• Cátia (9/5): Ótima recomendação para visitar Cracóvia! - A localização era a melhor possível, mesmo na rua mais movimentada da cidade, perto de tudo, supermercados, atrações. Muito quentinho (visitamos em fevereiro). Nada a apontar. Tudo ótimo!

Había unas escaleras para acceder al apartamento que desconocía, íbamos con 2 carritos de bebé y era incómodo subir y bajar todo el rato. No había ni horno ni microondas para calentar la comida. Podían facilitar el código de acceso antes de llegar, cuando llegamos no estaban y tuvimos que llamar (nos atendieron en inglés ) y no nos aclarábamos mucho.

• Iza (9/5): Przyjemne lokum z pysznym śniadaniem - Bardzo fajny wystrój i spore, przepyszne śniadanie! (polecam sobie zamówić). Duże i wygodne łóżko, czysto w mieszkaniu. Lokalizacja super. Generalnie polecam to miejsce. Piecyk gazowy przez całą noc co pięć minut włączał się i wyłączał, powodując hałas. Niestety mam słaby sen i mnie to wybudzało. Może kwestia ustawień tego piecyka? Do tego brak sztućów - był tylko jeden widelec, jakieś łyżki i nóż (na szczęście mam zawsze swoje sztućce).

Front door didnt feel secure, very loose fittings Only reason for a low score as the heating wasnt on when we arrived, and it was very cold, and no extra blankets. After we adjusted the heating, the next night the room was warmer

Appartamento prenotato con colazione inclusa , ma non ci è stata fornita e non ho ancora oggi ricevuto risposte .Il giorno del nostro arrivo avevo scritto al proprietario per informazioni la colazione senza ricevere nessuna risposta a riguardo. Mancavano Shampoo e Bagnoschiuma per la doccia , abbiamo dovuto comprarle noi al supermercato
• Marina (8/5): A 2 passi da Rynek Główny - Posizione super centrale, 2 minuti a piedi da Rynek Główny. Lo stile della stanza è vintage, con parquet che scricchiola e finestre in legno. La stanza è tenuta molto bene, con una pulizia impeccabile. La finestra affaccia su un locale tipico polacco ma la notte non si sentono rumori che disturbo il sonno, nè dal ristorante nè dalla via principale. La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha permesso di lasciare le valigie sia prima del check-in che dopo il check out. Unica nota negativa la porta di ingresso un po’ datata

Dideli apartamentai. Vakare smagu tiesiog aplink pasivaikščioti, mielai sugrįžtume dar kartą❤️ Gal šiek tiek trūko švaros, spintose buvo dulkių, po lova praitų gyventojų kojnių, tuščių butelių.

Se podría ahorrar esto mandando el código de antemano.

• Szymanek (10/5): Duża grupa znajomych, pobyt 1 doba - Bardzo duży apartament, czysty, wygodny, w samym centrum Krakowa, bezproblemowy kontakt z właścicielem.
• Aneta (7/5): Przestronne mieszkanie w świetnej lokalizacji - Łatwy odbiór kluczy, mieszkanie od strony dziedzińca, ciche, nie słychać gwaru z ulicy. Świetna lokalizacja, sklepy, restauracje na wyciągnięcie ręki, blisko do rynku. Mieszkanie dobrze wyposażone jeśli chodzi o kuchnię, toster byłby fajnym dodatkiem, przestronne jasne pokoje ładnie urządzone, wifi w porządku, łóżko wygodne (dla mnie, kwestia gustu jeśli chodzi o materace), różne źródła światła. Dobrze że był dodatkowy koc bo było dość chłodno. Ręczników pod dostatkiem. Jest suszarka do włosów Mieszkanie z wanną więc fajnie byłoby z niej skorzystać ale po jednej kąpieli druga osoba musiała czekać na nagrzanie wody przez bojler. Pierwszego wieczora po podłączeniu grzejnika elektrycznego wyskoczyły korki, nie chciałam nic sama robić więc próbowałam połączyć się z gospodarzem, niestety poczta głosowa. Korki znalazłam na korytarzu, włączyłam. Nie korzystaliśmy potem z grzejnika (chociaż było chłodno) w obawie przed ponownym wyłączeniem prądu- pewnie jest stara instalacja elektryczna. Słabo że gospodarz nie ma dostępnego telefonu, to nie była noc, ale ok. 21:00. Stara podłoga "pływa" Drzwi do mieszkania nie wygłuszają dźwięków z korytarza, ciężko się je zamyka, trzeba użyć siły.

• Amal (7/5): È un peccato che un appartamento così ben ubicato sia gestito così male - La posizione e il fatto che ci hanno dato la casa prima rispetto all'orario di check-in prestabilito Terzo piano senza ascensore, i riscaldamenti spenti, l'assenza del bidet, chi ci ha fornito le chiavi parlava solo polacco, quindi impossibile chiedere qualsiasi informazione. Ho mandato un messaggio per chiedere se fosse possibile posticipare il check out e ho ricevuto risposta standard sugli orari di check in e checkout. Eravamo in 4 i letti pronti erano solo 3. Ho dovuto fare io il letto. Numero di asciugamani non sufficienti per il numero di persone. Non ci sono le tapparelle alle finestre e le tende non sono oscuranti, perciò di primo mattino entrava la luce esterna. Mobilio insufficiente per riporre le proprie cose. Prese elettriche vecchie e alcune non funzionanti.

