telephone call. The person calling was extremely rude and disrespectful. The reason provided was clearly a lie. They claimed a mechanical problem but when I went to the hotel everything was fine and they had rooms available but only at a much a higher rate. They clearly just wanted to get out of the confirmed booking.

Says quiet hours after 10pm, people were still up slamming doors, running through the hallways at 2am. Barking dogs all night until the early morning. Don't waste your money, I wasted mine by having to buy another hotel room because I refused to stay another night.
