• Beryl (9/5): The perfect place to stay in St. Andrews! - We really enjoyed this property! The staff were wonderful, the room extremely clean, the dinner in the downstairs restaurant was exceptionally tasty. It is a heritage building with an elevator! It is right “downtown “ in beautiful St. Andrews! Roseanne and Tara made our stay extra special. Ample parking and a comfortable bed! Who could ask for more! Everything was great!

• Amber (5/5): We enjoyed walking around, seeing the sights, shopping, eating and hiked the mountain - The restaurant was great, even though tried to get food at 8:10pm on a Saturday and kitchen was closed. There was live music, so you would think have some sort of menu It was the hottest room I have ever stayed in! No AC, or even fan, or offer of a fan. Needs renovations in the room, bath tub was not acceptable to me.

• costigan (7/5): Overall I was happy with my stay. It was priced right - I didn't stay for breakfast. Location excellent. I liked that there was a microwave and small fridge in the room. Bed was very comfortable. Overall very good value for money. Bacause of the age of the building and its decor it was like living in another time zone which could be a great escape from the present times we are living. 😆 LOL A wsrmer bathroom, there was no way of separately heating the bathroom before showering.

• Anne (5/5): Loved the property, but too noisy to sleep. - The rooms and property were clean. Especially liked the history of the house Our room was in the first floor and the lounge below. The noise made it impossible to sleep until they shut down at 1 in the morning. We had been planning on staying another night but left due to the noise.
• Murray (7/5): Overall, it was a very reasonably-priced place to stay. Clean, friendly, and over the top location! - All staff were super friendly and accommodating. I arrived 2 hours before check in and they set me up in the restaurant and allowed me to work away at a table until I was able to check in. Food - delicious! A little evening entertainment on the outside patio was fun, too! The workspace inside the hotel room was cramped - but to be fair, I didn't ask for a bigger room so can't really complain.

• Harriet (9/5): - location was fabulous and Mo was super nice! it would have been great if the small ramp on the left side of the Inn was smooth, and no rickety boards for my frail mom to walk down. Also, the umbrellas on the outer tables convey a 'bar' atmosphere, not fitting with the character of the Inn. If the umbrellas were a solid color, in line w/ the charm of the house, it would convey a more appropriate image.

• sandy (8/5): The gem in the heart of St Andrews - Perfect location in the middle of St Andrew's! Great bar and restaurant. Amazing staff friendly and helpful. The only negative is that the rooms are a little dated. We will go back! The rooms were dated and in need of a touch-up especially the windows

Had a restaurant/bar on site with live entertainment No air conditioning And only two of the windows opened (and one had a screen that was damaged), not allowing for good air circulation. Left the two windows opened all day and overnight and it was still over 80 degrees (according to the thermostat in the room). Wasn’t comfortable to sleep

We chose a cheaper, smaller room for one night which would have been fine.. But it was extremely hot and no fannor air conditioning. The heat was not on. It was late October…. Not sure what was wrong.
