La chambre, bien optimisée était impeccablement propre, confortable et soigneusement aménagée. La literie mérite une mention particulière : le matelas était extrêmement confortable, ce qui a grandement contribué à la qualité du séjour. Le personnel s’est montré accueillant, professionnel et attentif. Le petit déjeuner était varié et satisfaisant. Enfin, le rapport qualité-prix de cet hôtel est remarquable. Un excellent choix pour un séjour confortable à Rabat RAS. Tout était bien selon moi.

On the street side can be a bit noisy, but not to much. There is a bistro bar, and live music in the weekend that is very nice. Nothing really, maybe the view outside from the room.

Cristina (8/5): Great little hotel with helpful staff - I travelled with my two grown up children. We enjoyed the hotel, especially the little courtyard for a drink after a busy day. It is walkable to a range of sightseeing places, albeit it could be longer walks. We didn’t mind this. The staff was amazing. We reported a minor issue to Reception and the engineer was at the room even before we could get there. It turned out it wasn’t an issue after all… Very nice staff. I found the bed mattress on the firm side. However my children did not find the same, so it might just be a matter of preference.

Katja (7/5): - Gut gelegen, wenn man am Morgen mit dem Zug vom Bahnhof wieder weiterreist. Etwas ausserhalb des Zentrums, das am Bahnhof beginnt und bis zum Meer geht. Da unten im Restaurant/Bar Hochbetrieb war am Samstagabend bis in die Nacht war es für uns im 1. Stock schon sehr laut. auch die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und nicht gerade etwas Besonderes. Zweckmässig wenn man wie wir 2 Nächte da ist und tagsüber ohnehin unterwegs.

Chambre confortable mais peu de place pour ouvrir ses valises et peu d'espaces de rangement disponibles. Accès en ascenseur apprécié. Situation géographique idéale pour ceux qui doivent prendre le train. Prises et point d'éclairage qui ne fonctionnent pas, climatisation difficilement réglable, polution lumineuse nocturne du frigo. Petit déjeuner quelconque (sauf le pain) et personnel peu concerné par notre présence et par nos comandes. Et pour finir, l'hotel travail avec un taximan possédant un véhicule en mauvais état et pas adapté pur 3 personnes et 3 valises. Nous n'y retournerons surement pas !

Wheng (8/5): Okey - location walking distance in rabat tren station. room is okey From the start during our check in process there was a little bit mis understanding regarding of our booking that we had to pay for additional of almost 100 euro for a little bit mistake regarding of putting the exact persons per room. per room was already organized according with their names( 3 persons per room) but the staff told us we need to pay additional amount because even if the room was stated good for 3 persons with according to their names the records shows that the persons declared during the booking process shows only good for one person only, which is what the F?? does he think that I'm insane to booked triple room and only one people will stay during at night? I was really mad that time because the receptionist was so rude that he never listened about our explanations, okey if it was mistake that based on the records per room was stated only for one person, but atleast he should consider us not to pay more additional amount because still the amount per room is good for 3 persons.and we pay the exact amount for 3 persons. but clearly the receptionist doesn't want to accept our explanations,what he always telling us is to pay additional amount which made our entire nerve so stressful.

My room had adequate space. The room had a heating system. The front desk staff speak English, French and Arabic and are helpful. Hotel has a nice restaurant and terrace. I did not like the breakfast. It was the same every day and mostly consisted of wheat products like bread, croissant, etc. Breakfast had protein options apart from boiled egg. They served omelette upon request. The breakfast may be fine for some guests but just too basic for me. The hotel needs some effort in this area because their “a la carte” lunches and dinners are great (thought slightly but understandably pricy), so they can at least do same for the breakfast. Breakfast definitely needs improvement. The room had no kettle for tea. Most good hotels normally have that. It’s not too much to ask. I’m also not sure about how often my bedsheets were changed. I’m afraid that for the 11 days I was there, it wasn’t changed twice. I was told it’s done every 3 days but I have doubts if it was changed more than once. Changing bedsheets should be standard.

raphael (9/5): Relax discrète - J’ai eu la chambre avec la terrasse c’est top et bien discret, la Clim est hyper réactive c’est importante l’hôtel est positionner dans un bon endroit, ils ont été cool j’étais toujours en retard pour mon petit dej😅 Le wifi par moment change de récepteur mais hôtel sans prise de tête
