- Julianne (5/5): One room was ok while others were dirty! - My family should not have been laying down from a long night of traveling just to find the sheets dirty. The front desk worker was amazing at getting us another room however room #2 had roaches behind doors and bed, again front desk worker was amazing at getting us a third room. I did expect some kind of compensation for the moving of all our stuff not once but twice.

- Rylan (8/5): It is a very nice, welcoming, and comfortable hotel where I was able to recover from long days. - I liked the fully furnished rooms and private bathroom along with hangers and a laundry basket. It could have had a single pot and pan inside.
- Mitchell (6/5): Alright for the price, minimal necessities - What they don't tell while booking is Wi-Fi is only free for 1 week, only comes with a shampoo, 2 towels and facecloths, and paper thin sheets. This can be reason to choose a different extended stay hotel in Hobbs.

- Jonathan (2/5): Left my pillows, went back few hours later & gone - I left the hotel at 9am. At 11am I called them 4 times because I forgot my two pillows on my bed and never got an answer. Had a friend go by at 5pm with my room number to get my pillows and they couldn’t find them. Said most likely they were thrown away. Really!!!!!! Will never stay here again.
- James (8/5): - The property itself was accommodating and fit basic necessities and needs. I was really disappointed that it didn't have any type of breakfast available and next door at the stripes one of the staff members was very rude and I even went without the items I went to go purchase due to her poor attitude. End up walking back to you my room very disappointed at breakfast time.

- Nehemias (10/5): It was good I stayed there all the time - It was clean Need a ice machine
- Noel (8/5): Good basic stay - There was no breakfast The desk and chairs were a litle too basic and brought down the tone of the room. A little nicer and it would have been ideal.
- Vicki (8/5): - Clean, safe, with comfy bed and generous tub. Food within walking distance. My room was a mini-apartment with two-burner range and full sized fridge. Appropriate for long-term stay and reasonably priced.
- Sara (10/5): Great! - The front desk clerk was really sweet, he was patient and helpful. It was our first time In the area and he recommended a few places to visit. Everything was great, we really enjoyed it. We will definitely be back. Nothing bad about this place

- spencern941 (10/5): Amazing time - Was very impressed by this hotel, had an incredible experience. All staff was amazing, super friendly overall and extremely helpful, beds were very comfortable and room was spotless. I’d like to give a special shout out to Lexi, she was spectacular!
- Rene (8/5): - I don’t like that they don’t have bath soap, hair shampoo and conditioner
- A5233RGjaym (10/5): 5 star - D'Vine was a wonderful employee and was VERY helpful. Always very considerate and would drop anything she was doing to attend to what I needed. Very kind and sweet. Always on top of everything. Will 1000% go back if she is still working there.
- Jo Ann (2/5): - The hotel was closed. The audacity of the WoodSprings advertising their accommodations and accepting my money is unethical. I took pictures as proof. There were no cars in the parking lot and the closed sign on the door. Expedia and a Wood Springs representative stated that the hotel was open. The WoodSprings rep also indicated that everyone was out and would be back after sightseeing. It was 10 pm. I did not find a hotel until midnight and most hotels were booked. I am so glad I took pictures as proof.
