- Ramunė (6/5): - Viešbučio vieta graži su puikiu vaizdu į kalnus. Maistas geras. Viešbučio registratūroje dirba labai nemalonūs ir neprofesionalūs darbuotojai. Pirmoje eilėje aptarnaujami vietiniai Turkijos turistai, į kitų šalių turistus nekreipia dėmesio, šaiposi. Numeris gautas tik 15.30val., nors pagal viešbučio standartus turi būti 14.00val. Numerį davė su sugedusia elektra ,tik įjungus kondicionierių išsijungė visa numerio elektra, dar dvi valandas aiškinomės , kad pakeistų numerį, sakė, kad nėra numerių ir jie neprivalo mums jo keisti ir pakeis tik rytoj, tarpusavyje kalba turkiškai ir juokiasi. Numeriai labai seni ,reikia remonto. Baseino paplūdimio rankšluosčiai labai maži ploni , dengia vos pusę gulto, dar nei viename viešbutyje nesam tokių matę. Daug vietinių turistų kuriems visur pirmumo teisė, labai nemalonu kai jie rūko visur prie baseinų ir prie vaikų. Susidarė toks įspūdis kad kiti turistai čia nelaukiami. Esam aplankę daug viešbučių įvairiose šalyse, nesam išrankūs, bet su tokiu aptarnavimu ir požiūriu į turistus susiduriam pirmą kartą.

Spa dan havlu alma zorunluluğunu, spada misafirlere gereksiz yakınlık gösteren o adamı hic sevmedim. Birde İtalyan restoran da ekmek bitti dendi vermediler. Sabah kahvaltıya 10.30da indik. Pişi bitti, waffle bitti, pancake bitti ve yenilenmedi. Akşam yemeğine geç indik keza aynı sekilde tandır ve benzeri pek cok sey bitmişti. Erkenden koşun yiyin mantığını hiç sevmedim.

- kledis2016 (2/5): Avoid If You Expect a Real 5-Star Resort - The most disappointing holiday experience I have ever had. This hotel has absolutely nothing to do with the 5-star standard it advertises. I stayed here with my family in July 2025, and honestly I am still angry about the experience we had. You pay a significant amount of money expecting a luxury holiday and end up in a worn-out, dirty hotel with no serious organization or proper management. The rooms were in terrible condition: damaged furniture, poor cleanliness, a bathroom smelling of mold, and an air conditioner that worked whenever it wanted. The overall hygiene was far below what anyone would expect from a hotel claiming to be 5 stars. The restaurant was a disaster. Sticky tables, dirty chairs, repetitive food every single day, and very low-quality meals. In some areas, water was dripping from the ceiling, making the whole place feel more like an old cafeteria than a “luxury” resort. The pools were clearly not cleaned properly. In the mornings you could see dirt and green slime around the edges. The children’s aquapark had damaged and unsafe areas covered only with warning tape for days without being repaired. The beach was full of plastic waste and nobody seemed to care about cleaning it. In many situations, the staff behaved as if they were doing you a favor just by letting you stay there. The worst moment was when the elevator near our room malfunctioned and my wife and daughter got trapped inside for several minutes. It was a frightening experience and nobody reacted seriously to such an important safety issue. This hotel is nowhere near a real 5-star resort. For me, it completely ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing family holiday, and I would never recommend it to anyone looking for cleanliness, safety, comfort, or professionalism.
- karolh760 (4/5): My experience was very bad here as you read the descruption youll know why - My experience here was not the best, comparing to marmias last year, this holiday was not the best but not the worst, many people do not know english, the food was dry and had no taste on many occasions, the night social life was so bad i went sleep at midnight sometimes even before it was not very good, i would like to also add that for nearly £700 per person i feel like i was scammed i paid £800 for marmias and it was good, the night life was good, food was good, people spoke english i did not feel like a stranger once but here i did and the staff keep asking us to go clubbing which was annoying and they only kept coming to ask about that, not all the time but very often, i can carry on but i will leave this here and would not reccomnd this place to anyone and i will not be coming back i promise
- zanardib2018 (10/5): Great stay!! - I went with my daughter and friends and we had a blast. The hotel was very clean and food range was great especially for kids. The pools had peaceful places and kids section was fantastic. My daughter loved the kids club even though their English wasn't great it didn't stop her from having a great time. The evening entertainment every night was top notch! Would definitely come back!
- raimondsk235 (10/5): Super - We had an amazing family holiday at crystal prestige elite hotel. The hotel was beautiful , clean,and very comfortable. The food was delicious. With plenty of variety every day. And atmosphere was perfect. For both relaxation and fun. The staff were always friendly, helpful and welcoming , whic made us feel at home from the first day. Antertainment and overall service were excellent. It was a wonderful experience for our whole family and we truly enjoyed every moment.
- Vacation66637249021 (8/5): Great water holiday option for families - The hotel itself is large. And the pools are great. Beach is like most beaches in the med. It's nice facilities etc but a few stones so take beach shoes. Slides were a lot of fun for the family which covered all different age groups. Our young toddler and then child loved it. Our 5 year old would be on them hours a day. They were only open 4 hours a day when we arrived This was some feedback we gave the the guest service team which acted on it and had extended during our stay which was well received. The guest service team approaches you throughout your stay for feedback and give you contact details. I must say I lazily used this just to text to confirm where a restaurant was and opening hours etc but always received response within minutes. I also hurt my leg while at the hotel and was seen by a nurse free of charge within minutes organised by the guest relations team. Cocktails: not done the same in turkey as in Australia and New Zealand given they don't actually drink alcohol much so you need to explain the first few times but after a few days they get it and know your preferences. Turkish spa workers can come across as a bit pushy at times with trying to sell massages etc but I think this could of been due to lower occupancy while we were there. I did book a mixed therapy massage which I have to say was brilliant. The lady from Nepal did amazing and even fixed some problem in my shoulder I didn't even mention. The events at night were well organised and catered to kids and then also adults. We were beach side of the hotel which was surprisingly OK for noise but if you are a super lite sleeper maybe recommend taking the mountain view which is also stunning views. Overall I would recommend the hotel but a special thanks for making the stay more enjoyable was the guest relations team. They made this hotel that much better!