Słabo działające ogrzewanie zostało włączone dopiero po naszym przyjeździe. Stare drzwi z otworem na listy nie pomagają w utrzymaniu ciepła (lokal w starej kamienicy z otwartą klatką schodową). Pobyt trudno uznać za komfortowy.

Being central, it’s quite noisy. Worn out mattress, impossible to sleep on it. After 2 nights we had back pain. We booked for 2 adults and 1 kid and only the bed has been prepared. We have wrote to the host to ask for the couch to be prepared and she didn’t bothered to reply. During the departure morning, we realized there was a booklet with instructions which was covered by our luggage on how to prepare the couch if you want it. Lack of communication is still not acceptable, neither the fact the couch was not prepared by default given we were 3 guests booked

• Harry (9/5): ΦΑΝΤΑΣΤΙΚΗ - Φανταστική τοποθεσία, Πολύ ζεστό διαμέρισμα... τα καλοριφέρ έκαιγαν συνέχεια ποτέ δεν αισθανθήκαμε το τσουχτερό κρύο που έκανε στην πόλη (-7°C). Απόλυτα λειτουργικό με πολύ καλές και νέες ηλεκτρικές συσκευές. Ωραίο στρώμα με πολύ καλά μαξιλάρια. Θα ήθελα να υπάρχει έστω ένα μικρό μπουκαλάκι σαμπουάν γιατί δεν είχε καθόλου. Μάλλον είχε γίνει παράλειψη γιατί υπήρχαν κανονικά καθαριστικά όπως σαπούνι χεριών και υγρό καθαρισμού για τα πιάτα.

• Kinga (8/5): Super lokalizacja, w nocy niestety bardzo głośno - świetna lokalizacja i dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Łóżko bardzo wygodne. Bardzo łatwe zameldowanie i wymeldowanie. Sympatyczna Pani obsługująca cały proces. Bardzo głośno i gorąco w nocy. Hałasy z ulicy do 3 nad ranem, 2 godziny spokoju i od 5 nad ranem auta dostawcze i sprzatanie ulicy. Nie można było otworzyc okna. Z apartamentu korzystałam gdy temperatura na zewnątrz sięgnęła ponad 30 stopni. W apartamencie było bardzo gorąco, brakowało chociaż wentylatorka. Niestety pod łóżkiem nie odkurzane chyba z 2 miesiące :(

• Jędrzej (1/5): Żałosne zachowanie kobiety, która nie chciała nas wypuścić z kamienicy. - Lokalizacja Personel niemiły, kobieta zamknęła nam kratę przed oczami nie chciała wypuścić i oczekiwała że zaczniemy myć naczynia i ścielić łóżko i sprzątać. Nie było żadnej takiej informacji i uważam że to jest po stronie właściciela. Nigdy więcej nie skorzystam i nie polecam.
• Silvia (8/5): - El apartamento por dentro está muy bien. Es muy amplio. La ubicación es excelente, en pleno centro, en la calle Florianska. La ducha está separada del baño lo cual nos resultó muy práctico. Está en pleno centro y da a un patio interior en el cual hay un restaurante pero hay tranquilidad por la noche. Además está muy bien insonorizado. Nuestro apartamento estaba en un 1r piso y las escaleras eran muy viejas y empinadas. El trato de las mujeres al cargo del apartamento no era muy simpático. Casi no nos dieron información, lo que necesitábamos saber lo tuvimos que preguntar nosotros. La terraza exterior, que no usamos ningún día, estaba bastante sucia.

Was no one there and then had no information to get inside. Then didn’t get a response until the next day claiming that they were there the whole time. They weren’t!
• aga (10/5): Super value for money in an excellent spot - A charming tenement apartment in a superb location. It’s very spacious and perfect for a girls’ getaway or a weekend with kids. The kitchen is comfortable and features a large table, ideal for shared meals and time together. The host is exceptionally friendly and very responsive. Overall, a wonderful choice!

• estelle (5/5): Décevant - L’emplacement PARFAIT Aucune réactivité du personnel. Nous avons attendu presque 30 minutes à la porte lors de notre arrivée car nous n’avions pas reçu le code pour récupérer les clefs. Personne ne nous répondait, aucune excuse….. le lit était une catastrophe! Il est tout petit et surtout ce n’est pas un lit! C’est une méridienne avec un sur matelas dessus!

• Anna (8/5): Prawie wszystko ok, tylko łóżko niewygodne - Lokalizacja, wyposażenie aneksu kuchennego, duża przestrzeń mieszkania Strasznie niewygodne łóżko. Były to dwa złączone łóżka pojedyncze z jakąś nakładką materacowa, która była tak miękka, że osoba leżąca dosłownie " wpadała w dół ". Przy wymeldowaniu dowiedzieliśmy się, że była możliwość położenia na łóżkach normalnego grubego materaca...dlaczego tego od razu nie zrobiono?? Nasze kręgosłupy to odczuły 😉
