• Julia (9/5): A tropical paradise - Friendly staff, great service, great facilities, good excursions, good food and free filtered water! Mango trees and animals throughout the hotel area which felt really tropical! The road to the hotel could be improved, also the breakfast could have had a little more options. A few minor English/French-language barriers with reception.

• Elana (8/5): I would recommend this for anyone visiting nose be - Very nice setting and excellent view, staff very attentive and atmosphere very relaxing. Good value for money especially the boat rides to the island. All you need. Maybe access to a small hotel shop to buy snacks and sweets and drinks. There is however ample free cold filtered water at all times.
• Cinzia (7/5): Würde es nicht weiterempfehlen. - Die Ausflüge waren gut organisiert und sehr nett. Personal war schlecht, nicht sehr zuvorkommend und schlecht geschult. Frühstück lies auch zu wünschen übrig. Essen allgemein mittelmässig. Bar Restaurant über die Mittagszeit keine Auswahl. Bungalow ok.
• Camille (4/5): - Cadre plutôt joli avec très belle vue sur mer, ilot et coucher de soleil. Bâtiment qui se fond dans le paysage. Justine, la masseuse très sympathique. Pas de Wi-Fi dans la chambre malgré plusieurs réclamations, aucune solution proposée. Les toilettes fuient et il se dégage une odeur d'urine dans la salle de bain. Mériterait des travaux d'entretien. Vieille climatisation qui fait peu de froid. Impossible de manger quelque chose au restaurant qui n'a pas été commandé au moins 3h avant. Nous avons voulu rajouter une entrée au moment du repas, impossible. Les repas sont à heures fixes comme à l'hospice. Présence d'algues vertes dans le fond de la piscine. Transats avec de la moisissure. Très décevant pour le prix. Le personnel se montre sympathique, souriant et chaleureux mais rien n'a été proposé.

• Emeline (1/5): - Rien. Avis : très décevant, expérience à fuir Dès notre arrivée, on nous demande de payer l’intégralité du séjour avant même de pouvoir voir la chambre ou les installations. Une fois installés, nous découvrons une chambre mal éclairée, avec une climatisation qui ne fonctionne pas et un confort loin du niveau attendu pour un hôtel 3 étoiles. Le fonctionnement des repas est très contraignant : au petit-déjeuner, on doit déjà choisir son déjeuner et son dîner, sans possibilité de modifier quoi que ce soit, et avec seulement trois plats proposés. Aucun prix n’est affiché, ce qui manque totalement de transparence. Les tarifs semblent changer en fonction du membre du personnel présent, alors que d’autres informations nous avaient été annoncées à l’arrivée. Le comportement du personnel a été l’un des pires aspects du séjour. Au snack, on nous refuse un simple cocktail sous prétexte qu’il y a “trop de personnes dans l’hôtel”. En demandant des explications, la réceptionniste nous répond que le barman pensait peut-être que nous n’étions pas clients, ce qui n’est pas une excuse valable. La discussion entre le barman et la réceptionniste, menée en malgache, laissait clairement comprendre qu’il ne souhaitait simplement pas nous servir. Heureusement, la cheffe de réception est intervenue, s’est excusée et nous a proposé un plat de calamars pour compenser. Le responsable de l’hôtel est également venu nous présenter ses excuses au dîner. Le lendemain, en retournant au snack, les barmans se permettent des questions déplacées : “Êtes-vous malgache ?”, “Quel téléphone vous avez ?”, suivi de remarques sur le prix de celui-ci. Totalement inapproprié et irrespectueux. Pour finir, les photos et vidéos présentées en ligne ne correspondent absolument pas à la réalité. C’est, sans exagérer, l’un des pires hôtels que nous avons fait à Nosy Be. Je déconseille fortement cet établissement.

• Iwona (9/5): Bardzo polecam! - Wspaniale miejsce. Bardzo czystko, personel zawsze uśmiechnięty. Posiłki średnie, ale może to rzecz gustu. Piękne okolica, choć daleko do cywilizacji. Ładna plaża, fajny basen, dużo dostępnych leżaków.. Duży plus za wodę filtrowaną z lodówki, dostępna bez ograniczeń oraz za wieczorne poczęstunki. Ładne, bardzo czyste i przestronne pokoje. 1. Personel mimo że bardzo uprzejmy i uśmiechnięty, słabo albo wcale mówił po angielsku, szczególnie w restauracji. 2. Brak jakiejkolwiek innej restauracji w pobliżu.
• Guglielmo (7/5): Decent for few nights - Great staff: very friendly and always welcoming of client's requests. We could do a late check-out for free, which is something we really appreciated. Structure and facilities are nice but outdated and in need of a renovation. Feels a lot like a turist village: great for two/three nights on the way to the airport but I personally wouldn't stay any longer than that, especially if one wants to experience Madagascar. Food is average. Activities are nice but nothing exceptional and quite expensive for not being private. Make sure you settle the bill in MGA and not EUR: they use flat exchange rate (4.6k) which is favourable when the price is quoted in EUR and you pay in MAG (e.g. a tour of 65EUR is converted into 300kMAG which, at market rate, is 58EUR). It is a scam if you settle in EUR.

