• Leonardo (6/5): Regular, no volveria y no la recomendaría - Linda pero sobrevalorada en las fotografías , engañosa El personal no estaba presente, hubo una emergencia con un huésped y no se pudo comunicar con nadie, los teléfonos de emergencia no atendían, por el mismo precio se obtiene algo mucho mejor

• Karin (8/5): Goede locatie met lekkere restaurants in de buurt. - Eenmaal de locatie gevonden was deze goed en rustig. Mooie kamers en vriendelijk personeel. Als je te voet naar het hotel gaat voor de eerste keer is het moeilijk te vinden, zelfs lokale bevolking stuurde ons verkeerd. Ontbijtruimte is eigenlijk buiten, een stuk is afgemaakt met plastieken schermen en in het voorjaar dus onaangenaam koud om te zitten. De kartonnen borden en houten bestek zijn ook niet smakelijk om met te eten en worden daarna weggegooid, hier zagen we het nut niet van in.

• maria angelica (9/5): Ótima localização com conforto e bom custo-beneficio - Ótima opção de hospedagem: a poucos metros da Marina Grande, um lugar vibrante, com restaurantes e vista para o Vesúvio. É possível fazer tudo a pé: o Centro Histórico está a cerca de 10 minutos de caminhada e a cerca de 20 minutos a pé da Marina Pequena, de onde saem os barcos de passeio. É um apartamento completo e espaçoso, com sala, cozinha e banheiro. Tem estacionamento próprio gratuito e um ótimo café da manhã incluído na diária, com bolos e tortas caseiros, omelete, ovos fritos e suco natural de laranja. A sala era um pouco escura e ficava meio abafada.

Going to the Hotel is downhill but a return journey to the square and a most of Sorrento town is uphill and more pleasant if you have some level of fitness. You will fall in love with the marina where the hotel is situated where there is a number of fish restuarants. The rooms are clean and the hosts are very informative No sign of SPA facilities and none were offered. There is a Church right beside you whose Bells Chime every half hour

Começando pela assistência das recepcionistas Francesca e Jessica e toda a equipe do hotel que foram muito gentis e agradáveis. O local é magnífico, e para mim, o lugar mais lindo de Sorrento, muito tranquilo, sem barulho e com muitas opções de restaurantes. O quarto estava muito limpo e a cama era muito confortável. Com certeza gostaria de voltar a me hospedar neste hotel.

There was a mix up with my booking as I originally booked an apartment and I got just a room when I got there. They gave us access to their spa as an apology however I thought the spa was included in the booking so I was disappointed to learn on the day it wasn’t and was €100 extra for 2 people for 2hrs. Luckily we got it for free but it needed to be clear on the advert.

O quarto é grande, condizente com as fotos da internet. O café da manhã é básico e somente com o necessário, mas a mesmo assim atender as expectativas. O local do café fica disponível depois caso queira fazer uma refeição. Os funcionários foram fantásticos e muito educados! Gostei de tudo da acomodação. Porém uma informação válida, está na região portuário da Marina de Piccola. O acesso a pé até a região central envolve escadas e uma caminhada. Para mim e minha esposa não foi problema. Mas é uma informação válida.

• VITO (8/5): Un piacevole soggiorno nel cuore di Sorrento - La posizione, a due passi dalla spiaggia di Marina Grande, è ottima per visitare la città. In 10/15 minuti di piacevole passeggiata si è in centro; volendo si può usare il servizio di autobus con cadenza oraria. Ottimi ristoranti adiacenti alla struttura. Buono il servizio di acqua e caffè 24h. Gentile e disponibile lo staff. Grande parcheggio interno disponibile che, peraltro, non abbiamo utilizzato essendo venuti in treno. Bellissima la limonaia! L'angolo per la colazione, ricavato in una stanza esterna, non è ben isolato e quando fa freddo non è piacevole mangiare. Consiglierei di migliorare l'isolamento, prevedendo magari un qualche tipo di riscaldamento. Si potrebbe migliorare anche la varietà del cibo proposto.
• Giorgio (1/5): Una pessima esperienza in un bel posto - La posizione molto comoda, la colazione varia ed abbondante. Molto pratico il parcheggio Una spiacevole gestione di un contrattempo legato al malfunzionamento dei riscaldamenti ha costretto me e la mia famiglia a dormire al freddo la prima notte, oltre al fatto che mancava anche l’acqua calda. Nulla è stato fatto per gestire repentinamente la situazione nonostante invitassi a portare una stufa elettrica. Mi hanno solo detto che sarebbe venuto un tecnico il giorno dopo. Fino al giorno dopo la situazione è rimasta tale. Vacanza rovinata e malanno conseguito. Alla fine la struttura non mi ha rimborsato e mi ha rimandato a Booking. Anche in questo caso non si sono occupati dei loro ospiti nonostante mi abbiano anche dato ragione per iscritto.