- Mannaz123876 (10/5): Fantastic Hotel - We arrived on the 25 April and received a very warm welcome all the staff were very friendly but some staff went far beyond a smile they really made our holiday it was our anniversary and what a effort they went too to create a day to remember the bed was covered in red rose petals and swans made from the towels we was left a card and large bottle of red wine and cake it was amazing but I want to mention Gökhan Ayvaz he went out of his way to make our whole holiday extra special he was a credit to the hotel. Also I would like to mention Omer G he was another person who the hotel should be proud to have he helped inform me of everything that was available totally had a fantastic experience here and would definitely be back in the future we spent two weeks here.

Nice atmosphere, perfect service, nice end helpful employees. For children daily evening danses with animators who love children end have nice contact with them. Rooms clean, always fresh water in fridge, Some small things need renovation but generally everything ok. Attractions for children: swimming pools, playgrounds, games room etc. We reccomend! 💪
- ulvisb2026 (10/5): Crystal prestige hotel vacation - Location is great in-between kemer and Antalya have nice options to visit picturous locations. Rooms and nice and tidy, room cleaning can take a bit of time but they are left spotless. Nose level is good of course there is kids but that's reasonable for family based hotel, still should be fine with sleeping and everything else. Service is supperb everything is great and everyone is forward coming and helpful.

The food is very good and lots to choose from fresh omelettes every morning in the buffet. The Turkish Ala carte is my favourite, dont go unless your hungry. The snack bara are very good. Special thanks to Gokhan from Guest relations. He was very helpful. I would recommend coming here.