• Nouria (9/5): Super séjour dans cette hôtel. - Établissement super accueillant, avec des personnes au petit soins ( des pépites 🫶🏽). C’est très calme pour les personnes qui souhaitent se reposer, c’est l’endroit idéal car tu a tout à ta disposition ( restaurant, bar, piscine, et plage). Et super cool qu’il te propose les excursions (terre et mer) qui partent directement de l’hôtel. Le seul point négatif de cette hôtel c’est son emplacement qui est un peu éloigné des animations, des autres restaurants, bar, magasin etc.. Je pense que si l’hôtel proposait des activités sur place comme ( location de kayak, beach volley, randonnée 🥾, ou balade en vélo 🚲 et mettre un air de jeux pour les enfants dans la cour arrière . Cette endroit serait parfait pour les vacances.
• Priscilla (10/5): - We stayed 5 days at Corail Noir hotel in a bungalow and had the best of times. The tours they arrange are very well organised with multiple language speaking tourguides. We arranged a lot of tours beforehand and the communication with the reception via e-mail was prompt and very clear. They also arranged transfers from another hotel and to the airport. The food at the restaurant was super, fresh and no waste. Daily the chef will ask why you’d like to eat. We had a wonderful time and would love to return one day. Misoatra betsaka
• Hakan (10/5): Do come here. You will not regret it! - The location is exceptional. It’s on the “right side” of the Island where you will see the stunning sunsets daily. The staff will do anything to please you and make sure you have a wonderful vacation. The food is very delicious with only the best local ingredients. The restaurant is overlooking the waterfront and beach. The rooms are modern and very functional. We had a bungalow next to the water. Very nice bed. Air conditioning worked very well. We signed up for 3 tours the hotel offered. All reasonably priced. We visited the very famous island where the amazing sand dunes are. The turquoise water is surreal. We also had a great encounter with the wonderful lemurs. They include a bbq lunch on the beach. Most delicious sea food caught that morning. We also visited “Hell Ville” with a guide. The local market is not to be missed. Lastly we snorkeled with 8 huge turtles and lots of colorful fish. The hotel arranged a round trip transfer from the airport to the hotel. Around 40 USD each way per car. Very convenient. Travel time around 45 min each way. Nothing. Liked everything.
• Mark (2/5): Really not comfortable or enjoyable. - Resturant staff were good and the diving staff When I booked I sent a message asking for a room with a sea view. I was told that all the sea view rooms had been taken, but that they had allocated me with a partial sea view room. When we arrived this was not the case. I took this up with the staff and after some back and forth and having to show them the messages and only then did they allocate us to the correct room. We had to move rooms ourselves. The room that we were moved to, the aircon was not working, the shower was broken and there was no wifi in the room. All of these items were what I was promised when I booked the room on the booking.com website. I raised issues on all of these to the reception, on a number of occasions. None of the issues were addressed, so I asked to speak to the manager. He did not show himself, even though I aksed a number of time. The issues were never addressed or resolved, this made our stay very uncomfortable. In my entire stay the manager never spoke to me. We stayed 12 days so no excuse. On top of this the resort in not english friendly. They only spoke french and italian, which I felt was why I was ignored. They should say that they only cater for Italian and french. Due to the length of our stay I had business that I needed to do, not having wifi in my room was very inconveinent, and they advertise high speed internet, which is not the case.

Wonderful garden and really positive staff. The private beach is nice and so are the diving. It’a annoying that information is in french and italian. No english. The food (specials) are somewhat expensive. So are their conversion between ayri ayri and euros. Don’t like the Disneyfication of animals where they feed the lemurs on Nosy Komba and in Lokobe. Please STOP feeding wildlife. We want to see them wild

Telé avec 3 chaines françaises inconnues et très mauvaise réception. Piscine sans beaucoup d'entretien. Deck piscine très usagé. Change très défavorable : 3300 ar pour 1 euro... ailleurs c'est 4000. Assez isolé. Personnel : certains aimables, d'autres pas du tout. Wifi payante : 8 euros par jour alors que sur mon voucher c'était indiqué gratuit.
