Guest Reviews
- Siobhan (9/5): A fantastic peaceful stay in beautiful surroundings - It was very peaceful, the bed was extremely comfortable, the room was big and high quality, the restaurant food was great and the staff were so friendly. It is quite far from safari games which is worth bearing in mind, and the focus appears to be on families as there are more kids activities.
- Mahesh_Mehta (8/5): - Location of hotel Limited nearby restaurants to eat
- Rohit (9/5): -
- Lakshit (10/5): - Great hospitality, peace , nature
- Tanjeet (4/5): - The food and location only Rooms, beds had bedbugs want able to sleep at all
- Ma (10/5): -
- Thomas (6/5): - The location is very good & property maintained well. Good food & nice place for a family stay The service quality is to be improved
- Shalini Solanki (9/5): We had a lovely stay and I would definitely reccommend the place. - Beautiful place to stay, very calm and great location ! the staff is curteous and friendly, the rooms are spacious and well maintained. Great place to stay !!

- Malhotra (8/5): A memorable stay with great hospitality - Staff was great and hospitable. Rooms were spacious and clean. There was heating in all rooms. They can introduce a wider menu, and make the restaurant cleaner.
- Priyanka (4/5): -
- Nikhil (9/5): -
- Sharma (10/5): - The nature next to hotel, river flowing. Greenery around the resort.
The food was very good. The breakfast & dinner was awesome with lot of varieties.
The Chef and his team was very humble & took care of personalized foods being requested for kids. The games inside the resort was not free, it was chargeable. KIDS could not enjoy much the outside game.
Lost & found counter should be there to check it something is being lost for tracking.
KIDS were annoyed because of no games for them
- Javed Ali (10/5): Holidays in Jungle - Excellent location, food and the hospitality. Rooms are quite spacious and clean. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Food is tasty and delicious. New Year events were really good and interesting. New Year DJ was below expectations. May be next year, will have a great DJ night as we will be there to attend....😊
- Ansh (3/5): -
- Aggarwal (10/5): -
- Ayush (7/5): Great location, Very good hospitality, Good food, Average activities - Great location if you are looking to stay in a secluded place with beautiful views of mountains, valley and river. Great hospitality and staff behaviour, very professional. They can have more activities within the resort. A bar counter or a live music will really attract wider audience groups and not just families but that's purely dependent on the business model.
- Rajat (4/5): - Food price and Manager attitude
- Jha (7/5): It was pretty good but could not go to Safari as tickets were sold out - Very Good Eating area was small and hence crowded also with lack of ventilation, it was a bit smelly. Also, there is confusion on Google Map for the address, it takes customer to a different address and the actual is pretty far away. Hotel should have facility to offer Safari for the customers
- Abhijit (6/5): Pleasant - The location is amazing. Property is in the midst of the jungle with a huge area We were recommended a large room for 4 people. But we later got to know that two people have to sleep on the bedding put on the floor in the living room. Moreover, there's only 1 washroom. Best to book 2 rooms incase there are more than 2 people. Food price is exhorbitant.. it's almost an extortion considering that nothing else is available in the location due to its remoteness
- Laxman (9/5): Superb -
- Ashim (9/5): good resort - Good serene location Bit far from Safari park gates
- Ashok (4/5): Disappointing - Over rated
- Ashim (9/5): Superb - Good serene location with good view of the valley
- SUSHIL (10/5): - Excellent property with nice scenic views of Ram Ganga ,hills, trails and bridge. Delicious and safe food with comfortable deluxe rooms with gorgeous views of river and mountains. Prompt service and friendly staff. Only issue that has to be tackled is the menace of monkeys who terrified everyone and ruined the pleasure of sitting out in balcony to have tea or snacks. Management has to take some drastic steps to overcome this issue
- Ankur (8/5): Very good -
- Shailesh (10/5): - Overall the stay was fantastic, staff was very cordial & helpful.
We loved the food quality & variations.
It would have been more better, if they could have served liquor.
- Mani (8/5): Lovely stay - Very good place to stay with excellent facilities. However, a bit far from Jim Corbett Tiger Reserve.
- Harsh preet (6/5): - Hotel was good
- Wesley (4/5): Hugely disappointing - It was hugely disappointing to arrive at the resort after 19hrs driving to find out that we cannot do a Jeep drive into the reserve to see the tigers. The travel manager explained that because we are international tourists with international numbers, he will NOT phone beforehand to warn us to book on the government website. He will ONLY phone local numbers within India. Also bear in mind we had booked our accommodation 10 weeks in advance, so there was enough time to warn us on email about the government reserve booking to go see the tigers... which he did not do either.
Needless to say I was seriously annoyed as this was the main reason for coming. He also did not apologise and it was left with us feeling like it was our mistake.
I would not recommend Serling Corbett to anyone I know. The food was good but the WiFi was extremely slow and not available in the room... again very disappointing.