При заселении мы сразу сказали о пробле - - хорошая и разнообразная еда в ресторане, всего достаточно, вполне вкусно, каждый вечер гриль - вкусное мороженое практически весь день -неплохие вечерние представления - наличие аквапарков. -нормальный пляж - старые номера: кондиционеры из 90х - не работал сейф - Аля -карт отдельная история. Зачем он нужен? Мы пришли отпраздновать мой день рождение в итальянский Аля-карт. Все цивилизованно: скатерти, 4 вилки и ножа, меню с интересными названиями. Но когда начали приносить, это было нечто, я просто смеялась , это все было невозможно есть: ролл из кальмара- это пресный кусочек кальмара, который просто свернулся , к мясу, рыбе и курице был предложен один и тот же наваленный гарнир как в столовой и один и тот же отвратительный соус, пицца от шефа была из бара . Видимо в обед сделали и вечером принесли. Самая ужасная пицца, которую я когда либо пробовала. Я с семьей и еще одна пара, которую я заметили, потом пошли в основной ресторан есть нормальную еду. - Десерты . Зачем вы их делаете? Они отвратительны? Я попробовала все начиная от медовика до тирамису. Не надо их так называть, это не они. Почему вы не можете нормально научиться их готовить, зачем столько сахара и желатина? Зачем переводить продукты? Когда их ешь, не получаешь никакого удовольствия. - Машинки, которые возят до пляжа на дизеле, пахнут. Надо заменить на электромобили. Там идти 100м, зачем они нужны? Некомфортно идти до пляжа и сидеть у гезлеме - На такой большой территории, нет места, где можно уединиться, везде шум и гам - С самого утра уже запах низкосортного алкоголя. - детская игровая ужасная - ледяная вода на горках - при уборке забрали футболку и не вернули

We paid more to get sea view but all sea view rooms are located to show area and music is so loud that I can hear songs to my bed, word by word and this show is until 01:00 maybe even more. I dont recommend to family or people who wants silent nights and vacation. Pools are not heated, this water is cold. Sea is better but rocks so unpleasent also. Kids club/area- old and used, not so much activities, toys etc.

Food and drinks are available at multiple spots throughout the property, which adds to the convenience. However, our experience was affected by several cleanliness and maintenance issues. Our room was not properly cleaned — we found hair on the bathroom walls and floor. The gym was also in poor condition: it had not been cleaned, several machines were out of order, there was no water available, and it appeared to lack air conditioning. Communication was often challenging, as only a few staff members spoke English. Additionally, a serious concern arose when an 9-month-old baby in our group became ill, most likely due to the children's pool. We noticed that several other children were experiencing similar symptoms around the same time.

I was intimidated for no reason and pressured to take the blame for something I had nothing to do with — completely absurd. Und leider ist der Preis dieses Hotels auch nicht gerechtfertigt. Sie sollten lieber mal aktuelle Fotos des Hotels ins Internet stellen. Wir waren am Ende des Hotels im Zimmer , die Lüftung oder was auch immer war sehr laut und jedes Mal hat es getropft. 5 Sterne sind etwas anderes. Das Essen lässt zu wünschen übrig, es war fast immer das selbe jeden Tag. Und morgens und mittags sowieso.

There are several pools and we always managed to find a spot for our towels. However, the hotel itself is quite old, which shows in a number of ways. In the room we found some shortcomings such as exposed wires, a broken hairdryer, and worn furniture. The overall cleanliness of the room was acceptable, although on some days the housekeeping only came in the late afternoon. From the outside, though, the hotel looks neglected – especially the windows and glass surfaces, which are very dirty and really take away from the overall impression. What disappointed us the most was the food. We were really looking forward to it, but although the variety is enormous with plenty of options, quantity clearly wins over quality. Most dishes were bland and lacked seasoning, which was very disappointing. Since it is a large hotel, you also need to expect waiting for a table during peak meal times, and the dining area often feels messy after previous guests. The staff do try, but they simply can’t keep up with cleaning everything thoroughly.

