- אורי (8/5): תמורה טובה למחיר, נמצא במיקום פצצה. - מיקום מצוין, מרחק הליכה מהכל - לא היינו צריכים אוטו בכלל. יש מטבחון מאובזר ואפילו הביאו לנו שמן זית. המקום מרווח, שתי קומות חמודות והמיטה גדולה ונוחה. יש 2 טלוויזיות והרבה מקומות אחסון. תמורה טובה למחיר - מרגיש שקיבלנו דירה חמודה ולא סתם עוד חדר במלון. הניקיון לא היה ברמה שציפינו. כשהגענו היו שיערות על הכרית והשירותים והאמבטיה היו קצת מלוכלכים. ביקשנו שיחליפו גם את המצעים יחד עם הכריות אבל סירבו לנו בהתחלה בצורה לא ממש נעימה. היה חסר במטבח תרווד וסבון כלים, זה היה יום שבת ולא היה אף אחד בקבלה אז היינו צריכים לחפש במקלט שבקומה (שגם משמש כמחסן).

- Benjamin (5/5): Nicht zum wiederholen - Top Lage. Es ist kein Hotel! Die Parkgebühren stimmen nicht mit den Angaben auf der Website überein. Die Whirlpool-Badewanne hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Das 2. Schlafzimmer ist nicht auf den Fotos abgebildet. Sobald man es sieht, weiss man warum. Das Wifi funktioniert nicht gut.

- PuertoRicoCoffee (10/5): Great Service, Spacious, Amazing Views - A hidden gem of Jerusalem, the "21st Floor Hotel" is perched on the 21st floor of the oldest skyscraper of the city (City Tower.) It is located in the heart of Jerusalem, a five minute walk to the Mahane Yehudah Shuk (outdoor market.) This luxury hotel has it all. The staff was amazing and responsive 24/7. The 2-story apartments are well-appointed with quality furnishings, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, and a breathtaking view overlooking the city. Prices are reasonable, considering what the hotel offers. Highly recommended. Thank you so much מלון הקומה ה21 21Floor Hotel for an amazing stay. Will definitely be back.

- Reut (7/5): היה נחמד, לא אחזור לשם שוב, במחיר ששילמנו נוכל לקבל תמורה יותר טובה. - המיקום ממש טוב. חדר גדול, מרגיש יותר כמו מלון דירות ולא מלון רגיל כמו שמוצג. קיבלנו את החדר מוקדם מהצפוי. נקיון טעון שיפור. האסלה (הקרש עליו מתיישבים) בשירותים הייתה שבורה, לא מגישים כך חדר לאורחים.. הקבלה ( חדר משרד קטן בקומה) לא תמיד מאויישת ואין למי לפנות לבקשות.. החניון באיזור ממש יקר ואין חניה אחרת באיזור, המלון לא משתתף בחניה.

Après la surprise du 21e etage -nous n'avions pas vraiment réalisé en réservant- nous avons été conquis par la vue et l'emplacement. Le personnel est super réactif et agréable. Nous recommandons le Nocturno pour le petit dej (avec voucher). La qualité du gel douche pourrait etre ameliorée.

- KSC285 (4/5): Below average accommodation. - Kids have to climb stairs to go to toilets in the night. Pull out sofa is uncomfortable and barely works. Found hair balls on main bed. Headboard is falling apart. Feels cramped and claustrophobic Central location.

But - I’m sorry to say under the circumstances when the economy is suffering, that I can’t give this apartment a favourable review. It has fabulous bones butv is in dire need of attention. See my photos. It is tired, threadbare and rundown for a premium price. The price of a 5 star hotel per night. It is dirty, and we had to get the cleaners to come back and clean bathrooms before occupying the room. Still after a second attempt it was dirty. The kitchen is almost devoid of utensils as well. With some tender loving care this place could be exceptional.

- Joy-the-traveler (6/5): Would not recommend - This place had lots of potential but falls flat in many ways - badly in need of upkeep - peeling walls, etc. Front desk is not manned even during the hours it's supposed to be open - the description does not clearly spell out that you need to go up a narrow staircase, with no handrails to get to the bedroom and bathroom. We did not receive bottled water, no concierge - basically fend for yourself - and the gym/spa costs an additional fee. There is paid parking but it costs more than twice what the front desk told us to expect. Truth in advertising would be welcomed - very unfortunate.

- Oreet (6/5): Disappointing - The staff was nice - however the sign on the office said that it was open from 8 am till 8:30 pm - in reality, there was no one in the office till around 9 am and by 8 pm everything was all shut down for the night. Cleanliness was okay - however the place needs better maintenance. There are any number of places where you can see water damage on the walls - that needs to be spackled and painted. Towels are frayed, etc. Little things are frustrating too - the clothes hangers provided are cheap, bent out of shape hangers from dry cleaners. But worst of all was the fact that the description is just way off. Nowhere is there any mention of the fact that the bedroom and bathroom are up a flight of semi-circular stairs. Had we known that we have to go up and down stairs to the bathroom, to take a shower, to go to bed - we never would have booked this. Additionally, the listing on Hotels.com states: "On-site fitness center A rare find - enjoy convenient access to fitness facilities during your stay." -- except when you ask to use it - you are informed that it has nothing to do with the hotel and there is a fee to use this -- this is deceptive. We are Gold members and were supposed to receive a bottle of wine - which we never got and when I tried to bring this to their attention - there was nobody in the office. There's more - but you get the picture. This place has potential - but truth in advertising would be nice and we will not return, nor recommend it to anyone.

