- Lynn (2/5): Do not stay - We were very disappointed as we had high expectations due to the high cost.
- Lynn (4/5): You do not get what you pay for - I had high expectations $$. We had to change our room due to a very bad odor; the shower water pressure and hot water was lacking. The buffet breakfast was poor quality & trainees were cooking eggs with a crust, the coffee was weak, no plain yogurt nor healthy cereal; we had to call for the gym to be stocked with water and towels; and the pool was very cold and not maintained.

The room is big and spacious with nice bathroom, love the bath tub and elegant furniture. Staffs is friendly and nice.

The bell boy put our luggages in the buggy when we set in and when we check out. once our driver is here, they transferred into our guided vehicle. Very impressive and they are very attentive. Breakfast is good and a lot of variety. Cosy castle restaurant.Very relaxing. Do keep up the good work. Go to seek fishes, Yoga lesson going on. Minibar full of soft drinks,coffee capsules and beverages like tea.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - The check-in service was fast and smooth. While the walk to the room is short, the staff offered the buggy service to bring the elderly closer to the room. Very friendly and sincere staff which makes it an enjoyable stay.

- Cynthia (10/5): Lovely English themed hotel - I spent 3 nights at Thames Valley with my husband in the Deluxe Pond room and absolutely loved our stay! They did a really good job with the whole atmosphere of the place, didn’t feel like I was in Thailand. Room was beautiful and clean and every corner of the place is a photo worthy setting. It was a completely relaxing stay and I felt so sad to leave. My only comments will be that they should provide bath salts for rooms with the pond/bathtub. And the high tea food can be improved. Other than that everything was great! Definitely a memorable experience and hope I will be back again one day.

The amenities were catered for 3 people (instead of 2 like other hotels). Hotel breakfast has varieties of food in their stunning dining hall. Service is great. Friendly and helpful staff. Location is easily accessible and nearby places of interest. Suitable for family, couple and friends. Overall, a great place to stay and will definitely go back again. Highly recommended!

- Verified traveler (10/5): Love the English theme - Love the English theme and the beautiful landscape. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed soaking in the bathtub and that’s one activity that they looked forward to every evenings.
- Mei Wei Jenny (10/5): - Amazing. We nearly forgot we are in Thailand with the nicely curated landscape and buildings. The hotel is not near eatery and cannot be easily reached without a car but definitely one of the choice accommodation and place of interest in khao yai. The hotel and compound is well maintained. Breadfast is a feast with intercontinental buffet spread.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Feels more like a resort than a hotel. Surrounded with great view which is great for phototaking. The breakfast was ok, however the restaurant/cafe menu was good as it is opened to the public for high-tea and dinner. There are mosquitoes but the hotel room was equipped with the electronic mosquito repellent. There are lizards too, which was quite noisy at night. I Guess it’s inevitable as the hotel room I was staying is at ground floor.

- Hock (10/5): - Excellent service received the moment I enter their compound. My drone was lost in action after hitting a tree. Have tried to receive but decided to let it go after seeing it was surrounded with tall grasses and I have to go beyond a lotus pond to retrieve it. One of the security Guards actually took the initiative to retrieve for me and it was given back to me during check out. Kudos to Him and I left a happy man.

Mini Bar is FOC and replenished everyday. Only drawback is perhaps the breakfast spread which is quite limited. The pool is actually small and the upkeep is not the best.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Fabulous vacation stay - This is my second time staying at Thames Valley, with the first being Dec2016. Nothing much has changed, all is still very good. The room condition, the atmosphere, breakfast spread etc. are what brings me back each time. I managed to try the hi-tea this time but a pity their Thames Garden tea was sold out. Their honey toast was really delicious. Thames Valley is conveniently located on the main road to most attractions. Just 5 mins drive, there is a stall serving very good Som Tam and another one serving good Mookata. I highly recommend everyone to stay in Thames Valley as it is really worth an experience. The next time I go back, I will like to try the villa :)

- Florence (6/5): Scenic Hotel - We had a bad experience with uncovered stairway. Especially when it rains, we have to carry an umbrella and walk up the stairway. My friend slipped and fell from the stairway because it was raining and slippery. The corridor of the rooms ended with a puddle of water which made our shoes wet. Though the staff is careful enough to bring my friend to see the doctor, it could not compensate the pain caused by the injury through the journey. Also there was time incurred waiting for the doctor and thus delay the tour group.
- Rebecca (10/5): - Thames Valley is an awesome place! The staff are hospitable. The whole area has many nice spots to walk around and to take photo. Our room at the second level has a nice view of the area. There are a few attractions nearby Thames as well. Overall, it's been an awesome stay.