- feitha2025 (2/5): Shocking Experience - “Shocking experience – this is not a 5-star hotel, barely 2 stars” I have been working in the luxury hotel industry for 25 years, currently as a Corporate Head Chef and F&B Manager — and I have never stayed in a hotel room of such poor quality. The room we were given, and every room we have seen so far, appears to be at least 30–35 years old with no sign of proper renovation or maintenance. The furniture is worn out, the faucet is corroded, the mirror and lamp are broken, there is even a hole in the floor. The bathtub is dirty, the pillow is hard, high and extremely uncomfortable, the TV is a tiny no-name brand, and the air conditioning unit is so old and noisy that I didn’t even know such systems still existed. The entire place feels like a haunted house. When I raised these concerns at reception, the Front Office Manager smiled and told me our room was “not that bad” and “only 10 years old.” That is simply not true. This is clearly a 30–35-year-old room that has been completely neglected. The owner seems to be taking profits without reinvesting in basic upkeep. We spent $3,200 on this holiday and ended up in a room worse than an old roadside motel. Of course, we weren’t expecting a suite, but at the very least we expected a clean and well-maintained room. The public areas are dirty, the entire hotel is run-down, but the guest rooms are by far the worst. I strongly advise anyone considering this property to stay away. I genuinely don’t understand how this hotel can claim a 5-star rating — in my professional opinion, it barely qualifies as 2 stars. Where is the quality control in Turkey? - Edviga1993 (8/5): Great place for families - We stayed at Crystal Prestige Elite in Kemer for 10 days and overall had a very good experience. The staff were extremely nice, friendly, and helpful – most of them spoke English, which made communication very easy. The hotel itself has excellent facilities: everything felt clean, well-maintained, and well-organised. The highlight for us was definitely the kitchen – every meal we tried was truly delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared. A huge thank you to the kitchen staff for working so hard in the heat and still managing to provide such great food every day. The beach area was another big plus – very clean, with lovely sand and a stunning view of the surrounding mountains. It was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean atmosphere. The evening show we attended was also a highlight – professional, entertaining, and very enjoyable. We also want to give special thanks to the staff for their kindness and thoughtful attention during our stay. They found out it was our older daughter’s birthday and surprised us in the room with a birthday cake, a fruit platter, and a bottle of wine for us. This gesture made our daughter feel very special and added a wonderful personal touch to our holiday. There are, however, a few areas that could be improved. The rooms felt quite dark and the furniture/decor was a bit old-fashioned, which didn’t match the otherwise modern facilities. Another downside was the amount of smoking everywhere – around the pool, on the beach, and especially during the children’s activities such as the mini disco. It was unpleasant to have children exposed to so much smoke in what should be a safe and healthy environment. We also felt the extra charges for additional services were not always fair, particularly when it came to children’s activities (for example, charging $10 for a simple sand-colour paper). While we understand extra costs for certain services, this kind of pricing didn’t feel reasonable. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay at Crystal Prestige Elite and would definitely recommend the hotel, especially for its friendly staff, high-quality food, clean facilities, and beautiful beach. Thank you for looking after us during our holiday – we left with wonderful memories and a very happy birthday girl!

- 204anisam (2/5): Deeply Disappointed and Disturbed – A 5-Star Hotel That Failed on Every Basic Standard - I rarely leave reviews, but I feel morally obligated to share our experience to help others avoid what we went through at this so-called 5-star hotel. HYGIENE & CLEANLINESS: To call the hotel’s hygiene standards poor would be an understatement. From the moment we arrived, we noticed red flags. In the main dining area, dirty plates and glasses were repeatedly left out or handed over for use. Even more disturbing, a dirty spoon was found among the "clean" baby utensils — a serious health hazard, especially given we were traveling with a toddler and I am currently pregnant. It didn’t stop there: hair was found in the buffet food bowls, towels in the room had a foul odor, and water glasses in the kids’ section of the restaurant were visibly dirty. Adding to the unacceptable conditions, house flies were constantly present in both the kids’ areas and the food sections, landing directly on the dishes and cutlery. This not only further damaged any sense of cleanliness but also raised significant concerns about food safety and pest control. As a result of these issues, I experienced frequent nausea, and at times had to completely avoid meals, which is an unthinkable situation for any guest — let alone someone who is pregnant and requires regular, safe nourishment. The children’s swimming pool was dirty and poorly maintained. ROOM CONDITIONS & FACILITIES: Our room was visibly worn and neglected, featuring a stained sofa, cracked walls, and a faulty air conditioning. Noise levels were excessive, both day and night. SAFETY ISSUES: The kids’ aquapark was not only rundown but dangerous. A faulty platform, and slippery tiles led to our 2-year-old slipping twice, one time hitting his head. It was a frightening and completely avoidable incident. Even more alarming, my child was struck from behind on one of the slides due to lifeguard negligence. The lifeguard on duty was not supervising — he was sitting in a corner, sometimes smoking in a non-smoking area, and completely ignoring safety protocols. Children were allowed to slide down before the previous child had cleared the slide, creating unsafe and chaotic conditions. This is an unacceptable breach of safety that could have had far worse consequences. PRODUCT SAFETY CONCERNS: We noticed that the shampoo bottles provided in our room, although branded identically, had different textures, colors, and consistencies. This raises serious concerns that they were refilled with unknown substances, which is completely inappropriate — particularly in a hotel that markets itself as family-friendly and suitable for pregnant women and children. INSULTING RESPONSE FROM MANAGEMENT: When we reached out to management with a detailed summary of our concerns, we expected accountability and a sincere response. Instead, we were met with a condescending and dismissive email from the General Manager, who wrote: "You mentioned that you were pregnant during your holiday. We understand that pregnancy is a period that affects women and can be challenging. It is medically known that pregnant women are much more selective, sensitive, and meticulous during this period." This reply effectively dismissed my concerns as hormonal sensitivity — reducing legitimate hygiene and safety complaints to a stereotype. It was unprofessional, offensive, and utterly tone-deaf, and it showed a complete lack of empathy or responsibility. FINAL THOUGHTS: This hotel may advertise itself as 5-star, but based on our experience, it fails spectacularly on hygiene, safety, and customer care. From dirty facilities to serious safety risks, flies on food, and offensive management attitudes, this was one of the worst hospitality experiences we’ve ever had. We came for a relaxing family holiday and instead left feeling distressed, disappointed, and unsafe. If you're pregnant, have young children, or simply expect basic cleanliness and professionalism, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. p.s. English family of 5 staying here for 12 days. Thankfully we met another family that have saved our holiday from disaster. Pro’s Rooms and hotel generally clean and the cleaning staff in the rooms are excellent. Food at the snack bar has been excellent Pools clean and always lifeguards on duty Slides never busy Turkish people we have met have been absolutely lovely. Kids club is excellent Great staff all round the hotel Con’s The people staying at the hotel, they are beyond rude. We’ve never experienced anything like it. To the point my wife and children have felt unsafe. My wife today had a 6ft Russian push her from her lilo and shouted at aggressively just for calmly drifting past him. They constantly push in, queue for the buggy to the beach they will physically push past your children to get on in front of you. Queue for the bar they will just go in front of you. Barge past you in the lift, stand in front of you so you can’t get out of the lift. It’s incredibly intimidating for women and children. The staff unfortunately can’t do anything about it. It’s unfortunate to have universally rude and intimidating people at this hotel. It’s ruined what could have otherwise been a very enjoyable trip. So please if you are from any other country than those mentioned, you would be safer choosing another part of turkey. Which is sad because otherwise we can’t fault the Turkish hard working people at the hotel or the food and facilities.

