• Miller (9/5): Good Place to stay - I am unable to sleep in a bed comfortably and having the recliner is great for me. Really didn't have any complaints.

• Hernan (3/5): Good location, close to the highway but it was not clean - It is very close to the highway and has many dining options nearby. Hay to wait until 4 pm for a clean room. It’s definitely short-staffed and it’s not clean. We found dirty kitchen cloths and had to rewash the silverware. We also cleaned the toilet.

The manager went out of his way to show me how to use the free coffee maker downstairs before my Red Cross Academy every day and was welcoming everytime I returned. I was given incredible maid service half way through my staff when I requested conditioner and body wash to be refilled in the bathroom. No noise complaints at night (normally my biggest pet peeve) and I LOVED the parking situation. BEST parking lot for hotels that I’ve ever had- and I’m not kidding! Loved the room I stayed in and appreciated the spacious kitchen that I was able to use every single day. I will return here every single time in the future and will absolutely recommend it to everyone I know that is traveling to the area. Again, LOVED my stay, this hotel and their welcoming staff.

• Andrew (6/5): Don't believe your reservation - Proximity to the event we were in town to attend. The front desk staff the night we checked in was very helpful. Initially, management separated our party to different floors, but she able to switch a room and get us on the same floor The 2 rooms we reserved on-line in May 2024 that were changed last minute by the hotel management bc of a large, corporate group who took priority over our reservation. We were told that Booking.com made a mistake. When I showed our confirmed reservation, the story then changed to a large group had booked with the hotel directly. We were offered 2 Queen suites, but the bed was actually double/full. (We measured it to confirm) It was uncomfortable sleeping with 2 adults per room. We have stayed at this location and other Candlewood Suites in Texas, but we will never book a Candlewood Suites again. Local management was more interested in a large corporate client than smaller family reservations made 6 months in advance!
• Mary (8/5): Was everything we needed for a one night stay. - Full kitchen, comfortable bed, good restaurant right across the parking lot. We forgot something and they called us about it. It meant a 2 hour ride back which wasn't ideal, but we got an important item back. Free laundry but we didn't need it at the time. Tim Hortons was just at bottom of hill. No breakfast.

It was not big enough and was very uncomfortable. We had two nights of bad sleep. One of the worst beds I’ve ever slept in. The price was also inflated for the weekend because it was homecoming weekend. We won’t be staying here again
