- SUBRAMANIAM (8/5): GOOD - ITS CONVINENT TO WALK AROUND AND WITH SHOPPING CENTRES AT 5 MINS WALK BREAKFAST SPREAD NEED A LOT OF IMPROVEMENT. THE STAFFS STARTED TO REMOVE ALL THE BREAKFAST SPREAD BEFORE 10AM WHICH IS VERY DISAPPOINTING

EXCEPT Towels and bedsheets should change BECAUSE they are not white anymore OR you may use detergent brand EZ Clean...this product really help AND I used it since 2018...Can easily buy from Shopee

The things I like is the location of this hotel which is right between two malls, convenience shop and restaurants are in walking distance. Parking is kinda limited if you are traveling by car. The hotel needs an upgrade of the tv to smart tv.

- Tan (7/5): - It is close to the shopping malls, and there is restaurants available around the hotels. You can get your needs easily. Hotel is clean, well maintained, good value for money. Staffs are nice and cater tp your needs or request reasonably. Hardly. But i notice the towel is quite old.

- Elizabeth Foong (6/5): Very fair price, given the location and the comfort of the beds but the toilets and bath not clean. - The location and fair pricing. Bed was comfortable. The AC on the 6th floor hallway to the room isn’t working. Also the bathroom is not that clean, I’d rate it 4/10. There weren’t a shower head that’s detachable hence I’ve to use my shower cap, and I wonder how the housekeeper cleans the toilets especially the bath areas. The tiles has stains because of the way it was constructed as well. Floor mats had stains too.