We stayed at Crystal Prestige Elite in Kemer in July 2025 with high expectations for what was advertised as a 5-star hotel – but the experience was deeply disappointing. The rooms were worn out, with damaged furniture, a bathroom that smelled of mold, dust in the corners, and an air conditioner that either didn’t cool or overcooled with no real control. The restaurant was in poor hygienic condition: sticky tables and chairs, a repetitive daily menu, and very low-quality food. Water was dripping from the ceiling, likely due to damaged plumbing. The pools were dirty in the morning, the edges covered in green slime, and general maintenance was clearly lacking. The children’s aquapark had broken steps marked with warning tape that remained unrepaired throughout our stay. The beach was littered with plastic waste that staff did not clean up. The elevator near our room was defective and dangerous. My wife and daughter got stuck inside, terrified, and the door opened only after several minutes on its own. Management offered to move us to another hotel within the same chain, supposedly as an "upgrade," but the conditions there were just as poor and unworthy of the price and the advertised standards. This is not a 5-star hotel by any means, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for cleanliness, peace, safety, or professionalism.

- Jules (10/5): - We hebben met gezin de laatste jaren enkele resorts bezocht, vooral Side en lara Beach, Kemer haden we nog geen ervaringen mee maar het was prachtig. Vanaf het zwembad en zee zag je hoge bergen. De resort zelf was schoon, goed eten en drinken, super personeel, fijne kamers en gangen ernaar toe. En ja, het wemelt er van de Russen en alle omschrijvingen staan eerst in het Russisch en dan Engels. Maar je hebt er totaal geen last van, ze zijn correct en keurig in het gehele resort. We hebben maar 1 Nederlandstalig gezin gezien, dus als je een praatje wilt houden met landgenoten dan gaat dat hier niet lukken, maar dat hoeft voor ons niet. We komen zeker terug in regio Kemer. Lara Beach en Side is veel meer luidruchtiger met andere bezoekers uit west-Europa