The location is a little too far from the town center given the numerous steps you must walk to get back up or the center of town. But it is right at a port and some people may prefer that.

• Ezgi (9/5): - Der Aufenthalt war sehr toll. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und groß. Wir hatten ebenfalls ne sehr große Terasse. Es war im allgemeinen sehr sauber. Die Gastgeberin war ebenfalls sehr nett. Der Strand ist nur zufuß 2-3 Minuten entfernt. Die Stadt ist zufuß ungefähr 10 Minuten entfernt. Leider war das Frühstück nicht so wie wir uns es dachten. Wenig Auswahl jedoch hat es dennoch gesättigt. Für einen langen Aufenthalt würde ich das Frühstück eventuell vermeiden. Aber für ein paar Tage war es okay.

• Graham (10/5): Very very nice - We had a self contained, squeaky clean apartment, (called "Sorrento") with its own kitchen all within a hotel with helpful staff and a Reception Team.....breakfast was basic but the coffee machine was an extra bonus.....our terrace was huge!! Couldn't fault it...

• Tobias (5/5): Ok für ein paar Tage - Gute Lage und ruhig. Separates Schlafzimmer. Im Bad gibt es keine Ablagemöglichkeit. Auch im Schlafzimmer fehlt ein Schrank. Leider gibt es nicht genügend Gläser und Tassen für 3/4 Personen. Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach aber ok. Allerdings gibt es nur Wegwerfgeschirr und Besteck. Das Frühstück gibt es nur draußen- was im Oktober sehr frisch war. Des Weiteren war das Frühstück zur Frühstückszeit noch nicht aufgebaut. Man konnte dann allerdings sehen, wie die Mitarbeiter die Croissants mit den Händen- ohne Handschuhe platziert haben. Wir kommen nicht wieder

• Elena (9/5): - Очень приятная женщина на рецепшн, по нашей просьбе нашла для нас более подходящий номер. Отличное расположение в нижней части города. Прямо напротив собор где проходят венчания. Море, закат, куча ресторанов в минуте ходьбы. Удобная охраняемая парковка во дворе отеля. Завтраки хорошие. Необычно на завтраке полностью одноразовая посуда и столовые приборы. Но это не было проблемой для нас. Уборка каждый день. В отеле очень чисто.

• pjatahy (10/5): Deliciosa casa de praia na vila de pescadores. - A equipe, desde a recepção à manutenção, é muito dedicada e simpática. A Jessica e a Katia se desdobraram em orientações e ajuda, e contactaram um operador de turismo que fez conosco um bom passeio pelas vilas da Costa Amalfitana. A localização do residencial é excelente, com a praia da Marina Grande a poucos passos, e um caminho de escadas até a praça superior que permitiu conhecer as outras atrações da cidade. O apartamento escolhido é bem espaçoso e com todas as comodidades, e ainda conta com uma área externa, com vegetação, muito agradável. O café da manhã é bem farto, com várias opções de pães, frios, leite, sucos e ovos.

It doesn’t have included the spa, you have to pay extra to use it and in the photos you might think it’s included. And the showers in the spa doesn’t have hot water.
• Kirsten (5/5): Wunderbare Gegend; für kurze Aufenthalte geeignet - Ein großes Lob an die Reinigungskräfte, alles war immer blitzsauber. Schöne ruhige Lage, in 10min ist man im Zentrum. Zum Fährhafen sind es 15min. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war unzureichend, ein kleines Regalsystem, ein Stuhl, ein Hacken. Zum Frühstück gelieferte kalte Spiegeleier, täglich gleiches "Angebot", Geschirr bestand ausnahmslos aus Pappbechern; Papptellern und billigem Holzbesteck. Einen Spa konnten wir nicht entdecken.