- Meital (7/5): השהות היתה נעימה, אך חוסר הנקיון נתן את הטון לחוויה הכללית שלנו. - המיקום היה מעולה! במרכז העיר, קרוב למסעדות וחנויות וכרבע שעה באוטובוס לממילא. הצוות אדיב, החדר יפה, מאובזר ומרווח מאוד. הנוף מהחדר מקסים והשימוש בטלסקופ היה חווייתי. ארוחת הבוקר היתה טעימה, ממליצה על נוקטורנו. הנקיון- השטיחים מלוכלכם ומאובקים, הספה מוכתמת, גם הכריות עליה לא היו מזמינות להישען עליהן, לכן הזזנו אותן. גם השירותים.. כדאי להחליף את מושבי האסלה. בנוסף, מראה של כל הגוף היתה מסייעת בהחלט, היתה רק מראה של חצי גוף..

- Shlomo (10/5): מומלץ מאד - היה מדהים. זה בעצם דירה עם קומה ראשונה סלון מטבח וקומה עליונה (מדרגות בתוך החדר) אמבטיה ויחידת שינה. נוף מרהיב, לוקיישן נוח, מטבח מאובזר, אמבטיה מפנקת, בעל נפלא היו אדיבים מאד, יש מכונת קפה ללא הגבלה. לבקשתנו קיבלו אותנו לפני הזמן ונתנו להישאר אחרי מועד העזיבה. קיווינו למיטה אחת (קינג) אבל בעצם זה שני מזרונים מחוברים השלט של הטלביזיה בחדר שינה לא עבד הצוות נחמד מאד (ויש גם מכונת קפה חופשי) אבל אין שירותי קבלה בשבת לא היו מגבות ומטליות במטבח (קיבלנו לאחר בקשה)

- Rudolph (10/5): Perfect location for strolling. - Location at Ben Yehuda, value for money in terms of size of units, and managerial staff were extremely helpful Views were of Jerusalem's growth and spacious accommodations made for an exceptional stay. Parking was not part of hotel and was both costly and restrictive in terms of new charges for in/ out errands. But was a small price to pay for its excellent location.

- david (10/5): - בדף ההזמנה היה רשום שיש חניה, אך התברר שיש חניה אך היא לא זולה עלה לי 180 ש"ח וזה בלי להוציא את הרכב אפילו פעם אחת ונאלצתי לסוע בתחבורה ציבורית, חשוב להדגיש שהחניה בתשלום כך המזמין יעשה את שיקוליו.

- Maayan (9/5): מלון במיקום מעולה, נקי ונעים עם צוות שירותי ומקצועי - מלון במיקום מעולה במרכז ירושלים! הצוות נעים ושירותי קבלת הפנים הייתה נפלאה ובהמשך כל דבר שביקשנו נענו בחיוב וסבר פנים יפות. החדרים היו מסודרים ונקיים היינו חמישה בחדר ורק כשהגענו הסתבר שהיינו יכולים להזמין את הסוויטה הנשיאותית. נדע לפעם הבאה. שיפור המתקנים של בלאי טבעי. חידוש המקלחת והחלפת אסלה בשירותים שכבר עם סימני שריטות עליה.
- אביטן (10/5): מושלם - הגענו 4 חברות חגיגות יום הולדת וישר קבלנו את החדר החדר היה נקי מסודר ומעבר למצופה
- Brodskiy (9/5): - Соотношение цены: местоположения:комфорта вполне устроило. Чистенько. Претензий к персоналу нет. Кухонька приличная. Готовили завтраки. У консьержа доступная кофемашина. Не понравилась парковка. Дорого. Но это претензии не к отелю.

- בנדיקט (10/5): מאוד נהננו ובוודאות נחזור שוב - בחרנו לאכול באחת מהאפשרויות שהצעתם לנו עם השובר שנתתם, היה מצוין וטעים! הכל מצוין! קרוב להכל, שירות אדיב. התקשרו אליי אפילו כדי לעזור לי איפה לחנות.
- Richard (10/5): A one of a kind experience and view in Jerusalem - a real find. - Breakfast was great (choice of 3 restaurants - when the restaurants were closed very nice "buffet" of options brought to the room. The location is UNBELIEVABLE - at the top of Ben Yehuda Street. The view was INCREDIBLE. The rooms are huge. I really liked it all - it is a little surprising that one is entering an older office building (with 24 hour guard at the door), then take the elevator up to the top floor with a boutique hotel, fully modernized with 2-story rooms and a staff that handles your every need.