Upper management is always on field and auditing. With my family we attend all the concert during our holiday. Aquapark and pools were clean. There are stones on the sea entrance. Tennis courts were free to use and were never busy, tucked away at the back of the hotel. We used them twice, fairly decent equipment altho the racket handles were a bit worn out. The gym has treadmills and weights, and clean towels to use. Location is walkable to the Goynuk Canyon and a few other hikes. Great, cheap, frequent local bus service to get to/from Antalya and Kemer - no need to get a taxi. Meal times were absolute carnage, far too many people for tables. We were there in early November so it's likely even worse in high peak times. The cocktails were all pretty dreadful. The a la carte restaurants are virtually impossible to book. Although we managed to get a reservation the process of queuing at the guest services desk, accompanied by them only having one choice of the 4 a la carte restaurants being offered made it frustrating. The food was also disappointing. The other guests at the hotel were largely quite rude - kudos to the staff who had to deal with them all day. Most of the staff spoke English or Russian. The gym is tucked away downstairs so not the nicest, the power wasn't turned on to the machines one morning. The beach was far too crowded with the number of guests at the hotel. The food cooked on the outside grill at the main restaurant tasted of petrol. Not much in Goynuk other than all inclusive hotels.

- gnister (6/5): They want good reviews, not happy customers - I do not recommend. Reconsider. This is almost a scam. Exactly bordering a scam. Pools are cold. Food options seem extensive but really are not. Everything is just mid, just above, or clearly under. Lots of cooks but they don't have love for what they do. Too long hold times but it doesn't matter because it is not good even fresh from the stove. There are lots of options but it's all mostly dry, bland or just not tasty. One(!) option of red wine, one(!) option of white wine, one(!) option of beer. To call this "ultra" all-inclusive is not proper. I feel a bit conned. And they would not refund our last days even when I had to cut my stay short because of a family situation. Neither I nor Booking had any luck reaching or getting responses from their reservation "service". The front desk could do nothing, First time I've had this lack of response from a hotel. The staff is mostly nice but wary and weary, maybe they're tired of disgruntled guests, and perhaps you soon will be one of those staying at this place. Crystal is a too big operator and does not care about either staff or individual guests. It wants people to think it's a cruise ship with no getting off. *Since I checked out a day early they even blocked me from leaving this review on Booking.com. I tried reaching out to them via Booking's messaging service but they did not respond. Take that as you will but don't expect a lot of engaged staff. **Better grammar. *** This operation is only interested in making money and postive reviews from people who are not travel savvy and do not know that buffet food can be good. They did not contact me during my stay and only reaached out when I left the above review which is honest and fair and not vindictive. My major complaint, however, is that they think You are at fault for Your bad experience as you actually were so stupid as to pay in advance. I agree, I was that stupid because I read positive reviews. They don't want bad reviews, they want more advance payers.
- J (6/5): Not for the english speakers. - Location. Paradise for the Russians. 90% of the guests. Staff not speaking a word of english. Zero, not even the basics.. For a 5* hotel this is really, really poor. Everything is catered for the Russians. Won't be returning, that's for sure. The hotel is dated and needs improvements. More 3 * +, definitely nowhere near the 5* as advertised. Poor Wi-Fi, mainly cold food ( I just don't understand why ).

- U9077VMmartinat (8/5): Overall lovely hotel - Overall our experience was very good however just a few points: Very limited choice of spirits and beer Food, while it was tasty, was pretty much the same every night Limited snacks besides ice cream for the children Couldn't get a reservation for the al a carte restaurants at all for the entire week we were there despite it never looking that busy Duvet on the very large bed was too small The russian population of guests dominated the staffs attention and even though they were generally rude and ungrateful, the staff pandered to them over the polite, appreciative guest. Tips were expected by the waiters at dinner even though it was self service. They would hold tables for those whom they knew would tip. We did, just because we appreciated their hard work but not everyone did and we could hear the waiters complain about those guests. As we were there towards the end of the season, entertainment was minimal however I would say during the height of the summer, this hotel would be brilliant. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were serviced every day. It is situated on a street of what I would call shoppers heaven!! Some great bargains to be had off some really lovely Turkish nationals. Don't waste your time on the free transport to the Mall of Kemer. It's tiny and slightly intimidating. Also visit Tim's Bar next door to watch sport and have a really friendly welcome.