• Asaf (9/5): - צוות מדהים, מיקום יפהפה על החוף כולל חוף קטן ליד שאפשר גם להיכנס אליו, מרחק הליכה קצר לעיר והעלייה למרכז העיר בכלל לא נוראית כמו שכתבו בחלק מהביקורות אלא ממש כמה דקות שגם הן נורא יפות. החדר היה גדול ומרווח, הגענו גם עם אוטו אז היה מאוד מאוד נוח שהייתה חנייה. עשינו self check in והצוות שלח את כל הפרטים בפירוט מושלם לפני ההגעה, ככה שלמרות שהכניסה קצת מוסתרת והרחובות צרים היה קל יחסית להגיע. הייתה תקלה של כמה ימים במים החמים במקלחת, גם אחרי שזה הסתדר עדיין לא היה וואו. לא סוף העולם ואחרי כמה דקות כן הגיע לטמפרטורה שבסדר להתקלח איתה, סתם היה קצת מבאס. מניח שזאת תקלה זמנית שטופלה.

La estructura hermosamente decorada, amplia, con un hermoso jardin donde se desayuna, y, donde se puede ir a descansar, leer o relajarse. Personal muy atento y dispuesto a colaborar en lo que fuese necesario.
• Lilith (4/5): Disappointing - Close to the beach We needed a beach towel for the beach, and we ended up using our towels from our room. Therefore, we wanted to swap towels for clean ones for showering at the end of the day. I was pretty much scolded that we were only allowed one clean towel a day. Desk attendant finally relented and reiterated that she was only going to give us clean towels this one time. There were no cups in the room. We only had 2 very small bottles of shampoo, no conditioner, no lotion. No mini coffee maker/ tea.

• Julie (5/5): Overall good- basic and functional - Staff were wonderful. Easy access to restaurants. Breakfast included. The cappuccino machine! No storage or shelving in bathroom or shower. Water pressure with shower was very poor. Has to use wand.

• Pasquale (5/5): - La struttura è molto carina per la categoria che rispecchia la pulizia delle camere buona ma la colazione molto scarsa assente yogurt magro frutta secca cose che ormai qualsiasi struttura ricettiva fornisce ai clienti i prodotti che terminavano non venivano rimpiazzati per cui chi arrivava a fare colazione alle 9 era già finito tutto o quasi tutto quando abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni alla reception hanno detto che è così e non potevano farci nulla. Non consiglierei la struttura per questo motivo non puoi pagare una colazione senza usufruire di nulla ma solo il caffè.

• Alfons (9/5): Fantastisch! Rustig, groen en ontspannend. - Mooie, ruime kamer. De lichte muren geven een proper en helder gevoel. Ontbijt uit papieren borden en kommen, papieren bekers en houten (?) bestek: wegwerpcultuur en niet zo aangenaam om uit/met te eten.

• Diliara (10/5): Отличный отель - Прекрасный отель. Расположение прямо у берега. Своя большая удобная бесплатная парковка. Очень отзывчивый персонал, помогли нам решить сложный вопрос с арендой авто. Рекомендую. Расположение номеров очень близко друг к другу и нет шумоизоляци. Слышно ночью как в коридоре открываются двери. Если вы спите чутко то берите беруши.

• Stanko (10/5): Felt local in a tourist town,wonderful - Location, close to things we like, marina, water sports, beach, fine dining and D at same time feels a little off the beaten path. Definite revisit Had safe Did not function…… minor challenge
• Luca Mariotti (7/5): A Journey in Sorrento. - The location was okay next to Marina Grande and restaurants and close to Sorrento city, the structure was clean and people were easy to approach . The price was a bit too much for the place considering the fact that they put nice pictures of a private SPA which in reality we never had the chance to see and they were a bit confused regarding the extra price we had to pay if we wanted to use it , 120 we were told and then another receptionist told us a different price, we never understood if there was really a Spa there .

• FERNANDO (10/5): - El lugar muy bien ubicado, el personal super servicial. Más allá de las instalaciones muy buenas, nos ayudaron a organizar las excursiones. Al centro se llega caminando en 15 minutos lo mismo al puerto para las excursiones. Sirven un buen desayuno.
