- Tomáš (8/5): - Lokalita super, personál pohodový a na děti zvyklý. Večeře i snídaně kvalitní a v dostatečném až přehnaném množství :-). Dostupnost lyžování výborná. Lyžárna adekvátní. K polopenzi u večeře veškeré nápoje placené, poplatek za wellness 20EUR a nutnost rezervovat wellness dopředu. Snídaně až od 7:30 a večeře až od 19:30 - ale to může někomu i vyhovovat.

Duży minus za bałagan przy śniadaniu zawsze brakowało nakrycia i trzeba było się wykłócać z personelem i wysłuchiwać że oni już wszystkie śniadania wydali (słabe to bo obniża dość wysoki poziom hotelu)

- Camilla (9/5): Trevligt familjehotell med bra avstånd till liftarna. - Mycket trevligt familjehotell. Vi hade halvpension och åt god vällagad italiensk mat. Hotellet ligger bara 50 m från ett skidbusstopp. Det finns ett jättefint skidrum och alltför väl ordnat för barn i alla åldrar. Fin frukost med allt man kan önska sig. Inget att klaga på.

- martina (7/5): - Beautiful view from our rooms, clean and big rooms. Personnell at the restaurant was very friendly. It was cold in the common areas and the heater in our room was very small. The duvet though was warm enough so once in bed we were not cold. The spa comes at an extra price and everything in it including slippers (normally provided at hotels) come at an extra cost too.

Lo staff è stato estremamente professionale e premuroso, sempre disponibile per ogni esigenza. Ottima anche la sala giochi per bambini, perfetta per le famiglie. Onestamente non abbiamo riscontrato aspetti negativi durante il soggiorno.

Mogelijkheid tot het reinigen van de fiets en een fietsenstalling. tijdstip avondmaal. pas om 19.30u tot 20.30u. Een half uurtje vroeger zou beter geweest zijn voor ons. Bij veel volk een tekort aan parking voertuigen. Moeilijk op te lossen natuurlijk wegens plaatsgebrek

Mi dispiace aggiungere che qualche lavoretto di restaurazione in bagno sarebbe necessario (almeno nella camera dove abbiamo soggiornato noi).

- Cansu (10/5): Tolles Hotel - es fehlt an nichts - Das Hotel ist unglaublich. Die Zimmer haben eine super Ausstattung und einen tollen Ausblick. Das Personal ist super lieb und aufmerksam und das Essen unfassbar lecker. Ich bin rundum zufrieden.

Abbiamo preso un pacchetto con mezza pensione: la colazione da 10 e lode, tutti prodotti freschi e una scelta ampissima di torte fatte da loro. La cena merita lo stesso punteggio. Molto variegata con specialità del posto e curata nei minimi dettagli.

- Luca DL (5/5): Camere non insonorizzate - La cortesia del 90% dello staff (tutto al femminile!), cito Miriam per la sua estrema cortesia e professionalità e le ragazze al ristorante. La posizione. Il cibo (molto buono). Alla reception non sempre cordiali, specialmente nel discutere un problema non da poco. L'hotel non è assolutamente insonorizzato, la stanza era persino separata da... l'armadio. Il fondo dell'armadio dei vicini è una "porzione di parete" della stanza... Essendo un albergo principalmente per famiglie, l'insonorizzazione è cruciale per garantire il sonno degli ospiti: considerate che prima di mezzanotte non si chetavano i pargoli dei vicini (4 lati... per altrettanto 4 famiglie) e più di una volta la piccola di 6 mesi si è svegliata dal rumore e chiasso che c'era. Purtroppo esperienza non piacevole.