- Janin (8/5): Great value for money! - Lots of entertainment, facilities, great food selection Customer service at reception lacking! Also a la carte needs to be booked waaay in advance. Stayed 6 days but was told on day 1 all booked out for all days.
- Martin (1/5): security concern - We completed 6 nights of our 7-night holiday wonderfully. However, my wife's diamond ring was not in our room within 6 days. My wife checks her bag every evening. We reported this situation to the authorities. We learned that our room was entered 16 times, 6 times by the technical service and also by the cleaning staff. Authorities conducted an investigation but could not get any results. We had to take the matter to the police station. Unfortunately, it will remain in our memories as such a memory. You should be careful with your valuables, it is not safe. It is written on the cash register that it works with 4 digits. We tried it but it did not work. However, we learned that it works with 6 digits after this incident happened. The ring lost in our room

Kids corner for healthy food . There is a sweet bar and icecream area . With coffee and tea corner but not close to the pool .. But was cery nice sweets . Activity Kids playing area is nice and open for this time 10:30 am to 16 : 00 . Before and after its closed . Adult playing slides are open for 4 hours only each day . I don't know why . Each night they have activities for kids after dinner .Making dj and cartoon character and balloons and jumping . My kids like it so much . Room was clean and big ( i took 2 rooms sharing wih door between ) + balcony and the pool . Ground floor with 2 tv and 1 bathroom . Room service is fast . Cost me 732 euro for 4 days 3 night . May 2023 Beach There is a club car which deliver me and my family's to the beach .. Besides the beach another pool + snacks bar + ground play area + basketball + volleyball + bathroom . Cleaning Every thing is clean .. All the time you will find someone cleaing for park area . Coredor . Bar area .even my room was a clean when i took it . Finally for me will come again and i recommend this hotel . Staff very friendly . I like them all . Negative 1. Adult playing slides are open for 4 hours only each day . 2. Pools inside and outside not heated at all . 3. Don't expect that staff are talking English . Most of them don't know . 4. When i arrived they gave me a duplex room ..was very old and very hot and i cannot control the ac there .Only available ac option is the hot one .. So i went to reception area and i request to change it .. They tried to convince me that this is the only option available .. They lie to me cuz i can see alot of rooms was cleaning besides my room ( they said the manager will be here after 2 hours .. After fighting the manager show up ..with some negotiation they give me room 1767 it was amazing . Close to resturant . Pool . 2 rooms with door between . 5. No ironing and i didn't request it . May be its available i dont know actually .

- Gennady (8/5): Отель - обычная « четверка» - Отдыхали семьей в октябре 2021г Персонал старательный. Но много недочётов, уборка номера - как придётся. Мы заехали - на лестнице был кусочек грецкого орешка, и через 8 дней нашего пребывания так и остался.. Много случаев было кишечной инфекции , с температурой и расстройством кишечника. Питание нормальное, мест всем хватало. Море замечательное, песчаный пляж. Учитывая скидки - приобрели путевку в этот отель, но втрой раз не планируем его посетить.

The resort area is very big, but no beach view from rooms, you have to walk and cross the private private pedestrian bridge to get to beach.

Als ze een Russische vrouwelijke zagen viel hun mond open. Animatoren waren nergens te bespeuren. De naam van het hotel zouden ze best veranderen naar “RUSSIAN HOTEL”. De kamers zijn verouderd en vuil. Het ontbijt is absoluut niet gevarieerd. Door slechte service en bediening zijn we vroeger MOETEN vertrekken. Om de strand te bereiken moet je via een brug de autostrade oversteken. de strand is zeer klein voor een hotel met 2000 gasten. De Russische gasten en het personeel waren zeer arrogant en onbeschoft. De Russen respecteerden niet de coronamaatregelen, beurt afwachten is hen onbekend. Ik heb in Kemer in veel 5 sterren hotels verbleven maar dit hotel was een nachtmerrie. Absoluut geen aanrader voor de Europeanen. Lees aub de reviews voor je reserveert. Dank aan kelner Omer Bakir en Zeynep (aan de koffiebar), die vriendelijk behulpzaam en correct waren. Very bad experience in a 0 star hotel. We couldn't check in until after 17:00. The staff is very unfriendly. They are russian oriented. When they saw a Russian female, their jaws dropped. Animators were nowhere to be seen. They should change the name of the hotel to “RUSSIAN HOTEL”. The rooms are outdated and dirty. The breakfast is absolutely not varied. Due to poor service and management we HAD to leave early. To reach the beach you have to cross the highway via a bridge.
