• Marley (4/5): In a good location and convenient but was not cleaned properly. Only stayed one night passing through luckily but would - good location, easy to check in and convenient the walls were very dirty as they had dirty marks from where people have obviously touched on doors over time. Was disappointing as it would have been easy to clean but instead wasn’t and was disgusting. Bed sheets also had dirt marks on them which was also disgusting.

• Tanya (7/5): Great location h⁴n - Location is fantastic. I needed to get to the bus at a very early hour and this property is directly across the road from the bus terminal. On the highway and good for people travelling north. Close to a selection of restaurants. Room and ensuite was a little small.

• Simon (9/5): I stayed for one night to break up a long drive. Location made everything very easy. - Excellent location. Surrounded by fast food and other places to eat. Very close to the centre of town and a short walk to the river. Late check in but the staff were very helpful.

Unlikely to go there again. - Good location Comfortable bed The room only had one working ceiling light above the beds. The other main light did not work and none of the bed lights were working. The shower gel dispenser did not work properly or had not been refilled

• Lesley (9/5): Wow a new mattress! - Lovely clean fresh linen on a Wonderful mattress (so good to get a decent Mattress). Good ensuite facilities and kitchenette😃 The diesel scum in the lower level of the pool meant the water wasn't as appealing as I'd hoped. An "octopus" style pool cleaner might clear the unfortunate side effect of this Fabulously convenient location

• John (2/5): No daily service and full of bugs - Dont waste your time. Bug's everywhere in room and no spray provided. No daily service and he said they did it. When i asked them to review room, the minority manager said changing towels is the daily service. I explained what other hotels do, so next day they made beds and put towels on bed. They didn't take old towels on floor, didnt empty bins, didnt clean bathrooms, didnt do anything else. So 3 days no service, 4th days 1/4 service. Asked for manager above him, and said hes in India so can't help. Dodgy night time noises with loud talking and yelling for 2 nights at 4am in their carpark. Felt scared for family

• Brady (10/5): Great value for money and perfect location for those wanting a quick stop while travelling! - This motel is our go-to place for a quick stop while travelling! Located in a perfect spot along the main highway with everything you could need close by. The staff are always super friendly and the after hours check-in/out procedure is simple and effective. We often travel between Airlie Beach and Brisbane and this is the perfect stop!
• Jayne (2/5): - I was travelling with my disabled Mum. I booked here because the bathroom pictures showed flat entry into the shower - this was a lie. I sent a message via to this app prior to arriving to confirm easy access to room - no response. When I checked in I again checked that there was flat bathroom access and was told there was and it was spacious. It was all a lie, I was unable to shower my mum because there was a big built-up step to the shower, the bathroom was so small I struggled to get her on / off the toilet. I emailed again once I was there and got no reply. These ones are just running a business - zero hospitality or honesty. They are the only place I’ve stayed that charge to use a guest laundry too.

• Jessica (1/5): Poor cleaning maintenance - The only thing I liked was the convenience of having fast food restaurants around us,as a small family with little children it was easy too duck in to get food Well where do I begin ?? $199 for A NIGHT with a mouldy bathroom ceiling, the pillows were so uncomfortable that i had too sleep on my arm the entirety of my stay. I had no sleep .they didn't have a doona we had thin THIN blankets between the four of us .the shower had mould built on the tiles . The hotel isn't what it used too be the old owners kept that place spotless and made sure they had everything cleaned.being a "family room" you would think it was cleaned SPOTLESS from top to bottom, the owner even admitted too me that he doesn't check the rooms as much . I won't be coming back as it's gone too a shit hole . Definitely not worth the money or the sake of my familes health (black mould )

• Sue (5/5): The manager was very nice but the room and dodgy neighbourhood was terrible. - Not much to like actually. I guess it’s major point is that it’s very near several takeaways, but that’s about the only thing it has going for it. The property was quite dirty and the pillows were like bags of cement. Long black strands of hair on the sheets and towels. Very small basic room. Bathroom was so tiny that you couldn’t dry yourself effectively after showering without stepping out into the main room. The laneway that runs behind the motel is obviously a hangout for drug dealers and we saw several transactions during our stay. Groups of youths hanging around in the car park. It was very intimidating and wasn’t the type of place we felt comfortable being at all. We most definitely won’t be back.

Only good thing the lo - The locations is amazing, and they have larger cars packing at the rear which is awesome. No night mangers, the reception closes at 6, the parking is super tight and limited for large cars, so cold and the room only had a small blanket to keep us warm, the shower door wouldn’t close, the aircon was herendasly loud on an off

All in all the reception was good and when we asked for another blanket it was provided, but expect that the rooms and furnishings are very dated.
